In the food sector, customer have been voting by their feet since ages. However, due to the technological changes clubbed with present COVID-19 pandemic, the trend has changed rapidly. Customers are confined to their home and technology has emerged as the only saviour. Increase in the number of downloads of food ordering app is an indication of both popularity of this app and helplessness of the present age customer. With restricted movement, they have these apps to either get the food delivered at their doorstep or take away with pre-orders. Hence, it becomes imperative for the app designer and food service provider to brainstorm and develop an app which can focus on the customer ease rather than forcing their design and interface to the customer. In this backdrop, the present study is a novel attempt which primarily focuses on the relationship between app quality and customer satisfaction.

What has the pandemic taught us about worship? Reflecting on religion in quarantine, Heidi A. Campbell observed that while many churches have embraced a new medium of worship (digital), the underlying approach to worship has remained centered on the worship event. Campbell criticizes this event-based focus as being out of step with the networked age in which we live. Is Campbell right, or is there still a place for the worship event, even in this networked age? Drawing on the work of liturgical theologians and network theorists, I revisit the role of the liturgical event in the wider life of the church, arguing that the liturgical event remains a central element of the church’s mission, but that the liturgy is meant to take worshippers beyond itself. I suggest that pandemic reflections on liturgy should lead the church to emphasize that Christians are a sent people, even during a time of restricted movement. This shift in emphasis from gathering to sending out redefines the church more broadly and helps us reclaim a more expansive vision of worship beyond the mere event.

Periarthritis Shoulder is common in people who are middle-aged or older. As shoulder joint is the most mobile joint in the body making it vulnerable to problems, ultimately leading to restricted shoulder movements. A 67 years old male patient diagnosed with Avabahuka (Adhesive capsulitis), managed with MARMA CHIKITSA. After completion of the treatment, pain, swelling, tenderness and restricted movement of the humero-glenoid joint were reduced. As the signs and symptoms of this disease are not mentioned in Ayurvedic classics, specific treatment protocols and formulations cannot be given. The selection of drugs may differ from case to case. The treatment plan followed in this study may be adopted in future cases changing the selection of drugs based upon the necessity to obtain good results. Keywords: Marma Chikitsa, Periarthritis Shoulder, Avabahuka, Frozen shoulder.

Introduction: Ankylosing spondylitis(AS) is a rheumatic disease that comes under the category of Spondyloarthritides. The symptoms of the disease are usually first noticed in late adolescence or early adulthood, with male to the female prevalence of 3:1. Which can be better managed by a combination of Panchakarma procedures and Ayurveda drugs. Clinical findings - We present a case of AS, having symptoms of low back pain along with stiffness unable to bend forward completely, and pain in the nape of the neck with stiffness and restricted movement so it was considered to be Gambhira Vatarakta. Intervention: Patient was treated with Panchakarma treatment Vaitrana Basti(Enema with medicated drugs) in Kala Schedule for 9 days and Jambeera Pinda Swedana(JPS)  for 6 days along with oral medicines. Outcomes - As oral Medication along with Panchakarma procedures help in relieving signs and symptoms like pain and restricted movement and providing best comfort to the patient by reducing the severity of the disability. Conclusion - so it can be concluded that Panchakarma is effective in the management of Ankylosing Spondylitis.

The inter-related relationship among service quality, satisfaction of customer and their loyalty using the app has been explored. Collection of the data used stratified random sampling. A total of 380 usable data have been collected from customers who have been using this app for ordering since last one year.

Functional hypothalamic amenorrhoea (FHA) is a form of anovulation due to the suppression of HypothalamicPituitary-Ovarian (HPO) axis, not related to identifiable organic cause. FHA is a state of hormonal imbalance related to stress, exercising too much or consuming too few calories. In the unprecedented Covid-I9 Pandemic, there is an upsurge of FHA in adolescent girls. Being confined to ‘stay at home’, the phobia of gaining weight due to restricted movement is often triggering eating disorders like Anorexia Nervosa(AN);indulging in indoor overexercise, stress associated with routine change, exposure and preoccupations with social media in the changed scenario are causing a disruption of HPO axis manifesting as FHA. But FHA has serious short-term and longterm effects on the physical and mental health of the adolescent individuals. The present article aims at reviewing the causes, effects, evaluation and management of FHA in the present scenario. Adolescent girls with FHA should be carefully diagnosed and properly managed to prevent both short-term and long-term deleterious effects with appropriate and timely intervention.

Avabahuka is one of the diseases which involve the neuromuscular system. Pain and restricted movement in the shoulder joint is the main symptom that makes the patient seek the help of physicians. Ayurveda considers this under Vatayadhi. Avabahuka Chikitsa in Ayurveda has good relief for the patients suffering from the disease. A Male patient of age 70 yrs. approached D.G.M Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital with pain restricted movement and stiffness in the Rt. Shoulder for 6 days and diagnosed as Avbahuka. The patient was subjected to the Patrapottali Sweda along with the Shamana Yogas. After the treatment, the stiffness of the joint was reduced. The patient got moderate relief from the pain. This Keralaiya Chikitsa Paddati is more convenient in relieving the symptoms compared to the modern system of medicine. Keywords: Avabahuka, Patrapottali Stiffness, Restricted movement, Shoulder pain

The Covid lockdowns of 2020 and 2021 led many people to reassess their relationship to places. This article attempts, during this time of restricted movement, to imaginatively deep-map an island in the mouth of the Shannon in west Clare where my grandmother was born and raised. My deep-mapping of the island is by necessity virtual, assembled piecemeal from memories, daydreams, family recollections, historical fragments and that powerful, semi-enchanted sense of co-presence that can be found online. Unable to make a physical journey, I rely on the accretive and associative techniques of contemporary place writing. The article uses montage, juxtaposition, thick description, dense detail, imaginative reconstruction and the essayistic blending of undisciplined bits of knowledge, all of which do some of the work of conventional linear argument. As in place writing, the micro-study of a small, special place becomes a way of thinking more widely about our relationship to the earth in a time of environmental and public health emergency. The article is both my own experiment in place writing and an argument for the fresh perspectives that place writing can bring to cultural geography.

Abstract. Implicit sequence learning is an integral part of human experience, yet the nature of the mechanisms underlying this type of learning remains a matter of debate. In the current study, we provide a test for two accounts of implicit sequence learning, that is, one that highlights sequence learning in the absence of any motor responses (with suppressed eye movements) and one that highlights the relative contribution of the motor processes (i.e., eye movements) to learning. To adjudicate between these accounts and determine whether a motor response is a requisite process in sequence learning, we used anticipation measures to compare performance on the standard oculomotor serial reaction time (SRT) task and on a version of the SRT task where the eye movements were restricted during the learning phase. our results demonstrated an increased proportion of correct anticipations in the standard SRT task compared to the restricted-movement task.
