The article deals with the methods and techniques for the development of critical thinking of primary schoolchildren, which are fundamentally different from the reproductive style of learning. The development of critical thinking of students can largely meet the requirements of modernity, namely: the content of education is considered not as a material for learning, but as a material for research; the student in this system is one of the main subjects of cooperation; the teacher, acting as an assistant, encourages students to maximum cognitive activity, maintains a creative psychological climate through co-creativity with students. It is noted that for the quality organization of the educational process and achievement of the set goals it is important to correctly apply the tools and methods of development of critical thinking. The article suggests a detailed description of the basic methods and techniques for the development of critical thinking and features of their application at primary school lessons. It is noted that the technologically correct application of methods and techniques for the development of critical thinking will promote active learning of students and form a culture of critical thinking.

The main direction of development of steel building structures is to reduce the cost of implementation of buildings without changing their load-bearing capacity and value in use. Therefore, an essential factor in the development is the introduction of modern technologies. Solutions from other industries such as automotive or aerospace, have been adapted to perform building structures. As a result, today in the construction industry we use lightweight steel profiles from cold-bent elements. Modern technology and advanced calculation theory make it possible to build these structures much more economically than previous conventional systems. Elements and products made of thin sheets allow to reduce costs of construction, but at the same time is associated with the possibility of defects resulting in the appearance of a state of failure of structural elements or the entire facility. Connection zones of thin-walled elements are always the critical points, hence the need for a particularly thorough assessment at the design stage, and then at the implementation of the investment. Correct application of the presented calculation procedure in article will allow the design and realization of modern structures, which will be durable and safe in operation for the expected period of time.

Abstract A 68-years-old man, affected by arterial hypertension in treatment with angiotensin-receptor blocker (cardesartan 32 mg), was admitted to emergency department for fever and dyspnoea. The molecular swab for SARS-CoV-2 was positive. Chest CT showed bilateral interstitial pneumonia with Chung severity score index 15/20. The laboratory examinations showed: PCR 21 mg/dl, IL-6 17 pg/ml, d-dimer 374 ng/ml, lymphopenia, glycaemia 218 mg/dl, total cholesterol 245 mg/dl. At COVID-19 diagnosis he started the following therapy: Azithromycin 500 mg once a day, Methylprednisolone 20 mg twice a day, Remdesivir 200 mg once a day, Enoxaparin 6000 UI twice a day, Insulin Lispro 6/8/8 UI three times a day, High FlowNasal Cannula (FiO2 45%). No lipid-lowering therapy was prescribed. During the hospitalization, the patient experienced a progressive improvement in clinical and laboratory parameters. On the 28th day, there was a sudden worsening of dyspnoea with evidence of ST-elevation in DI, aVL, V2–V6 leads. A primary percutaneous coronary intervention at COVID-19 HUB hospital (2.9 km away) was required. Because of massive demand for emergency vehicles, the patient was admitted to the Chat Lab 3 h and 23 min later. Due to evidence of critical stenosis of the proximal and intermediate left anterior descending artery, a PTCA with stenting was performed. 12 h later, the patient developed left hemiplegia (NIHSS score: 7). The brain CT revealed an acute right frontal ischaemic lesion; no indication to fibrinolysis was given by the consultant neurologist. Our case report describes the rare concomitance of two thrombotic events in a COVID-19 patient with many cardiovascular risk factors, offering the opportunity to underline the need of their appropriate treatment during the hospitalization for SARS-CoV-2 infection. Moreover, a dedicated treatment pathways should be provided for COVID-19 patients in order to ensure the timely and correct application of the protocols suggested by the international guidelines. 659 Figure 1ECG performed at the onset of acute dyspnoea.659 Figure 2Critical stenosis on LAD and subcritical stenosis on first and second obtuse marginal arteries.

Introduction. The development of a payment calendar for enterprises is relevant at the moment, because in the process of analysis detected that a lot of enterprises have financial gaps. If enterprises have an inefficient cash flow planning system, as evidenced by financial gaps in production and economic activities, then there will be neccessary to develop a sequence of cash flow planning, which is the payment calendar. Due to the payment calendar will be possible to identify the periods of their occurrence, to determine the factors that affect this process, which, accordingly, will allow more effective processes of controlling and regulating the movement of funds. The main purpose of the paper is to develop a model of forming a payment calendar. The theoretical and methodological basis of the paper is the study of the process of forming a payment calendar as a tool of financial planning and diagnostics. The following methods were used in writing the paper: logical generalization, dialectical analysis, grouping, etc. Results. The paper analyzes the issues of diagnosing cash flows, considers the essence of the concept of “payment calendar” as a tool for cash flow management. The need to diagnose cash flows in order to determine possible cash gaps is determined. For the correct application of the payment calendar, has been developed a step-by-step model of its formation, which contains the stages of formation and information support for the implementation of each of the stages. In explanations for the construction of the model contain recommendations for finding reserves as a result of identifying cash gaps and shortages of funds by reducing expenditures and increasing revenues from certain activities. The step-by-step model consists of six stages that contains determined of the period of formation of the payment calendar, planned revenues, other revenues and expenditures, balance and possible surpluses and deficits of cash flows. Conclusions. The introduction of a payment calendar will have a positive impact on the functioning of the enterprise, will keep funds under constant control, which will increase financial productivity. The payment calendar allows you to save time to identify the shortcomings of the diagnosis, reduce the cost of human resources to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of the system of diagnosing cash flows, respectively, the company is able to increase its financial stability.

The article focuses on the ideas and achievements of Ronald Coase, an outstanding economist. The review of his life and scientific achievements, which was timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the Nobel Prize in economics being awarded to R. Coase, shows that they contain many paradoxes. Although Coase is known to be the most outstanding economist of the second half of the 20th century, he considered himself an «accidental» economist. Coase's scientific works are extremely few (in fact, only 2 or 3 articles belong to his «great» works). Although he is regarded the founder of neoinstitutionalism, the famous «Coase's theorem» was formulated by J. Stigler, and a systematic presentation of the neoinstitutional theory based on the transaction costs «discovered» by Coase belongs to O. Williamson. In a sense, with his life Coase managed to solve an impossible task that is to achieve maximum results at minimum cost. At the same time, Coase's attitude to institutionalism was ambiguous; both a critical attitude towards the «old» (coming from Veblen and Commons) institutionalism, and a sharp critical attitude to the «economics of the blackboard» typical for this direction can be easily found in his works. The dissemination of Coase's ideas in Russia also looks paradoxical. They were most relevant from a practical point of view in the early 1990s, but a broad creative discussion of his ideas (including the controversy about Coase's theorem) began only in the early 2000s, when the institutions of post-Soviet Russia have already «frozen» and their transformation through the correct application of Cousian ideas has become difficult.

In this thesis, we investigate some of the options programmers have when writing a concurrent program. We explore the use of manually created threads, thread-pools, actors, and Software Transactional Memory. We use these techniques to implement case studies of various kinds: a video game, a physical simulation, an image-processing application, and a concurrent data structure. Through-out these case studies, we notice a common thread: concurrency, applied correctly, can improve the performance of a program—but the correct application may not be readily apparent. Concurrency is an important tool in the toolbox of the modern programmer, especially with the rise of multi-core architectures and the increasing prevalence of distributed systems. And like any tool, it is important to understand how and when to use it.
