Statistically, it shows that the value of 0.176 df = 1 with a significance value of 0.05 where X2 counts <X2 table means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no relationship between job satisfaction and the desire to move jobs (Turnover Intention). the value of 250,000 df = 1 with a significance value of 0.05 where X2 count> X2 table means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between job stress and the desire to move jobs (Turnover Intention). Incarceration impacts families by disrupting routine attachment, creating negative consequences for both the parent and child. This article examines the use of an intervention videoing incarcerated parents reading to their children and then delivering those videos to improve child outcomes. Using a mixed-methods approach, a total of 587 surveys were completed by program participants and analyzed for parental perceptions of the program effectiveness. The intervention appeared to increase the frequency of correspondence between the parent and child, improved the sense of parent-child relationship, and increased a sense of involvement, attachment, and connectedness.

Introduction. The relevance of the study is determined by the importance of the category “psychological safety” for the support of the life quality of modern people, which is influenced in a complicated way by physical health, psychological well-being, value preferences, features of social relations and their relation to the characteristic features of the environment. The state of psychological safety is a significant factor ensuring the effectiveness of еducation, upbrining and development of the younger generation. However, the personal resources that contribute to the support of this state among adolescents and young people in the educational environment are more understudied. The purpose of the article is to determine the resources of adolescents, which are the predictors of the state of psychological safety. Materials and Methods. The method “Psychological safety of the educational environmentˮ developed by I.А. Baeva was used to study students’ level of psychological safety. The method of S. Schwartz was used to assess the personality’s value orientations, to assess the level of psychological well-being – were used Ryff Scales of Psychological Well-Being (RPWB), the level of loneliness – UCLA Loneliness Scale (D. Russell, M. Ferguson), the level of hopelessness – Hopelessness Scale, Beck et al., the level of social intelligence – Tromsø Social Intelligence Scale, the level of aggression – Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire, hardiness – Hardiness Survey (S. Maddi). The methods of mathematical statistics used in the research (descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analyzes) are implemented by means of the IBM SPSS Statistics 19 package. Results. It has been proven that the resources of adolescents’ psychological safety in the educational environment are: values, psychological well-being, social intelligence, hardiness and a low level of aggressiveness. The state of psychological safety is influenced by such manifestations as conformity and following traditions, a positive image of the future, the experience of community with other people, the ability to understand and predict other people’s feelings and behavior, a sense of involvement in life events. Discussion and Conclusion. The article is of interest for researchers of psychological safety problems in education, practical psychologists and specialists of the education system for the evidence of prevention programs and ensuring the safety of the educational environment and its participants.

This article discusses the problem of identifying factors and determinants of the political participation of ethnic groups in politics. Some people see political participation as an activity by which individuals try to influence the government through ethnic groups to carry out the actions they want. Others believe that the engine of political activity is an individual's need for internal improvement when political participation contributes to its full functioning in the life of the State and gives it a sense of involvement in political processes. A comprehensive approach to determining the essence of political participation by ethnic groups is justified, according to which the institution of political participation is a multifaceted socio-cultural phenomenon that affects many aspects of the socio-political dynamics of modern society. According to this approach, political participation is also manifested in democratic and undemocratic political regimes; at the same time, the trigger for political mobilization may be not only the impact of political leaders, but also their own need for people to participate actively in political processes.

Anthropologists, administrators and policy makers debated the adivasis question in the post-independent India from the perspectives of isolation, assimilation and integration. Amidst discourses, integration approach was followed to address the adivasi issues in the post-colonial period. Following the integration approach, the Indian state made series of promises to the adivasis in terms of granting equal citizenship rights in social, economic, political and cultural spheres; providing equal opportunities and committed to preserve and protect adivasi culture and identity. Despite such promises, adivasis continue to live at the margin of the post-colonial state, and thereby experiencing different forms of marginalization, dispossession and deprivation. They have developed cynicism towards the integration policy and experiencing declining sense of involvement in the (mainstream) society. The integration approach of the Indian state has become a means of exclusion for the adivasis in India. Within this backdrop, the paper critically examines the contemporary dynamics of integration of adivasis in the Indian state.
