Purpose The purpose of this manuscript is the presentation of: (1) a reciprocal learning process for coach and employee, and (2) a practical implementation guide. Design/methodology/approach Various search tools were used to explore the areas of manager in coaching role, learning orientation, reciprocal learning, integrative pedagogy (IP) and experiential learning. Coordination and integration of the areas examined resulted in a guide for manager application. Findings A method (guide, action plan) was created for use by a manager in a coaching role and the employee being coached. The method serves the information and learning needs of both participants. The collaborative relationship is grounded in mutual support, and participants help each other grow and change. Research limitations/implications Following completion of one action plan, research may be conducted to address areas such as coach self-perception of competence and self-efficacy; and employee perceptions of coach’s interest, helpfulness and effectiveness. It is also possible to study perceptions of participants with regard to the quality of the coach–employee relationship. Practical implications Application of the proposed method/approach is intended, in part, to stimulate employee engagement and motivation, and it provides the manager with some new platforms to interact with employees in the coaching role. Originality/value The role of manager-as-coach has been wedded to the possibilities of reciprocal learning in which both, manager and employee, gain knowledge, skill and personal development from a focused approach. In addition, the approach or method presented combines elements of IP with experiential learning.

In the learning there are usually students who are already fluent in reading the Quran, there are students who are very smart or quickin accepting material delivered by the teacher, even memorizing the Knowledge Islamic Education subject matter, and instead there also students who already know the meaning of educational lessons the religion of islam that has been conveyed by the teacher. But the student has not been able to apply it in daily life such as not respecting parents, not respecting the teacher, even not wanting to practice religious teachings islam is like prayer and fasting. In order to instill religious character of children in schools need to be held effective and efficient learning. Role learning methods and deposits are very important because this method is right to develop extra practice of Islamic religious education. This research is aimed to describe how the teacher plants religious characters children at school, in the research method uses qualitative research. The results of this study are: (1) The implementation of memorization and deposit methods by the teacher in instilling religious character in students in the school is the 4545 student memorizing the material and its explanation such as verses of the holy Quran and its translation, students will deposit the memorization results tothe teacher with the target that has been specified in the learning plan. (2) Problems with the implementation of memorization methods and teacher deposits in instilling religious character in students in schools are: students have not been able to read Arabic script, students’ abilities are still lacking, learning media are still minimal. (3) The teacher’s solution in solving the problematic implementation of memorization and deposit methods for inclution of the religious character of student is: students attend extracurricular activies, student are given additional assignments, the teacher makes learning media.

As unpaid family caregiving of older adults becomes increasingly prevalent, it is imperative to understand how family caregivers are socialized and how they understand the caregiving role. This PRISMA-ScR-based scoping review examines the published literature between 1995–2019 on the socialization of potential and current unpaid family caregivers of older adults. Of 4,599 publications identified, 47 were included. Three perspectives of socialization were identified: (1) role acculturation; (2) role negotiation and identification; and (3) specialized role learning. The findings show how socialization involves different contexts (e.g., cultures), imperatives for action (e.g., circumstances), socialization agents (e.g., family), processes (e.g., modeling), and internal (e.g., normalization) and external (e.g., identification) consequences for caregivers. Future research could fruitfully explore how caregivers manage key turning points within the socialization process, disengage from the caregiving role, and negotiate the socialization and individualization processes within diverse cultural and funding contexts.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi peran keluarga sebagai pondasi penguatan motivasi belajar siswa di tengah pandemi Covid-19 pada masyarakat desa jatisari kabupaten karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di tengah pandemi covid-19 ini melalui ceramah dan tanya jawab dengan pertemuan melalui zoom meeting. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2020. Hadirnya sosialisasi peran keluarga sebagai pondasi penguatan motivasi belajar siswa ditengah pandemi Covid-19 diharapkan mampu memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya peran keluarga sebagai pondasi penguatan motivasi belajar siswa sehingga meminimalisir penurunan motivasi siswa dalam belajar dirumah, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dapat dilakukan melalui metode dan media sosial yang mendukung termotivasinya siswa dalam belajar, juga pentingnya peran keluarga dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada anak mengenai bahaya kesehatan dari covid-19. Dengan demikian diharapkan tumbuhnya pemahaman peran keluarga dalam penguatan motivasi siswa belajar dirumah selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan tetap menjaga kesehatan sesuai anjuran dari pemerintah untuk tetap mengedepankan protokol kesehatan dalam pembelajaran dirumah, karena sehat menjadi kunci utama dalam belajar. Kata Kunci: Peran Keluarga, Motivasi Belajar. This community service activity aims to provide socialization on the role of the family as a foundation for strengthening student motivation in the Covid-19 pandemic in the village community of Jatisari, Karawang district. The method used in achieving the implementation of service activities carried out in the Covid-19 pandemic is through lectures and questions and answers with meetings through zoom meetings. The implementation of the service was carried out in August 2020. The socialization of the role of the family as a foundation for strengthening student motivation in the Covid-19 pandemic is expected to be able to provide education to the community about the importance of the role of the     family as a foundation for strengthening student learning motivation to minimize the decrease in student motivation in learning at home, implementing learning This can be done through methods and social media that support student motivation in learning, as well as the importance of the role of the family in providing understanding to children about the health dangers of Covid-19. Thus it is hoped that the understanding of the role of the family in the motivation of students who study at home during the Covid-19 pandemic will grow while maintaining health according to recommendations from the government to continue to prioritize health protocols in learning at home, because being healthy is the main key in learning. It is intended to find learned cultural characteristics, related to genders, susceptible to transform learning for labor equity. By promoting equitable conditions at work, equitable gender participation is promoted in the automotive production sector, a job niche occupied by men. A verification instrument is applied for a descriptive qualitative research with the non-experimental method of interviews with five experts from the productive sector, to investigate on active workers in companies in the automotive sector. The results show different topics of gender learning such as: the behavior of women in jobs that were exclusive to men, investigating the relationships between power and authority regarding gender roles, skills and behavior patterns; mixed work teams; gender role learning: practical advice to be competitive; empower in informal education; strategies for the change of paradigms to obtain labor and political power; attributes of learned roles; differences between power and authority and leadership attributes to empower women, in equality with men. The verification instrument includes types of power, to identify informal keys to empowering women in the labor market and thus access decision-making positions.

RESUMONeste relato, discutiremos especificamente quanto à aprendizagem de funções, salientando nossa experiência com os alunos com altas habilidades/superdotação. abordamos aspectos relacionados ao conceito de funções e a como compreendemos que a tecnologia, mais especificamente o GeoGebra, pode favorecer a aprendizagem destes conceitos. Relatamos alguns aspectos de nossa experiência que evidenciam como a construção de cenários animados no GeoGebra pode implicar na compreensão de conceitos sobre função, por meio das explicações de uma aluna do sexto ano do Ensino Fundamental que revelam que por meio dos cenários animados construídos ela compreendeu conceitos matemáticos de funções importantes, como coeficiente angular, coeficiente linear, funções crescente, decrescente e constante e os relatórios de uma aluna do primeiro ano do Ensino Médio utilizam linguagem matemática e sugerem que o trabalho por um tempo maior com a construção de cenários animados para a aprendizagem de funções, pode favorecer a compreensão e aplicação correta de conceitos matemáticos.Palavras-chave: tecnologia; educação matemática; altas habilidades/superdotação. RESUMENEn este informe, discutiremos específicamente el aprendizaje de roles, destacando nuestra experiencia con estudiantes con altas habilidades / talento. Cubrimos aspectos relacionados con el concepto de funciones y cómo entendemos que la tecnología, más específicamente GeoGebra, puede favorecer el aprendizaje de estos conceptos. Reportamos algunos aspectos de nuestra experiencia que muestran cómo la construcción de escenarios animados en GeoGebra puede implicar la comprensión de conceptos sobre la función a través de las explicaciones de un estudiante de primaria de sexto grado que revela que a través de los escenarios animados construidos ella entendió los conceptos. Las funciones matemáticas, como el coeficiente angular, el coeficiente lineal, el aumento, la disminución y las funciones constantes, y los informes de un estudiante de primer año de secundaria usan lenguaje matemático y sugieren trabajar más tiempo con la construcción de escenarios animados para Las funciones de aprendizaje pueden favorecer la comprensión y la correcta aplicación de los conceptos matemático.Palabras claves: tecnología; educación matemática; altas habilidades / superdotación. ABSTRACTIn this report, we will specifically discuss role learning, highlighting our experience with students with high skills/giftedness. We cover aspects related to the concept of functions and how we understand that technology, more specifically GeoGebra, can favor the learning of these concepts. We report some aspects of our experience that show how the construction of animated scenarios in GeoGebra can imply the understanding of concepts about function through the explanations of a sixth grade elementary student who reveal that through the constructed animated scenarios she understood concepts. Mathematical functions such as angular coefficient, linear coefficient, increasing, decreasing, and constant functions, and the reports of a first-year student in high school use mathematical language and suggest working longer with the construction of animated scenarios for Learning functions can favor the understanding and correct application of mathematical concepts. The abstract can be done in English, with a maximum of 10 lines, single spaced, Times 12, in italics, followed by three keywords. The abstract should contain the purpose of the discussion, the methodology and highlight some of the results observed in the research, but without providing reference authors: they shall come only through the text.Keywords: technology; mathematical education; high skill /giftedness.

THE ROLE OF FARMER GROUPS IN DEVELOPMENT OF THE COFFE BUSINESS IN SETILING VILLAGE NORTH BATUKLIANG SUB- DISTRICT OF CENTRAL LOMBOK REGENCY ABSTRACK This study aims to: 1) Determine the role of groups in the development of farmer groups in Setiling Village, North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. 2) Knowing the constrainta in developiing coffe farmer groups. The results showed that 1) The role of the farmer groups in Setiling Village included in the “Role” category. The role of farmer groups can be divided into several variables, namely learning container, cooperation forum and production unit. Forum the research that has been carried out, the results of the role of farmer groups as a learning container are 56,7%, cooperation institutions are 26,7% and the production unit is 50%.
