Meat production plays a vital socioeconomic role for sustainable development and for promoting food security in most countries. However, not much is known about research agendas done globally and the advancement of knowledge-generating networks in this area of study. The present study aims to reveal and analyze scientific research outputs on meat production linked with recent nanotechnology research work done till date. A compilation of research advancement and development within the sphere was realized through a scientometric study to comprehend the trend of research outputs, scientific impacts, authors' involvement, collaboration networks, and the advancement of knowledge gaps for future research endeavors on the current subject matter. Scholarly published articles were retrieved from the web of science (WOS) and Scopus databases from 1985 to 2020 and they were merged together using bibliometric package in R studio. All duplicated articles (438) from both data bases were excluded. A combination of terms (nano* AND (livestock* OR meat* OR beef* OR mutton* OR pork* OR chevon* OR chicken* OR turkey*)), and conversely analyzed for scientometric indices. A collection of 656 peer-reviewed, research articles were retrieved for the study period and authored by 2,133 researchers with a collaboration index of 3.31. The research outputs were highest in the year 2020 with total research outputs of 140 articles. The topmost three authors' keywords commonly used by authors were nanoparticles, meat, and chitosan with a respective frequency of 75, 62, and 57. China, Iran, and India ranked top in terms of meat production research outputs linked to nanotechnology and total citation with respective article productivity (total citations) of 160 (3,193), 111 (1,765), and 37 (552). Our findings revealed an increasing trend in research (with an annual growth rate of 25.18%) tending toward advancing meat production with the use of nanotechnology. Likewise, there is an increasing pointer to the fact that research work on nanotechnology and meat production has the prospect to influence positively, decision-making on research direction, and collaborations, hereby increasing the production of meat and its products in the future.

Background: Rapid advancement in computing technology and digital information leads to the possible use of machine learning on breast cancer. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the research output of the top 100 publications and further identify a research theme of breast cancer and machine-learning studies. Methods: Databases of Scopus and Web of Science were used to extract the top 100 publications. These publications were filtered based on the total citation of each paper. Additionally, a bibliometric analysis was applied to the top 100 publications. Results: The top 100 publications were published between 1993 and 2019. The most productive author was Giger ML, and the top two institutions were the University of Chicago and the National University of Singapore. The most active countries were the USA, Germany and China. Ten clusters were identified as both basic and specialised themes of breast cancer and machine learning. Conclusion: Various countries demonstrated comparable interest in breast cancer and machine-learning research. A few Asian countries, such as China, India and Singapore, were listed in the top 10 countries based on the total citation. Additionally, the use of deep learning and breast imaging data was trending in the past 10 years in the field of breast cancer and machine-learning research.

ObjectiveThis work aims to analyze the 100 most cited papers in radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy for cervical cancer.MethodsThe 100 most cited papers in radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy between 1990 and 2020 were identified with Thompson Reuters Web of Science citation indexing on August 24, 2020. The publication years, source titles, countries/regions, total citations, and average citations per year were extracted from the Web of Science. The research type and research domain were classified by the authors.ResultsThese 100 papers were cited a total of 28,714 times, and the median number of citations was 169.5 (ranging from 116 to 1,700 times). The most cited paper was “Concurrent cisplatin-based radiotherapy and chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer” by Rose et al., with a total citation of 1,700 times. The International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology Physics (40 papers), Radiotherapy and Oncology (14 papers), and the Journal of Clinical Oncology (12 papers) published the largest number of papers. USA (47 papers), Austria (18 papers), Canada (13 papers), and England (13 papers) contributed the largest number of papers. Image-guided adaptive brachytherapy (IGABT) had the largest number of papers (25 papers). Concurrent chemotherapy was the most cited research domain, with 10,663 total citations and 592.4 citations per paper.ConclusionIn the present study, we conducted a bibliometric analysis of the 100 most cited papers in radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy for cervical cancer in the past 30 years. IGABT and concurrent chemotherapy were the most cited research domains.

Background: Nine years have passed since the Journal of Bone Metabolism (JBM) was launched as an English journal in 2012; it was finally included in Scopus in January 2019. Therefore, this study aimed to provide evidence of increased international recognition based on journal metrics and reflect on its efforts to be recognized as a top-notch journal.Methods: Databases, such as the Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, Korean Citation Index (KCI), and citation indicators, including the impact factor (IF) and SCImago journal rank (SJR) were reviewed and calculated according to years, and the results were drawn. Furthermore, country-wise contributions and top-cited articles were also investigated.Results: The JBM 2020 IF was 2.17 in the WoS. The 2020 SJR in Scopus was 0.334, with a ranking of 165/219 (75.3%) in the Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism category. The 2020 KCI was 0.42. Of 263 articles, 260 were citable (98.9%), and of 176 original articles, 15 (8.5%) were supported by research grants. The total citation of JBM has increased from 16 in 2014 to 141 in 2020; however, its KCI remained stationary from 0.29 in 2015 to 0.42 in 2020.Conclusions: Currently, JBM is increasingly cited by international researchers than Korean researchers, indicating that the journal’s content is valued at an international level. Its inclusion in PubMed Central appears to have increased its international relevance; however, publishing English-only articles may hinder its use domestically. Therefore, efforts should be made to increase citation rates and enhance domestic readership.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to provide the first assessment of the integrated reporting (IR) stream using a broad sample of publications separated into research scopes (accounting and non-core accounting journals) and using a longitudinal perspective. This study proposes to identify its main contributors, evidencing both individual and collaborative work. Design/methodology/approach Bibliometric tools supported by a milestone approach to IR history were used to address the first two research questions on the growth of this stream per scope. Density maps on keyword co-occurrence provided insights into the third question aimed at assessing differences in the scopes’ research topics. The number of publications, citation-based metrics and network analysis based on co-authorship allowed us to answer the last question regarding the top contributors. Findings The results endorse the acknowledged interest in this stream, exposing its incredible growth, which already amounts to over 1,000 different scholars, 200 distinguished journals and 7,600 citations across 540 peer-reviewed publications. With the accounting scope leading on citation frequency and the non-core accounting having more publications, an almost picture-perfect circle in a pooled density map supports the field’s advocated interdisciplinarity with its distinctive contributions. Finally, the cluster analysis revealed that 140 publications belong exclusively to 10 research clusters that contribute to more than half of the total citation count. Originality/value This rich analysis combines visualizing techniques with in-depth bibliometrics to provide the first far-reaching collation of publications on IR to offer a complementary view on this dynamic interdisciplinary stream.

AbstractOur objective in this review was to determine (1) impactful research articles about CRISPR-edited stem cells, (2) factors that affected CRISPR method performance in stem cell, and (3) research design related to CRISPR-edited stem cells. Screening research papers of related topic was carried out by using the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) database of the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science Core Collection updated. We screened impactful CRISPR/Cas9-edited stem cells based on total citation until 2020. The result showed the title “RNA-guided human genome engineering via Cas9” was the highest citation in stem cell research using the CRISPR method with total citation 4789 from Web of Science Core Collection until 2020. It became the most influenced paper because this was the first research using CRISPR method for modifying human cells. On the other hand, cell type, CRISPR/Cas9 delivery, and gene target affected CRISPR/Cas9 performance in stem cells. The more complex the cell structure, the more difficult for CRISPR/Cas9 to mutate the host cells. This problem could be solved by modifying the CRISPR/Cas9 delivery by liposome and SaCas9 modification. Another way was using ribonucleoprotein (RNP) as a delivery method. Then, double gene target was more difficult to execute than single gene target. Although it is difficult, CRISPR/Cas9 had the capability to target any genome region from promoter until intron. Research design used a combination of dry lab and wet lab. The dry lab is usually used for sequence analysis and gRNA design. The wet lab which consisted of in vitro and in vivo was used for gene characterization. In particular, colony selection, DNA analysis, and sequencing were important parts for in vitro research design, while DNA analysis and sequencing were crucial parts for in vivo research design. We hoped these findings could give researchers, investor, and students a guideline to conduct CRISPR-edited stem cells in the future.

The Higher Education System Rankings measure national higher education systems and meet a long-standing need to shift the discussion from the ranking of the NIRF top institutions to the best overall systems in each country, to reflect the country’s overall performance in NIRF rankings we propose a new Excellence/Quality indicator based on the excellence level reached by their Top Pharma education institutions within the Top positions of the NIRF weighted by the country’s size population. In the present study, we analyzed the Top 10 Pharma education institutions of the NIRF Ranking 2020. The first rank positioned by Hamdard University NIRF score of (80.5). SCOPUS database was used to extract the data and the study was limited to five years (2016-2019) which resulted in 7172 documents. The data analysis was performed using Biblioshiny, Microsoft excel, and VOS Viewer software, further data were explored using the bibliometrics tools and techniques. The study attempt to measure the top 10 Pharma Education Institution’s and their publications, Year-Wise distribution of research Output, document type, Highly Prolific Authors, Most Preferred Sources, Funding Agencies, Most Cited Papers, Most Productive and Most Cited Countries, and Highly Prolific Keywords based on the collected data. The analysis of the study indicates the highest publications with 2129, published by Institute of Chemical Technology-Mumbai; the most the productive year 2017 with 1508 publications; most of the publications are published as articles (6067); highly prolific author Sekar N with 194 papers, total citation 1954, h-index 22; preferred source title RSC Advance, 217 paper, total citation 2508, h-index 24; top funding agency University Grant Commission (UGC) 609 papers; top cited paper Shao Y, 2015, Molecular Physics; most productive and most cited country the USA.

Nowadays the researchers have found the Finale the soundless virus of unsafe abortion is an imperative public-health and human-rights authoritative. Furthermore, noticeable global-health issues related to abortion constitute an important debate in medical ethics. Each year, approximately 19–20 million abortions are completed by personalities lacking the necessary bits of help or in situations lower lowest medical ethics or both. As a result, we found that the greatest productive author in standings of the total number of articles, the highest mean of total citation per articles 10.02 registered in the year 2015 against 1684 number of the citation with five citable years, Foster DG is the most remarkable writer according to M-index which is the median number of cited publications. While the author only started to create in 2015, the top two journals with highly (4143 and 4110 cited a Fertil Steril, and Hum Reprod) related to abortion services research.

The past decade witnessed the resurgence of sustainable consumption due to the strong support offered by companies, consumers, institutions, and society. Nevertheless, examination of sustainable consumption via bibliometric and network analyses is absent from the vast literature. In order to bridge this gap, a bibliometric analysis was performed on all publications related to sustainable consumption in the Scopus database for the period of 1974-2019. Upon analyzing 2352 articles, several parameters were determined, namely the trends in publications, the most popular journals, the productive countries of the most important countries, most of the studies cited and the list of keywords for further description (psychosocial factors).From the selected 160 journals, articles were most-frequently published in Sustainability Switzerland, while the Journal of Consumer Marketing ranked first for total citation. The emergence of sustainable consumption topic was spread across 120 countries and 159 academic institutions. This present study discovered that the United States dominated publication production, whereas Universität Göttingen in Germany was the most productive institution. Upon further systematic analysis using VOS viewer, 5333 keywords were listed. The top four clusters of psychosocial determinants were discussed in light of social norm, attitude, environmental concern, and perceived value. Building on the outcomes retrieved from this analysis, researchers may better plan their studies and contribute better insights of their empirical investigations.

AbstractMicrobial keratinase research has been on an upward trajectory due to the robustness and efficiency of the enzyme toward various green technological processes that promote economic development and environmental sustainability. A compendium of research progression and advancement within the domain was achieved through a bibliometric study to understand the trend of research productivity, scientific impacts, authors' involvement, collaboration networks, and the advancement of knowledge gaps for future research endeavours. A three-decade (1990 to 2019) scholarly published articles were retrieved from the web of science database using a combination of terms "keratinas* or keratinolytic proteas* or keratinolytic enzym*", and subsequently analyzed for bibliometric indicators. A collection of 330 peer-reviewed, research, articles were retrieved for the survey period and authored by 1063 researchers with collaboration index of 3.27. Research productivity was most in 2013 with total research output of 28 articles. The top three authors' keywords were keratinase, keratin and protease with a respective frequency of 188, 26 and 22. India, China and Brazil ranked top in terms of keratinase research outputs and total citation with respective article productivity (total citations) of 85 (1533), 57 (826), and 36 (764). This study evaluated the trend of keratinase research outputs, scientific impact, collaboration networks and biotechnology innovations. It has the potentials to influence positively decision making on future research direction, collaborations and development of products for the bio-economy.
