Based on the general systems theory, this study uses scoping method and bibliometrics to review 874 articles published in Vietnam’s  three educational journals in 2020. The article titles and abstracts with key words “theory, leadership, governance, management, administration” are selected and reviewed. The study tends to accept the hypothesis of “doctrine abundance, scientific theory shortage” in Vietnam’s educational research. The hypothesis of under-differentiation and confusion of leadership, governance, management and administration has also been accepted with the fact that there are the majority of articles on management and a few articles on leadership, governance, administration. Other finding is that most articles focus on internal elements including professional development, teaching and learning for cognitive objectives in systems of general education and tertiary education. Therefore, this study recommends to further do research and develop theories of educational sciences for all educational systems in general and preschool education and occupational education in particular. The research subject matter needs to cover external relationships between educational systems and environments. The objectives of comprehensive education should include ethical/moral, physical, aesthetic education harmonized with cognitive education to adapt to changes in the period of economic market conditions, international integration and digitalization.

Background: The nursing profession is predisposed toward depressed mood and depressive symptoms. The multidirectionality and intensity of stressors in the nurses' occupational environment are of great significance in this respect. The study aimed to evaluate the impact of selected sociodemographic factors on depressive symptoms among cardiac nurses. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 336 cardiac nurses (302 women and 34 men) and was conducted between December 2019 and September 2020 in four hospital cardiac units in Wroclaw, Poland. Sociodemographic data were collected using a self-developed survey. The following standardized instruments were used for the study outcomes: Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI).Results: The study among cardiac nurses showed mild depression in 11.61%, moderate depression in 5.06%, and severe depression in 2.68%. Linear regression models showed that significant (p < 0.05) predictors of the PHQ-9 score included (1) higher occupational education (bachelor's degree), graduation “only” from medical high school or “other” education; (2) work experience of 16–20 years; (3) living in a relationship; (4) living in a rural area. Linear regression models showed that significant (p < 0.05) predictors of the BDI score included (1) higher occupational education (bachelor's degree); (2) graduation “only” from medical high school or “other” education; (3) living in a relationship. Conclusions: Depressive symptoms are a significant problem among Polish cardiac nurses. The prevalence of depressive symptoms is affected by the education level, employment form, marital status, and place of residence.

Objectives: The long-term outcome of childhood-onset schizophrenia (COS) and its influencing factors remain unclear. The current study aimed to assess the long-term outcomes of COS and identify possible outcome predictors. Methods: We retrospectively investigated 276 patients with COS. Diagnosis made according to the ICD-10 criteria for schizophrenia, and the age of the first onset was ≤ 14 years. Follow-up was completed for 170 patients, with a median follow-up period of 5.6 years. Outcome variables included occupational/education status and readmission. Spearman correlation was performed to assess the relationship between predictors and outcome variables. Binary logistic regression was conducted to detect possible predictor variables for outcome variables. Results: At the end of the follow-up, 89 patients (52.3%) were at school, 70 patients (41.2%) were employed, and only 11 patients (6.5%) were dropped out of school or unemployed. The duration to the first admission and depressive symptoms were identified as predictors of occupational/educational status. The length of follow-up and obsessive-compulsive symptoms (OCS) were distinguished as predictors of readmission. Duration to the first admission and length of follow-up were risk factors, and depressive symptoms and OCS were protective factors for the outcomes of COS.Conclusion: We found a favorable long-term outcome on occupational/education status in COS, and depressive symptoms and OCS may be associated with more positive long-term outcomes in COS. Our findings suggest that COS patients may benefit from early intervention and require appropriate treatment.

The theoretical framework used in the present form is Gender Construction in content analysis. The research observed two hundred selected female parents who have practiced mixed calling among male and female genders. The Data were collected using interviews and recordings carried out through online discussion during female parental activities of the home financial industry [PKK]. The analysis revealed that during the interaction among female parents, they addressed each other's name by mentioning their husbands' names for several reasons: 1) a lack of self-confidence which is influenced by their habits of always glorifying their husbands in all their activities, 2) Javanese culture in the city of Blitar still binds them, and It is complicated to get rid of it, 3) most of the mothers still have lower occupational education than their husbands, and 4) they are more respected by others if the husband's name is always attached to every activity.
