This study aimed at the role of knowledge of information technology in organizational ‎development, by identifying the role of using information technology on developing ‎the skills of principals and employees at Al-Ferar School from the point of view of ‎teachers and teachers, and identifying the feasibility of using information technology ‎to reduce the size of the administrative apparatus in the school, in addition to identify ‎the feasibility of using information technology to expand communication networks in ‎the school, and to know the feasibility of using information technology to sort out new ‎and advanced patterns of management in the school, in order to complete the study. ‎The analytical descriptive approach was followed, through the use of the ‎questionnaire as a tool for the study, and a sample of (42) teachers was selected ‎from the research community in a random manner. The central results of the study: ‎There is a high effect of (3.46) for the use of technology on the organizational ‎development of the Ferar School for Girls from the point of view of the teachers. ‎There is also a significant impact of the use of technology at a rate of (3.6) on the ‎development and administrative development in Ferar School for Girls from the point ‎of view of the teachers. There is an average effect of using technology, at an ‎average of (3.06) on reducing the size of the administrative apparatus in the Ferar ‎School from the point of view of teachers. There is also an impact of a high rate of ‎‎ (3.7) for the use of technology on the expansion of the communication network in the ‎Ferar School from the point of view of teachers and teachers. There is a high (3.4) ‎role for the use of technology to sort out new and developed administrative patterns ‎in the Ferar School from the point of view of the teachers. It also found that the use ‎of technology contributes by (69.9%) to the development of administrative skills in the ‎Ferar School from the point of view of teachers and teachers, and that the use of ‎technology contributes by (65.2%) to reducing the size of the administrative ‎apparatus, and the use of technology contributes by (86.1%) in Expanding the ‎communication network in the Freer School from the point of view of the teachers ‎and the teachers. The study also found that there is no significant effect for (the ages ‎of the respondents, educational qualifications, and years of experience) for their ‎answers about the feasibility of using technology on organizational development in ‎the Freer Secondary School from their point of view. In the wake of these results, the ‎study came out with recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to ‎proceed with the use of technology as a developmental tool in schools, and the need ‎to develop benefiting from this use, especially in the areas of developing ‎administrative skills. As the highest source of nourishment for over half the world’s population, rice is by far one of the most essential commercial food crops. Its yearly yield worldwide is approximately 535 million tons. Fifty countries yield rice, with China and India they are supportive 50% of total production. In order to be successful in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, rice mill entrepreneurs must use a wide variety of skills. A skill is the ability to do something proficiently. Administrative skills fall into three basic categories: technical, human relations, and conceptual skills. In this study, administrative adoption among the rice mill entrepreneurs in Tirupur district was studied with one hundred respondents. The researcher has collected one hundred samples in Tirupur district by means of using questionnaire. Being a successful entrepreneur means more than starting new ventures every other day. It means the right attitude towards a business and the determination and grit to achieve success. A successful entrepreneur has a strong inner drive that helps him or her to succeed. Rice mill entrepreneurs should constantly reinvent themselves and think of better ways to run a business and improvise on the products and services offered by them.

Chola kings of Sangam period are so great among the Chera, Chola, Pandiya kings, Vēlir (Heads of small territory) and philanthropists of Puranānūru. Their reigns seems to include the special features of modern democracy. They reformed the forests, improved the water resources and gave a good governance to the citizens. So, they were praised as “the kings of water resources”, “possessors of paddy”, “Chola kingdom has abundance of rice” etc., relating to the richness of their country. As they nipped the enemies in the bud it self they were called ‘killi’; ‘chenni’ as they had the leadership qualities and ‘Valaran’, as they ruled an opulent country. To know the greatness of Chola kings in total, Cholan Nalangilli has been chosen, whose dignity has been sung in fourteen poems in Puranānūru. This is like testing with a single cooked rice, the fitness condition of the entire pot. Bringing out the facts about the rule of Cholas, their charity, sympathy, valour, bravery, administrative skills, patronage etc., are the objectives of the paper.

This study aimed to investigate the degree to which the principals of public schools in the Kasbah of Salt possess the skills of school crisis management from the viewpoint of the counselors, and the study sample consisted of (75) counselors, who were randomly chosen during the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020.The descriptive approach was used where the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (52) items, distributed on four domains of crisis management skills (preventive skills to avoid the occurrence of the crisis, planning skills to face the crisis, administrative skills to deal with the crisis during its occurrence and administrative skills (treatment) after the crisis ended. Its validity and reliability were verified. The study results showed that the degree of educational principals' possession of school crisis management skills was moderate. The results also showed statistically significant differences in the degree of principals’ possession of school crisis management skills attributed to gender in favor of males. The results also showed statistically significant differences in the degree of possession due to the variable of experience, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of academic qualification, educational stage, some recommendations were made in light of the results of the study.

Devendra Fadnavis, of the Bharatiya Janata Party, became the second-youngest chief minister of Maharashtra in 2014 at the age of 44. Belying expectations, he lasted a full five-year term in office governing the state renowned for its factional politics. His administrative skills were widely appreciated. He began his political career with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), the student wing of the BJP, and gradually worked his way up the political ladder. Fadnavis has a long association with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), where his father served as a pracharak. He attributes his poise and temperament to his upbringing in the RSS.

The study aimed to identify the degree of Application the Knowledge Management Strategies among the Principals at the basic governmental schools in the directorate of Education in the first Zarqa Region in Jordan, from the point of view of the male and female school teachers. The study community included all the teachers of these schools with the total number of (2915) for the academic year (2018-2019). The study sample was selected with a random stratified method. the researcher relied on a questionnaire to achieve and collected data, The results of the study has shown that the degree of application of the knowledge management strategies was moderate at these schools, and the study showed that there were statistically significant differences according to the variable of the sex variable and these differences did not appear with the variables of qualification variable. the researcher recommended to provide the requirements of application the of knowledge management strategies and to pay attention to the infrastructure and technology for schools to provide the knowledge to be able to practice the administrative skills.
