Brazilian higher education uses traditional learning methods centered on the professor and lectures. However, active learning methodologies have recently been gaining ground, especially in courses in the health area, due to legal guidelines for their implementation in Brazil. At the same time, the use of active methodologies in engineering education to optimize learning results is already widespread in several countries. In this sense, this chapter aims to propose a structure that addresses the interface between the agile Scrum framework applied to education, known as EduScrum, and the active learning methodologies to develop a more applied and results-focused approach. Thus, the scope of this work includes a review of the literature and the structuring, application, and evaluation of a hybrid method adequate for training engineering students for modern technological advancements. Finally, the results obtained, as well as a roadmap, are presented to guide the application of the model in other learning contexts.

Aim: To study the experience, knowledge and attitude of dental practitioners in Bulgaria about child abuse and neglect. Material and methods: An anonymous questionnaire was conducted on 265 dental practitioners from several regions of Bulgaria. The questionnaire consists of 15 questions, including demographic characteristics and questions about their attitude, knowledge and actions in suspected cases of child abuse and neglect. Results: Only 1/4 of the respondents, n=60 (22.3%), reported having suspected cases of Child Abuse and Neglect, and only 5.7% of them were reported to the authorities. The notification to the relevant institutions increases with the professional experience up to 30% to 40%. The most common reason for not reporting was lack of knowledge of the way or procedures of reporting (40.4%), fear of subsequent violence against the child - 23.4% and fear of consequences for the child when the relevant institutions interfere - 12.8%. Irregular dental visits were considered the most significant indicator of neglect of children's oral health. Need for additional education and training on recognizing the signs of child abuse and neglect were reported from 72.5% of the participants. Conclusions: The present study showed uncertainty in recognizing and reporting suspected cases of child abuse and neglect, especially for the younger dentists and for those without a certain specialty. There is a clear need for additional education of dental practitioners, as well as certain legal guidelines on the procedures of reporting and recording suspected cases, along with reliable support from the relevant institutions.

The enforcement having to do with the MCO implicates a decrease in the contamination percentage, specifically pollution of the atmosphere. The greenhouse gas (GHG) egression, which was once 8 Mt CO2 eq. dated 2020 beginning out of January until March, made less in amount or degree to less than 1 Mt CO2 eq. in April at the same time as May. This decrease in greenhouse gas emissions along with toxic gas permitted an increase of rays of the sun to come through photovoltaic panels, thus improving the infinite free energy technology in Malaysia.

The goals of sustainable development, outlined in the final document of the UN Summit «Transforming our world: the 2030 agenda for sustainable development», continue to be the main model of development for all countries. Sustainable development is formed and provided by various determinants, among which legal values are not the last. They provide legal identification of objects recognized as benchmarking guidelines for sustainable development, and form the value and legal orientations of entities which activities are aimed at performing these tasks. The lack of a common system of legal values leads to the deformation of the legal consciousness of the population, the dominance of nihilistic trends, makes it impossible to achieve sustainability and stability in society. Therefore, the existence of a single value-legal paradigm is a consolidating factor of Ukrainian society, forms a positive attitude of the subjects to the political and legal life of the country, promotes their legal socialization and the development of a proper legal position. This allows to achieve social justice, build the foundations of inclusive development, ensure the rule of law, eradicate corruption and restore trust in the state and its institutions, strengthen social cohesion, ensure the interaction of public authorities with the public and self-organize the activities of citizens. Among the legal values that contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals and form the foundation of legal culture, a special place is occupied by human, justice, freedom, responsibility, equality, patriotism, religious tolerance, etc. Keywords: life choice, legal culture, legal position, legal values, value and legal guidelines, sustainable development, value and legal attitudes

During 2011 health law grew by the addition of eight new Regulations dealing with stem cells and related matters. This added to the already existing six of Regulations which had been sporadically published since 2007. All these Regulations supplement the National Health Act of 2003. This legislative excess begs the question: Why has it been at all necessary to flood the legislative landscape surrounding the Act. The Act is a complex one and it entrenches various health policy principles. It is also framework-legislation meaning that only broad legal guidelines are provided and it must be “fleshed out” in Regulations. This however does not satisfy the question as to why this “fleshing out” has been done so overwhelmingly considering the period of time which the Act has been in force and keeping in mind these Regulations apply only to a single chapter of the Act. The aim of this article is thus an analysis of certain provisions in chapter 8 of the Act which will entail an explanation of its content, followed by a dissection thereof and suggestions. Ultimately, this article attempts to illustrate thatstem cell research, therapy and technology in general is not sufficiently regulated by chapter 8 which is so fatally flawed that it is almost dead legislation. It is recommended that new and comprehensive, updated and corresponding Regulations be drafted to supplement and correct the Act.

The article reveals the importance of legal culture for the social and state life of any country and for ensuring the life of both an individual and social groups, communities and humanity as a whole, which is due to its ability to involve a person in the system of legal values, accumulate legal experience and transfer it from generation to generation. It is noted that the European legal culture, in addition to natural rights, democracy, the rule of law, has other values that ensure the sustainable development of society, social justice and legal progress. It is emphasized that the analysis of legal monuments, which are so rich in European state-legal history, helps to trace the evolution of the formation of value-legal guidelines in modern Europe. Based on the analysis of the text of the Polish Constitution of 1791, those provisions that contain the fundamental values of European legal culture that have become value guidelines for the further state-legal development of Poland are highlighted. All values that stem from their content are divided into two groups: 1) values that reflect the value guidelines of the Polish society of that time (patriotism, religious tolerance, freedom, dignity, equality, property, inviolability of legal certainty, people); 2) values that reflect value guidelines for the organization of state power (the principle of sovereignty of the people, the principle of separation of powers, the principle of popular representation, the constancy of the constitution, the principle of majority, the principle of political responsibility). According to the results of the study, the Polish Constitution of 1791 is an example of an amazing symbiosis of traditions and innovations, when such progressive values as patriotism, religious tolerance, people, territorial integrity, freedom, the principle of sovereignty of the people, the principle of separation of powers, political responsibility, the principle of popular representation, the principle of majority coexist with traditional estate privileges and the institution of dependent peasants. It is indicated about the special attitude of the Polish people to this document as a certain state symbol.
