Digitization of conferences between development requirements and the specter of failure (Analytical study in light of the COVID-19 crisis): رقمنة المؤتمرات بين متطلبات الأزمة وشبح الإخفاق (دراسة تحليلية في ظل أزمة كورونا COVID-19)

In light of the Covid 19 crisis, the telecommunications sector is no longer limited to traditional communication and searching for information, but rather the trend to communicate via the Internet, and this trend has gained great strength and spread and as a result, we see today digital conferences where individuals participate for predetermined hours, to cover a broad topic, such as blogging or education. Or medicine or technology. The process of digital transformation in conferences is very sensitive in light of the Covid 19 crisis, while most of the economic literature in this field has focused on the success factors of digital conferences as an alternative to direct meetings under conditions of divergence and quarantine, the factors of failure and failure are left aside, This is what prompted us to prepare this paper, through which we aim to shed light on the digital transformation of conferences and the specter of failure threatening them in light of the Covid 19 crisis, referring to the state of conferences for some countries and companies in a study of the impact of this on achieving success for their digital conferences.

The Reception of Lesia Ukrainka’s Works in German: The Significance of the Concept of “Struggle”

The article examines individual German translations of works by Lesia Ukrainka in various genres, which activate the concept of “struggle.” To establish the linguistic and stylistic analogues, coincidences, and diff erences of the translated works, their typological comparison with the original Ukrainian sources was carried out. It was found that key motifs in the works of Lesia Ukrainka, such as aff ection, resilience, courage, confrontation, and great strength of will and spirit are factors that form the concept of “struggle.” The conceptual meanings and axiological values of the concept of “struggle” created by the poetess are: internal strength and independence; free choice, freedom, and liberty; the desire to have freedom and longing for it as the beginning or continuation of the struggle, a sign of insubordination, the spirit of disobedience; the word as a future weapon for the native language and Ukraine; the desire to prevail; the antithesis of death, sad thoughts, obedience, and others. The analysis revealed that there are some linguistic and stylistic diff erences in the analyzed German translations that are related to the peculiarities of German grammar and word formation. The selection of German equivalents sometimes further reinforces the emphasis of the original text. The concept of “struggle” in Lesia Ukrainka’s works in the analyzed translations into German by well-known translators fully reveals the conceptual picture of the author’s works and expands the possibilities of the reception of Ukrainian linguistic culture for German-speaking readers.

A Novel Method for Managing Flared Root Canal with Anatomic Post and Core: A Case Report

The compromised tooth structure after endodontic treatment necessitates the use of post and core for structural durability. Management of the flared root canal is still a tough obstacle for the clinicians. Reinforcing the root canal space with the customised anatomic post thus regains the lost structure within the canal and aids in establishing a great strength and stability to the tooth structure. The report of this case scenario aims on clinical technique of fabricating anatomic post with glass - fibre posts and composite resin on a central and lateral incisor.

Tidayu ethnic harmonization in semiotic review of face negotiations conflict styles

The various ethnic groups with distinctive characteristics of each culture in Indonesia have consequences for potential conflicts among them. Tidayu ethnicity is a complete reflection of the interwoven between the three dominant ethnicities in the West Kalimantan region, including: Tionghoa, Dayak, and Malay. This study aims to reveal the meaning of the various signs displayed by the style of inter-ethnic conflict in a video show entitled �Bhinneka Tunggal Ika� with a review of the face negotiation theory proposed by Stella Ting-Toomey. The Thomas Albert Sebeok's Six Sign Semiotics method is used to examine the audio-visual data. The results of the research show that there is a harmonization of signs of various styles of conflict between ethnic groups, so that it becomes a great strength for the Indonesian Nation and State in particular to increase its social solidarity.

Analisis Intertekstual Timun Mas dan Buto Ijo pada Iklan Marjan dan Cerita Rakyat Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the intertextuality of Timun Mas and Buto Ijo in the Marjan advertisement with Indonesian folklore. The advertisement is considered as a text derived from the previous text because it uses the characters of Buto Ijo and Timun Mas, namely the legendary figures of folklore entitled Timun Mas and Buto Ijo. The data sources are the Timun Mas and Buto Ijo versions of Marjan advertisements and the Timun Mas and Buto Ijo folk tales. Descriptive analysis was carried out using an intertextuality approach to see the relationship between the two texts. The results showed that the character of Buto Ijo in the Marjan advertisement and Indonesian folklore had some similarities and differences. The similarity is Buto Ijo is tall, big, and green. Buto Ijo, as his name implies, is told as a giant green figure who has great strength. The difference lies at the end of the story. In the advertisement, Buto Ijo has a happy ending by joining the Timun Mas family to celebrate Eid. While in folklore, Buto Ijo has a tragic ending. Buto Ijo died from drowning in a sea of ​​shrimp paste that turned into embers in the ocean.

Facile Coating of HAP on Ti6Al4V for Osseointegration

Ti6Al4V alloy is a material with great strength, low-slung modulus, inferior density, and a virtuous blend of mechanical and exceptional corrosion resistance. However, it does not offer good osseointegration and bone development properties. Conversely, hydroxyapatite (HAP) is highly bioactive in nature to bind with the nearby bone tissues when implanted in the host body. In this work, we have extracted HAP from bovine bones by using the thermal decomposition method. This was followed by its deposition onto the Ti6Al4V alloy using the Electrophoretic Deposition (EPD) technique. TiO2 is used as a bond coat layer to increase the adhesion between HAP and Ti6Al4V alloy substrates. The coated samples after sintering exhibited excellent adhesion. This was followed by characterization using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). FTIR and SEM confirm the formation of HAP and its presence after the immersion in SBF. Vicker hardness tester confirms the increase in hardness value of coated samples up to 35%. Potentiostat tests were conducted to compare the corrosion rate of both samples. In addition, the particle sizes were also identified by a laser particle analyzer, whereas X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) technique was also used to determine the crystalline phases of alloy and HAP.

Consequently, they propose diverse strategies for boosting the presence of Hebrew among Jewish Americans. On the other hand, they all resist romantic concepts of Hebrew drawn from Johann Gottfried Herder's conflation of language, nation, and folk, which inevitably leads to a valorization of authenticity. To put it another way, modern Israeli Hebrew poses particular challenges to Hebraists elsewhere, despite the longstanding role of Hebrew in Jewish civilization. The great strength of this volume lies in its successful severing of devotion to Hebrew (whether intellectual, emotional, or cultural) from allegiance to “authenticity” in its diverse meanings.

ANALYSIS OF THE BASIC PROVISIONS OF SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL REHABILITATION OF VICTIMS OF EMERGENCIES

The article substantiates topical issues of extreme situations. The sociopsychological consequences of catastrophes, their impact on the mental health of the population are noted. The tasks that a social worker should solve with victims of extreme situations are highlighted. It highlights the presence of a person in the organization of a traumatic event, as well as its consequences. The types of emergencies regarding their experience by a person are disclosed: shock mental trauma, which are characterized by suddenness, great strength and, as a rule, threatening life and well-being; extreme situations for short-term action, but psychologically very significant; extreme situations of long-term action affecting the basic value orientations of a person.
