This community service is a type of non-formal education that is able to educate people to like learning (learning society) regardless of age, community service carried out by the Hindu Theology study program which is in the realm of religion is very relevant to religious activities in Bali so as to be able to provide assistance. community expertise in problem solving. The Hindu Theology Study Program has scholars, experts, and students who can be utilized optimally by the community for the sake of creating harmony between fellow humans, humans and the natural environment, and a harmonious relationship with God Almighty, as in accordance with the teachings of Hinduism in the concept of Tri Hita Karana. So that the implementation of community service is important as an improvement in the quality of the institution and also the welfare of the community. This form of service implementation follows the service guidelines that have been set by STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja by providing education, services and including students in every community activity. The noble purpose of community service is of course to create quality human resources and produce outputs that have a contribution to the wider community and universities.

University is the institution engaged in public service namely education services needs to identify the student candidates on education product, develops educational products and implements marketing activities to attract the attention of the student candidates. The purpose of this study is to determine priority consideration for students in choosing a study program at the College. The method used in this study is  Fuzzy Analysis Hierarchy Process (FAHP), with the results of the study, the order's rank criteria factor (Study Program profile, Infrastructure, The Activity of study Program and  Rules of Conduct), the rank order of the sub factor infrastructure criteria (Quality of College Building, Library, Sport Facilities, Laboratory), the order of sub-criteria rank factor of study Program profile ( lay out and Accreditation of study program, the length of the Study, Graduates Lecturer), a sequence of sub criteria ranking factors study program of activities  (Seminar, Community Service, fieldtrip, Research), and the sequence of sub-criteria rank factor of the order of  (Lectures, students number, Clothing, Leaves).

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

A lecturer with a good performance has a positive impact on the quality of teaching and learning. The said quality  includes the delivery of teaching materials, learning methods, and ultimately the academic results of students. Performance of lecturers contributes significantly to the quality of research and community service which in turn improves the quality of teaching materials. It is desirable, therefore, to have a method to measure the performance of lecturers in carrying out the Tri Dharma (or the three responsibility) activities, which consist of teaching and learning process, research, and community service activities, including publications at both national and international level. This study seeks to measure the performance of lecturers and cluster them into three categories, namely "satisfactory", "good", and "poor". Data were taken from academic works of nursing study program lecturers in conducting academic activities. Clustering process is carried out using two machine learning approaches, which is K-Means and K-Medoids algorithms. Evaluation of the clustering results suggests that K-Medoids algorithm performs better compared to using K-Means. DBI score for clustering techniques using K-Means is -0.417 while the score for K-Medoids is -0.652. The significant difference in the score shows that K-Medoids algorithm works better in determining the performance of lecturers in carrying out Tri Dharma activities.

AbstractThe problem of Human Resources (HR) in Indonesia is becoming increasingly complex, this is reflected in the large number of formal education graduates from various levels who are not absorbed in the world of work. Many factors cause this to happen, including the mismatch between HR competencies and the labor market, the growth of the workforce is greater than the availability of available employment and population distribution between regions is not evenly distributed. If you look at the achievements of Indonesian tertiary education graduates, many of Indonesian tertiary education graduates are slow to get jobs, this shows that there is a broken link between higher education and the world of work. Higher education has not been able to produce graduates with high selling prices armed with the knowledge they have learned even though in general higher education graduates have greater employment opportunities than high school or lower level graduates. Many realities on the ground show that the quality of Indonesian people as a potential resource still does not meet expectations. This happens because of the low quality of education in Indonesia. By fulfilling good educational needs, the students will get benefits and can improve the quality of life of the knowledge they have, so that after completing their education, they can get decent jobs or create quality jobs. Indonesia's education world must start to build links with the world of work, so that the world of work responds to graduates produced in accordance with what the world of work wants; this paradigm must be understood and built by the Indonesian government. Education transformation is needed so that education is able to produce reliable and resilient human resources; education and educators must be improved.

In PGMI Program STAIN Al-Fatah Jayapura quality of learning still little bit unsatisfied, because by following the acreditatuon score is C. Based on the fact, implementation management of strategy program PGMI still don't applied yet optimally. This matter affected by number of human resources still limited at homebase of PGMI and theres is not certain duty yet, even head of program education, so all the decision is centered on course department. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation ofmanagement strategy and instructional’s quality of PGMI study program. Based on the result of the data this research has management of strategy in the PGMI Program there were: a.) planning of the learning activity through making learning activity schedule that consist of kind of subjects and list of supported lecturer b.) conducting learning activity in PGMI Program when it conducted as learning schedule and RPS. c.)  controlling/supervising based on : lecturer journal, lecturer teaching daily journal, lecturer absent and lecturer questionaire. d.) evaluation learning activity was applied clearly from lecturer or students. For lecturer through first meeting and the last semester. Meanwhile, evaluation for students through ; active and present score, individual task nor group that given by lecturer, mid-term test, last-term test, and comprehensive test in the end of study.

This article presents a preliminary study which was done through a literature review of various scientific references on the development of human resources through non-formal technological and vocational education. Current issues and problems in developing countries are related to the low quality of human resources in villages due to the low education and skills (technological and vocational skills). The development of non-formal technological and vocational education for village communities becomes an alternative solution, particularly when formal education does not provide solutions. With the concept of life-long learning, non-formal technological and vocational education is based on practical knowledge and skills. Non-formal education allows a learning model which addresses individuals’ learning needs. Thus, it becomes one of solutions to overcome unemployment.

In the midst of the high number of employee deductions made by many companies at this time, it is very necessary for the younger generation to have the ability to entrepreneurship so as to be able to run their business independently. This study aims to identify the role of formal education, self-concept, and its effect on entrepreneurship potential in students. The population in this study is a student of Faculty of Economics, University of Lancang Kuning. Methods of data retrieval using an online questionnaire. Data processing uses quantitative analysis through descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. Qualitative analysis is done by interpretation of the data obtained in the research and the results of data processing that has been implemented by giving information and explanation. The results of descriptive data indicate that formal education, self-concept, and entrepreneurship potential of students of faculty of economics management study program in good criterion. Formal education and self-concept positively and significantly affect the entrepreneurial potential of students. This means that improvements in the quality of formal education and self-concept will increase the potential of entrepreneurship in students

This community service is carried out by lecturers at the university, in order to participate actively in improving the quality of human resources through counseling and workshops. Counseling and workshops carried out are related to efforts to increase motivation, innovation and creativity in MSMEs, especially handicrafts made from beads. The results of MSMEs in the form of handicrafts from beads are still very much needed to be continuously improved. Besides that the market for bead creativity products is still very widely opened. The results of these beadsare  in the form of prayer beads and various women's jewelry such as bracelets and necklaces. The handicrafts are chosen because the method of making them is quite easy and the ingredients needed are easy to obtain. The method used in this service is participatory approach, and the respondents consist of the community as business actors. Respondents also participated directly in the focus group discussion, interviews, training, workshops, consuls, and executions. Through the implementation of this service it is hoped that it will be able to encourage the growth and development of MSMEs to improve community welfare and improve the quality of the active role of lecturers as a form of concern for improving the quality of human resources in the community.

Abstract Weak knowledge about religion can lead to something fatal, especially in diverse areas, which causes people to sometimes not be able to distinguish between religion and culture, between belief and society, including the Lake Paris sub-district which is a border area with North Sumatra, and is the gateway to The influx of migrants from outside the region, the issue of the shallowing of faith was a flashlight for the Acehnese community, so this needs to be the attention of all parties. To anticipate the occurrence of this silting of faith, several policies were launched by the Aceh government, including the birth of Aceh Qanun No. 8 of 2015 including the basis for consideration of this, as well as the establishment of Dayah in the Aceh border region, including in Aceh Singkil, to be precise, which is located in Danau Paris District its purpose includes fortifying the people from the shallowing of the creed. The strategy carried out by the Safinatussalamah Frontier Dayah on the issue of the shallowing of the creed is through improving the quality of dayah education, in the context of cadre of Da'I as the successor of the missionary struggle, as well as socio-religious activities for the community with the aim of providing religious understanding through Friday sermons and also provide motivation in terms of education through the provision of scholarships for the people of the Danau Paris sub-district, so that it can produce human resources who are knowledgeable and reliable in providing religious understanding for the people of the Danau paris sub-district in the future. Keywords: Strategy, Dayah, Silence of Faith         Abstrak Lemahnya pengetahuan tentang agama dapat mengakibatkan sesuatu yang fatal apalagi pada daerah-daerah yang majmuk, yang menyebabkan masyarakat terkadang tidak mampu membedakan antara agama dan budaya, antara keyakinan dan sosial, termasuk kecamatan Danau Paris yang merupakan daerah perbatasan dengan sumatera utara, dan merupakan pintu masuknya pendatang dari luar daerah, Isu pendangkalan akidah ini sempat senter bagi kalangan masyarakat Aceh, sehingga hal ini perlu menjadi perhatian semua pihak. Untuk mengantisifasi terjadinya pendangkalan akidah ini, beberapa kebijakan sempat diluncurkan pemerintah aceh, termasuk lahirnya Qanun Aceh No 8 tahun 2015 termasuk dasar pertimbangan hal tersebut, begitu juga pendirian Dayah diwilayah perbatasan Aceh, termasuk di Aceh Singkil, tepatnya yang berada di Kecamatan Danau paris salah satu tujuannya termasuk membentengi umat dari pendangkalan Akidah. Strategi yang dilakukan Dayah Perbatasan safinatussalamah terhadap Isu pendangkalan Akidah  ini, melalui peningkatan mutu pendidikan dayah, dalam rangka pengkaderan Da’I sebagai penerus perjuangan dakwah, begitu juga dengan kegiatan sosial keagamaan bagi masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman agama melalui khutbah jum’at dan juga memberikan motivasi dalam hal pendidikan melalui pemberian beasiswa bagi masyarakat kecamatan Danau Paris, sehingga dapat melahirkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang berilmu dan handal dalam memberikan pemahaman keagamaan bagi masyarakat Kecamatan Danau paris pada masa akan datang.
