The study aimed to identify the degree of Application the Knowledge Management Strategies among the Principals at the basic governmental schools in the directorate of Education in the first Zarqa Region in Jordan, from the point of view of the male and female school teachers. The study community included all the teachers of these schools with the total number of (2915) for the academic year (2018-2019). The study sample was selected with a random stratified method. the researcher relied on a questionnaire to achieve and collected data, The results of the study has shown that the degree of application of the knowledge management strategies was moderate at these schools, and the study showed that there were statistically significant differences according to the variable of the sex variable and these differences did not appear with the variables of qualification variable. the researcher recommended to provide the requirements of application the of knowledge management strategies and to pay attention to the infrastructure and technology for schools to provide the knowledge to be able to practice the administrative skills.

The study aimed to identify the trends of primary stage laborers towards e-learning in teaching the Arabic language, and the obstacles they face from their point of view. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study population consisted of (170) male and female teachers working in public schools in Jerash governorate. The study sample (75) male and female teachers, who were chosen randomly. The results of the study showed that the attitudes of primary school teachers towards e-learning came at a positive level, with an arithmetic average (3.61), and the obstacles facing primary school teachers in e-learning came with a high degree, with an arithmetic average (3.84). The study recommended giving attention to providing electronic learning tools to include all schools, connecting all schools to the Internet and providing computers in proportion to the number of students in schools, and the study also recommended the necessity of dissolving all obstacles in e-learning, in terms of providing Internet labs in schools in proportion to the number of students and courses Scholastic.

For the competitive market, both talent management and knowledge management of employees are key primary resources in organizations. While it is well known that in today's emerging economy, intangible resources like knowledge and human capital seem as the soul of survival; few studies have examined the effect of external knowledge management and talent management strategies in Chinese manufacturing firms. This study tries to bridge this gap by examining the importance of external knowledge management and talent management, Moreover, how this consequence can affect in particular industry for the economic growth of China? Total 249 responses were collected through structured questionnaire from manufacturing organizations located in Shanghai and Suzhou, China. PLS-SEM techniques via Smart-PLS (3.2.4) software has been used to test and validate proposed model and the relationships among the hypothesized constructs. The findings of this study show that external knowledge management (E-KM) and talent management both contributes positively to the performance of manufacturing firms. Moreover, talent management as mechanism demonstrated strong mediation effects between E-KM and performance. In researchers' point of view and results revealed the evidence by linking E-KM with TM-OP and TM as a mechanism between E-KM and OP. Such insights may helpful for managers to target sustainable current and future growth of the organizations and also, to overcome the shortage of talented and qualified worker’s issues in fast-growing emerging economies.

The study aimed to know The Level of Performance of Science Teachers in the Sultanate of Oman in Light of NSTA Standards from their Point of View. The study sample consisted of (126) science male and female teachers in the al-dakhliah governorate in the Sultanate of Oman for the academic year 2016/2017. The researchers developed a questionnaire to determine the level of performance of science teachers in light of NSTA standards, which consisted of 83 paragraphs divided into five standards. The results of the study indicate that the level of performance of science teachers was moderate. The results indicated that the highest level performance of science teachers was in teachers' knowledge and understanding of content, followed by the standard of understanding how students learn and use different methods to develop their knowledge. While the lowest level of performance of science teachers in the effective planning of educational units standard. The results also showed no significant differences in the performance of science teachers attributed to the gender variable or specialization variable, while there are differences of statistical significance attributed to the variable qualification scientific and for the benefit of Masters, and the existence of differences of statistical significance attributed to the variable number of years of service and for teachers who have years of experience more than ten years.

This study aimed to Find out the role of the professional evaluation (annual assessment) for teachers In Irbid Governorate, Jordan to improve their performance from their point of view, in the light of variables of the gender, degree, and the final academic year assessment . The study includes a sample of two hundred teachers (male and female) from the governmental schools in AL –koura directorate which is located in Irbid governorate. The study showed that the effect of the teachers evaluation on their performance came in the middle level at about 49.32% percent with strong points that had a strong effect on improving the teachers performance and other points that had low effect. The study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the role of the annual assessment in improving the teacher's performance refers to variable of the gender, while the study showed there were a statistical significance differences refers to seventh degree and first and the rate of evaluation in the last year for the benefit excellent assessment. The researcher suggested a new program for training and evaluating the teachers that isn’t the same as being done now and some recommendations.

This paper focuses on knowledge management stressing an individual project manager’s point of view. First, the authors outline two knowledge management strategies as well as the notion of project manager. The authors concentrate on the project manager’s knowledge creation and communication using the so-called theatre metaphor for conscious experience. According to this metaphor, the human brain and consciousness work together like a theatre. With the help of the metaphor, the authors describe and attempt to understand important aspects of the project manager’s mental action in the above tasks.

The purpose of this research is to reveal the reality of media education in secondary education schools in Riyadh, from the teachers' point of view. To achieve the aims of the research, descriptive design and the questionnaire were used as a tool for research. It was distributed to a random sample of (30) female high school teachers was distributed in the city of Riyadh in the academic year 1440- 1441 AH. The results of the research showed: Obtaining the reality of media education in secondary education schools in the city of Riyadh at a total average of (2.77 out 3), With a degree (large), and at the level of fields; the field of the importance of teaching media education got the highest overall average of (2.85), followed by the field of obstacles to applying media education with an average of (2.78), and finally the field of media education concept with an average (2,67) All of them are (large), According to the results, proposals and Recommendations were presented to remove obstacles and awareness of the importance of teaching media education.

This study aimed to investigate the degree to which educational supervisors possess professional ethics from the teachers ’point of view in the Hebron Governorate. This study was conducted on all school teachers in the Hebron governorates in the second semester of the academic year 2020/2021 on a sample consisting of (505) teachers. The researcher used the descriptive approach, where by the researcher built the study tool, which relates to the degree of educational supervisors ’ownership of professional ethics from the teachers’ point of view in the Hebron governorate. The researcher made sure of the validity and reliability of the tool. The study found that the degree to which educational supervisors possessed professional ethics from the teachers ’point of view in the Hebron governorate came to a large extent, and there were differences in the degree to which educational supervisors possessed professional ethics from the teachers’ viewpoint in the Hebron governorate depending on the gender variable and in favor of males, and according to the educational qualification variable and in favor of the academic qualification. Master's degree or higher, according to the variable of years of experience and in favor of years of experience (5-10) years, and according to the variable of the teacher’s teaching phase and for the kindergarten phase, and according to the directorate’s variable and in favor of the Yatta district Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended: Paying attention to the educational supervision process at all levels and fields, giving value to the supervisor's report by granting incentives to teachers, increasing the number of supervisors in all directorates, and increasing the number of supervisors' visits to teachers.

This study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals in the Directorate of Education of the Kasbah of Amman in Jordan, practice administrative creativity from their point of view. The study used the descriptive survey approach, and the tool was a questionnaire, and it was distributed to an intended stratified sample of (151) male and female school principals in the Directorate of Education of the Kasbah of Amman in Jordan for the academic year 2020/2021. The results of the study showed that the degree of school principals' practice of administrative creativity in the Kasbah of Amman, Jordan, from their point of view, got an average (3.53 out of 5) which means it got a grade of (medium). At the level of the domains, the sensitivity to problem solving domain got the highest average (3.67), then flexibility in thinking with an average of (3.51). Third; The domain of intellectual fluency with an average of (3.48) and finally the domain of originality with an average of (3.47). All of them are (medium). The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the sample views due to the sex variable, in favor of females, and the experience variable in All fields, in favor of the category of experience of more than 20 years. Also, there are no significant differences attributable to scientific qualification. In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations to the Ministry of Education to select principals from among the conscious leaders who bear the pressures of work and believe in the importance of creative male and female principals in schools and who have flexibility in thinking and openness to new experiences, and this is done through holding courses, tests and spreading awareness to increase the degree to which school principals practice creativity and innovation in their schools.

This study aimed to identify the prevailing educational philosophy among secondary school teachers at Irbid Governorate Schools from their point of  view. The study was conducted on a sample that consisted of 215 male and female teachers from the first Directorate of Education of Irbid by using a questionnaire consisting of 60 items that represent the pragmatism, Islamic, existential, ideal and realistic philosophies. The study found that the level of having philosophical beliefs among secondary school teachers was intermediate; and that the Islamic philosophy was ranked first followed by pragmatism, idealism, realism, and existentialism respectively. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the study variables (sex and major) on the studied instrument as a whole or on the interaction between them. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables on the fields of study separately, and on the interaction between them, except the field of ideal philosophy on the variable of major in favor of literary stream.

The development and expansion of knowledge management as an important management philosophy has a significant impact on human resources management as well as on organization as a whole. In this context, knowledge management processes have been used as a strategic tool within human resources management.Therefore, functions of human resources management must adapt itself to this change. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of human resources management in the management of knowledge and to reveal the effects of knowledge management practices on the functions of human resources byexamining the relationship between human resources and knowledge management. In this context, a theoretical investigation was conducted. It has been determined that significant changes occurred on the functions of human resources management such as selection and recruitment, performance management, remuneration and reward, training and development within the framework of the knowledge management strategies.
