Background Adolescents often present at primary care clinics with nonspecific physical symptoms when, in fact, they have at least 1 mental health or risk behavior (psychosocial) issue with which they would like help but do not disclose to their care provider. Despite global recommendations, over 50% of youths are not screened for mental health and risk behavior issues in primary care. Objective This review aimed to examine the implementation, acceptability, feasibility, benefits, and barriers of e-screening tools for mental health and risk behaviors among youth in primary care settings. Methods Electronic databases—MEDLINE, CINAHL, Scopus, and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews—were searched for studies on the routine screening of youth in primary care settings. Screening tools needed to be electronic and screen for at least 1 mental health or risk behavior issue. A total of 11 studies that were reported in 12 articles, of which all were from high-income countries, were reviewed. Results e-Screening was largely proven to be feasible and acceptable to youth and their primary care providers. Preconsultation e-screening facilitated discussions about sensitive issues and increased disclosure by youth. However, barriers such as the lack of time, training, and discomfort in raising sensitive issues with youth continued to be reported. Conclusions To implement e-screening, clinicians need to change their behaviors, and e-screening processes must become normalized into their workflows. Co-designing and tailoring screening implementation frameworks to meet the needs of specific contexts may be required to ensure that clinicians overcome initial resistances and perceived barriers and adopt the required processes in their work.

Abstract Objective A significant number of genetic variations have been identified in chromosome 22, using molecular genetic techniques. Various genomic disorders on chromosome 22, including cat's eye syndrome caused by extra copies of the proximal region of the 22q chromosome, are now well-defined.Our aim in the study was to show phenotypic variability associated with rearrangements of the 22q chromosomal region. Methods We focused our study on clinical aspects of these disorders, including genetic testing, genotype-phenotype correlation, and potential treatments. A total of 998 patients were referred for genetic analysis (Karyotyping, MLPA, array-CGH) during January 2015 to February 2020 because of intellectual deficiency, behavior issues, and/or multiple congenital abnormalities in several genetics departments. Informed consent was obtained from all the patients and/or their parents. Results 22q11.21 or 22q13.33 microdeletions and 22q11.22-q11.23 microduplication were identified in 31 patients out of referrals. The 22q aberrations were detected in 31/998 patients, giving a prevalence of 3.1%. In this study, 18 patients with 22q11.2 (LCR22A-H) deletion, three patients with 22q13.31 deletion, 9 patients with 22q11.2 duplication and one patient with 22q13.31 duplication were identified. We report on the clinical and molecular characterization of 31 individuals with distal deletions and duplications of chromosome 22q. Conclusions The current study demonstrated in the largest postnatal case series reporting the whole spectrum of atypical phenotypic and genotypic variations at 22q. We believe that when all the phenotypic differences are taken into account, various anomalies including developmental delay and intellectual disability might be considered as an indication to search for aberrations of 22q along with congenital heart diseases.

Divorce frequently contributes to depression, anxiety or substance abuse in one or both parents and may bring about difficulties in balancing work and child rearing. These problems can impair a parent's ability to offer children stability and love when they are most in need. Thus, the study sought to examine effect of parental divorce on children’s educational attainment in united states of America. The study was a literature-based review. The inferences of the study were based on the previous findings from the existing literature. The study findings indicated that parental divorce affect the children’s educational attainment in united states of America negatively. Divorce and separation correlate positively with diminished school achievement and performance. Children whose parents are separated go through a wide range of feelings, occasionally those can show up in some common disruptions in their life. The common effects of separation on children consist of schooling troubles, such as bad performance, behavior issues at school, defiance and non-compliance, depression, problem forming intimate partnerships, boosted anxiety and sadness/ anger. The research found out that divorce permanently damages the household and the relationship between children and parents. Divorces that entail heavy adult conflict are generally the ones which affect children more adversely. The research concluded that adult separation/divorce is connected with increased threat for numerous emotional, academic and social issues throughout the life-course. The study recommended that divorce should be discouraged specially to couples with children. In case the divorce is the only way to go, the parents need to develop mechanism that will enable the children to continue with a normal life. During the lockdown people were confined at home to obviate further transmission of coronavirus in the community under the strict social restrictions that induced disturbance in circadian driven sleep-wake cycle and imposed the adverse effects on associated lifestyle behavior. This study was a cross-sectional questionnaire-based survey conducted in Pakistan. The survey was conducted from March 13 to 20 March 2020 by circulating the questionnaire form on face-book and G-mail. Form consist on 15 questions related to sleep, meal (first meal, lunch, and dinner time) and screen time (digital media, TV watching time before and during lockdown) which took hardly 5 to 10 minute to complete. Questions related to a sleep disorder, psychiatric diagnosis, drugs' effect on the sleep-wake pattern, and pregnant women are omitted from the study. Total 1144 participants having an age greater than 18 years were assessed through different parameters before and during the lockdown. Survey results indicated that sleep-wake time, three meals time was significantly impede during lockdown which was prominently observed in young people of the age group 19-26 followed by age group of 26-32. The use of digital media was increased in all age groups but more pronounced in males. During the lockdown, first meal and second mealtime are earlier in males as compared to females while dinner time is later in males compared to females before lockdown and same dinner time for both males and females was reported during the lockdown. Findings of this study concluded that complete lockdown generated a discord condition with social and natural cues had raised social jetlag with impeded sleep-wake, mealtime, and excess exposure to screen amid the population. All these variables' effects show differentiation based on gender and age of people. Long and last these findings may aid the people to prepare better for tackling sleep health and related behavior issues during further events (as current covid-19) in future     Keywords: covid-19 lockdown, sleep onset time, wake-up time, meal timings, digital media exposure.

The work ethics are one of the main determinants of the performance as it is believed to minimize the occurrence of deviant behavior in an organization. The police are bureaucrats who served as law enforcers as well as public servants to maintain security and order, so they are expected to demonstrate ethical behavior to keep the public trust. However, several unethical behavior issues are found in the organization. Cultural organizations in the police are believed to have served as one of the causes of unethical behavior by the police. The effort to build an understanding of the unethical behavior concept as a result of the work ethics implementation that is based on the organizational culture in the police corps through indigenous approaches was set as the goal of this exploratory study. A survey using open questions was given to 82 police staff in one of the regional police in Java. The results of this study illustrated the perspective of the police towards the elements of the work ethics implementation (internalization process, sanctions, and supervision) in the organization that is opening opportunities for unethical behavior. Theoretical and practical implementation of the results of this study would be discussed.
