Abstract Nature subcontracted mankind for temporary management stipulating a rigor that does not disregard the smallest details because this is where the difference between perfection and riskiness lies, which inevitably leads to disasters. It establishes binding general rules and local imperatives to be fulfilled otherwise it takes back the reins. For this reason, anthropic macrostrategies must frame their priorities and objectives according to a sustainable social-ecosystem. Here, we evaluate the environmental effect of the triggered landuse change of the metropolis-portuary-industrial park of Tangier (Strait of Gibraltar) on ecosystem services (i.e. vegetation and water) and anticipate their interactions with indigenous villagers. We established a multifactorial analysis including long-term (1985-2021) land-use dynamic assessment, 16-years pixel-based Mann-Kendall phenological trend, EPM soil erosion modelling and assessment of the total volumes of the detached soil, and an NDVI/NDWI monthly drought monitoring. Later, we compared these outcomes with a social survey with 171 households to analyze their living conditions, and their environmental perception and attitude. We have observed that anthropogenic intervention is the precursor of erosion which is likely to worsen natural weaknesses, which are already at the origin of a massive potential loss of soil estimated at 1.2 kg/m²/year. We correlated the negative phenological trend with the lane of the roads and infrastructure and we observed that severe drought episodes are long, frequent and at short intra and interannual intervals. We found a statistically significant association between the low level of education and the rural seclusion with the environmental degradation and the unavailability of water which can evoke serious risks. We anticipate the urgent need for an inclusive reform that implements a behavioral culture, encourages education, and creates social facilitation to build an upward spiral that produces better conditions and more opportunities for the rural society. Broadly, Managers should integrate scientific instructions to master the details and continuously improve macrostrategies to achieve integral and lasting success.

Food self-sufficiency mainly for rice has been known since the old order regime by the implementation of five efforts to agricultural technology, seven, ten and suprainsus ones. In that condition Indonesia has been succeeded in rice self-sufficiency, therefore Indonesia got appreciation from FAO in 1984. In the reformation era, there was a new paradigm namely food security and in President Joko Widodo's regime known as food-sovereignty. In the first step to realized food security and sovereignty, Indonesia has to be able to food self-sufficiency, especially for rice. In that condition Indonesia has been succeeded in rice self-sufficiency in 1984, therefore Indonesia got appreciation from FAO. The main factors affected these paradigms as mentioned above were technical as agricultural technology and now technically ones as socially, economically and behavioral culture of farmer or community. The first factor easily to be solved because so many technologies have been resulted by the research institute, university and private, but the adoption of technology, which has been resulted in the farmer still not yet optimum. The second ones were more difficult to be solved due to the behavior of the farmer or community. Other than three aspects of food, food safety also necessary to be interested, because healthy food has to be free from bacteria and dangerous chemical substances. The success of all paradigms mentioned before not only need cooperation between agriculture and trade departments, but also other sides concern with all paradigms.

This article studies the correspondence of the 17th century on the creation of the Tobolsk diocese in Siberia. The documentary complex has been preserved in the book of the Siberian Prikaz, published in 1994. It consists of two types of documents (letters by tsar, patriarch and archbishop, as well as the replies of the voivodes), which allow determining the mechanism for making managerial decisions and the circumstances of their implementation. Based on the historical and anthropological approach, the author considers the process of creating diocese from the perspective of its participants, focuses on interpersonal interaction, a behavioral culture that has been consolidated in documents. The embodiment of the tsarist plan into reality is a challenge that each of the participants overcomes independently, setting priorities between state interests and personal ones. The dating of the letters allows identifying three stages of documenting the tsar’s decisions on the creation of the Tobolsk bishopric, which allowed revealing the specifics of the communication channels of the center and periphery in the Russian state in the 17th century. Based on the sources, the author tries to answer question: what could be the reason that prompted the first archbishop of Cyprian to agree with the tsar’s decision and to head the new diocese created (according to the documents) in September 1620? Analyzing the correspondence, the author draws attention to the difficulties that the head of the new diocese faced on his way to Siberia and upon arriving in Tobolsk, as well as the details of the ceremonial that the Tobolsk voivodes had to observe during the construction of the bishop’s house and the organization of the meeting of the Siberian archbishop.

The media have the ability to detect, store and transform information about stereotypes of behavioral culture, civilized forms of manifestation, both in everyday life of people, and in institutional relations, especially in the business and diplomacy sectors. In their role diversity, the media may implicitly enforce to such standards of behavior that society requires for organized, orderly relationships and compliance with social morals.Nowadays, the media possess unique means of suggestion, persuasion, propaganda and manipulation of the audience. In this process, the mechanism of influence of consciousness is of particular importance in order to change the outer scope of its behavior. At the same time, the media have a number of advantages: the mass media are free of didactics, instruction and tendentious moralisation. Unconditional advantages of the mass media include combinatorics when providing information about the rules of good tone, polite behavior. Many products of the media are widely used in psychological techniques that facilitate the assimilation of information provided, for example, assimilation and recognition. Immanent, unintentional forms of suggestion are also effective, when stereotypes of behavior that correspond to representations of decency are formed without a tangible influence of authority, power or fear of punishment. Moreover, the media are capable of the opposite effect – to simplify, deform the patterns of behavioral culture and relationships, and contribute to the simplification of morality. Such areas in the activities of the media include violation of limits of the decent, mocking sacramental (sacred), turning to vulgar and obscene themes. In pursuit of the attention mass media are able to eliminate restrictions, unvoluntarily call for permissiveness. Such a role in the media is played by advertising, which can adjust to unpretentiousness and easiness, as well as demonstration in programs such things that are clear and desirable to the majority. In this case the stereotypical form of behavior acts through allegorical figures, influencing the individual’s subconsciousness. The article analyzes the place and role of mass media in the formation of stereotypes of behavioral culture. As a result of the study, the conclusion was made about the dual nature of mass-media production: on the one hand, they implicitly influence the spread of etiquette rules, and on the other hand, they can contribute to the simplification of morality and indulge vulgar, obscene, low-lying and impenetrable behaviour.
