This study aims to reveal the application of Pancasila values ​​in Family Empowerment and Welfare activities in Kuripan village. This study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive analysis approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The conclusion of the research, 1) Precept I, that is, every activity and daily life is used to say greetings, beginning, and ending with prayer. Always work together in work groups, carry out worship together for Muslims. The basic principle is to respect the celebration of holidays for people of different religions. 2) Sila II, is an attitude of mutual cooperation, and there is no coercion for members 3) Sila III, which means doing community service, celebrating the independence day of the Republic of Indonesia, likes to wear batik 4) Sila IV, which means prioritizing freedom to express common interests, and everything is resolved through deliberation, and 5) Precept V, Do not separate seats, the application of a frugal lifestyle is supported by a socialization program about the importance of frugal living. The implementation of Pancasila values ​​in PKK activities in Kuripan Village is a subjective and objective implementation of Pancasila, because all activities carried out in PKK activities reflect the implementation of Pancasila values. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penerapan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila yang tercermin pada kegiatan Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga di Desa Kuripan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah  dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk mengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan melakukan pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian, 1) Sila I, dalam setiap kegiatan dan kehidupan sehari-hari digunakan untuk mengucapkan salam, diawali dan diakhiri dengan doa. Selalu bekerja sama dalam kelompok kerja, menjalankan ibadah bersama bagi yang muslim. Prinsip dasarnya adalah menghargai perayaan hari raya bagi umat yang berbeda agama. 2) Sila II, adalah sikap gotong royong, dan tidak ada paksaan untuk anggota 3) Sila III, yang berarti melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, merayakan hari kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, suka memakai batik 4) Sila IV, yang berarti mengutamakan kebebasan menyatakan kepentingan bersama, dan segala sesuatunya diselesaikan melalui musyawarah, dan 5) Sila V, tidak memisahkan tempat duduk, penerapan pola hidup hemat didukung oleh program sosialisasi tentang pentingnya tidak boros.

National extortion measures are regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Presidential Regulation Number 87 of 2016 concerning the Task Force for Clean Sweep of Illegal Levies. In West Sumatra, based on the West Sumatra Governor Decree number 0710-1247-2016, a Saber extortion team was formed. Various efforts have been made by the West Sumatra Regional Police Ditreskrimsus in tackling illegal levies both repressively and preventively, but still need to be optimized again. This research specification is Descriptive Analysis. The efforts made by the West Sumatra Regional Police Ditreskrimsus in tackling illegal levies are pre-eminent by instilling good values ​​/ norms so that these norms are internalized in a person. Furthermore, it is a preventative effort by conducting socialization to community service offices, making billboards / banners about illegal levies; and giving appeals to the public and repressive actions by taking legal action against illegal payments which are indicated as criminal acts. optimizing the role of the Ditreskrimsus Regional Police of West Sumatra in tackling illegal levies is done by increasing the capacity of the police organization's resources and the Criminal Policy approach in the form of a reasoning and non-reasoning policy.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p><em>This article analyzes the participation of the Kota Tua Onthel Tourism Association in preserving the Old City as a tourist destination to find out the forms of participation and factors that influence their participation. The method used in this article is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, literature studies, and documentation studies. The data collected was analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, then the data was presented formally and informally. The contents of the discussion of this article describe the forms of onthel community participation, namely making tourist attractions, introducing tourist attractions in Kota Tua, community service, establishing and maintaining the Old City library, maintaining tourism information posts, and contributing ideas. The factors that influence it are divided into two types, namely supporting factors and constraints. The limited capacity of human resources (HR) that is competent in their field often causes the less than optimal utilization of the marine and fisheries resources in Indonesia. Maritime and Fishery Vocational Schools (MFVS) can be the solution to this problem, as they are expected to generate capable and competitive human resources; thus, utilizing and sustainably managing the vast marine resources in Indonesia, and in turn improving the efforts taken to advance Indonesian people’s welfare. However, the level of employment for MFVS graduates in Indonesia is still limited to large scale fishing activities. Additionally, since the launch of Moratorium License of Fishery Commerce of Fishery States in the Republic of Indonesia (56/PERMEN-KP/2014) by the Indonesian Ministry of Marine and Fisheries (IMMaF), most fishery companies have ceased to operate. The study aimed to determine the impact caused by this regulation against the level of employment of MFVS graduates, as well as the scheme of policies that should be applied to maximize the human resources in the field of marine and fisheries. This research used a qualitative method, where the descriptive analysis was used as a primary tool of analysis. The results of the analysis indicated that the trend of employment of MFVS graduates shifted after the enactment of this policy. The lack of synergy between policies in the field of marine and fisheries and policies in the field of education and transportation resulted in the difficulty of MFVS graduates to achieve a good career in this field..

Language is one of the most important needs in social life. Balinese as a mother tongue is one of the identities and ancestral heritage that must be maintained and maintained properly. Existence can also be known by one word, namely existence. where existence is meant by the response from people around us which proves that our existence is recognized. This paper aims to describe the role of social media Instagram in an effort to maintain the existence of the use of Balinese language. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that on Instagram social media accounts such as @wikibasabali, @Bahasa_bali which contains an online dictionary of three languages ​​(Bali-Indonesian-English), virtual libraries, the use of anggah ungguhing basa, the use of Balinese in daily life, as well as on the @beluluk account which presents humor or entertainment in the form of Balinese comics, in this case Instagram social media can be one of the media that plays a role in efforts to maintain the existence of the Balinese language.

This research employed  a descriptive qualitative method, in which data and material needed was  obtained from interviews, observation, and based on f literature study on  journals, documents, electronic media and mass media  with descriptive analysis. This research aimsed It aims to analyze and to describe the behavior of Papuan students living in  community environment in Yogyakarta. From the result of  research on the students studied, it could be  found that some of students studied had  organizational behavior along  with surrounding  people  by participating in some society activities, such as <em>gotong royong</em> (mutual cooperation), <em>rapat RT</em>(neighborhood meeting), safeguarding environment, and etc. However, on the other hand in some areas of Yogyakarta , for example some people are not willing to accept their presence and giving  them dwelling  such as  boarding house, so that it indicates  discrimination againstPapuan students. It is  due to  dysfunctional behavior, they have thereby disrupting integration and socialization process in society. Papuan students consider that their behavior is commons , but is s unacceptable to society.  They make noise by speaking loudly, drinking , and some act ions  resulting  in conflict with  surrounding people. Meanwhile,  they should create a relationship and structure with society in the environment where  they live.

Community Service is one of the programs that are needed by the community today. This is done as an effort to respond to the needs of the community and is real program and realistic, especially in the fields of education, social, economic and cultural. Community Service Program is a program that is learning, studying and serving that is realized in the form of introduction and appreciation of community development through the clarity of planned change programs and problem solving methods regarding the ability to choose and use the right skills. A big nation is a nation that wants to respect its culture. Indonesia has a diversity of cultures that are characteristic and assets of the Indonesian nation. But most of the younger generation has forgotten a lot of the culture of the nation. The tendency of the younger generation now prefers outside cultures and many younger generations are less able to sort out most of which have negative impacts rather than a positive impact on themselves and others as well as the environment. There is a need for character education so that the younger generation can be relied upon in the future according to the nation's culture, such as being responsible for mutual cooperation, mutual assistance and good manners. Reog Kendhang's art proves that local culture can increase the sense of community nationalism and be able to become social controls so as not to fall into bad lifestyle. The formation of a national culture that can truly reunite all components of the nation's culture, therefore it is necessary to have a deeper introduction to history and cultural heritage in search of the identity of a pluralistic Indonesian society.

The research would look further at the representation of the human body in both Balinese and Javanese traditional houses and compared the function and meaning of each part. To achieve the research aim, which was to evaluate and compare the representation of the human body in Javanese and Balinese traditional houses, a qualitative method through literature and descriptive analysis study was conducted. A comparative study approach would be used with an in-depth comparative study. It would revealed not only the similarities but also the differences between both subjects. The research shows that both traditional houses represent the human body in their way. From the architectural drawing top to bottom, both houses show the same structure that is identical to the human body; head at the top, followed by the body, and feet at the bottom. However, the comparative study shows that each area represents a different meaning. The circulation of the house is also different, while the Balinese house is started with feet and continued to body and head area. Simultaneously, the Javanese house is started with the head, then continued to body, and feet area.

The emphasis in the exhibition is the subjective rights and obligations of the participants in the emerging legal relationship in view of the specifics of the work performed, which are incompatible with the legal sphere of free citizens participating in the employment relationship.

Since introduced with Universal Declaration at 1948 by United Nations Organization, human rights  has becoming a main instrument in international law and national laws. In Indonesia, regulations  concerning human rights has been legalized by Act Number 39 Year 1999. Study is needed to  explosure the extend of the rules of human rights that has determined in Indonesia Laws. This  journal analyze Indonesia Nationality Law based on universal instrument of human rights by  descriptive analysis research. Its found that Act Number 12 Year 2006 concerning Nationality of the  Republic of Indonesia has accommodate universal instrument of human rights.

Think-Pair-Share technique is one of the cooperative learning strategies that promote student involvement in the classroom. This strategy makes students engaged in in-class activities such as discussions and provides opportunities to share their ideas with others. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share strategy in teaching speaking skill for secondary students. A qualitative method with a descriptive analysis was undertaken in this study. The sample was twenty students of eighth grade. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data analysis technique used was presented in a descriptive form. The results indicated the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique during the learning process took place following the stages that have been stated in the learning process plan made by the teacher. Appreciation for the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique both from students is quite good. Students stated that they can overcome the constraints in the learning process of speaking activity through Think-Pair-Share.
