This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the behavioral counseling model with modeling techniques to improve self-autonomy and self-endurance for senior high school students. This experimental study used a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. Through random sampling, 34 students were placed in the experimental group and 32 students were placed in the control group. Data collection used the main data collection method (questionnaire) and complementary data collection methods (observations, interviews, and diaries). The data were analyzed by One-way MANOVA. The results show that there are differences in self-autonomy and self-endurance in the experimental class and control class ( sig = 0.039). The results of Cohen D analysis showed a high level of effectiveness (ES = 0.8). These results prove that behavioral counseling with modeling techniques is effective for improving student’s self-autonomy and self-endurance.

Objective: to analyze the effectiveness of Leininger’s Transcultural-based GATHER (Greet, Ask, Tell, Help, Explain, and Return/refer) Counseling Model for exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The experimental research was conducted with the post-test only control group design. The sample size of control group and treatment group were 38 people. The sampling technique is a simple random sampling technique. The treatment group were third stage III pregnant women with a gestational age of 36-37 weeks and at the second day postpartum. Data were collected using questionnaires and observations of 76 breastfeeding mothers in Jember Regency, then analyzed using Mann Whitney-U test. Results: The results showed that postpartum mothers who were given Leininger's Transcultural-based GATHER Counseling Model showed a higher percentage of exclusive breastfeeding (81.1%) than postpartum mothers who were not given counseling (21.6%). The results of hypothesis testing showed p-value of 0.000, meaning that the hypothesis was accepted so that it could be said that exclusive breastfeeding for mothers who were given counseling was higher than those who were not given Leininger's Transcultural-based GATHER Counseling Model and it was effective in increasing milk production. Conclusion: Leininger's Transcultural-based GATHER Counseling Model is effective in increasing exclusive breastfeeding, this model facilitates understanding and management of the factors that cause problems, breastfeeding. Keywords: exclusive breastfeeding; GATHER counseling model; Leininger’s transcultural model

Abstract As a social and cultural phenomenon, shamanism and possession are often mistakenly understood. The point of view at issue in these two forms of demonology is how we monitor the beginning of its proposition, not just the preposition that departs from the practice of pastoral, but its context-based epistemology. This is due to the difference in the peculiarities of the counseling model in the West and the East, especially Asia. Second, from theological heritage, we rarely understand both phenomena from demonology theology. Third, this paper aims to clarify the pathology of understanding of shamanism and bleakness that is always chaotic, namely sharpening the diff erence between spiritist and social demonology, by using the cross-cultural dan religion-based pastoral.

In the Correctional Institution (Lapas), there are problems that have not been resolved, such as the repeated riots that have occurred in prisons in Indonesia, over capacity increasing (source: smslap.ditjenpas.go.id) and the death rate of prisoners due to suicide. One of the causes of this phenomenon is mental health problems. Based on preliminary data collection on 100 new prisoners, it shows that 40% indicated paranoid disorders. This was experienced because of the fear and trauma felt by the prisoners who had just entered the Penitentiary. The emergence of this paranoid disorder has a negative impact on prisoners and prisons because it can cause suspicion, prejudice, both against fellow prisoners and correctional officers and people around them, which can lead to prison riots. Thus, it is necessary to have countermeasures or treatment that can reduce the level of paranoia felt by inmates. The Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) with patronage technique counseling model can be a suitable counseling model considering that this approach is a cognitive behavior that emphasizes the connection with feelings, behavior and thoughts, one of which is obtained through social learning. In this study, the analysis was carried out using quantitative approaches (descriptive and inferential analysis of numbers) and qualitative (thematic descriptions and analysis of text or images). The data analysis technique is comparative analysis. For comparative or experimental research, if only two variables are being compared, then the t-test is more appropriate, taking into account the size of the data and the nature of the relationship between the variables. The statistical hypothesis test uses different test Paired Samples T-test because the sample is paired between pre-test and post-test data. The data collected was processed with the SPSS for Windows application program package. Based on the data, it was found that REBT's Treatment Counseling with patronage technique could significantly reduce the level of paranoid inmates. Based on the interview data obtained, the respondents felt more relieved/calmer and could have a more openminded-realistic mind after REBT counseling was carried out in the orientation admission program. However, in this study there are still many influences that cannot be controlled by the researcher such as adaptability, personal factors, environmental factors (residential blocks and friendship) and family visiting/support factors.

The presence of the KIPAS model is an effort to strengthen the dignity of Indonesian counselors and counselors who have been oriented towards western culture. Western culture which is clearly incompatible with our culture, Nusantara culture which adheres to eastern culture. The attraction of the BK Model KIPAS is the use of cultural values as the basis for implementing BK services, thus giving rise to an enlightenment in the implementation of BK services in the archipelago. This gives an enthusiasm and hope that the idea of a counseling model based on this archipelago culture will be accepted now and especially in the future. The model is an acronym for KIPAS, which is intensive and progressive counseling that is adaptive to structure. The existence of the KIPAS model will be able to answer problems that occur such as the many unresolved student problems and improvements to the image of BK in society. So far, we have seen that the implementation of counseling guidance services in schools in Indonesia has become something students dislike. As a new model in the world of BK, of course it cannot be separated from the strengths or strengths and weaknesses or weaknesses of the KIPAS model itself. The KIPAS model should accommodate all cultures in Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke.

During the still growing pandemic, the government immediately began to call for a social restriction policy to tackle transmission. It also impacts the health counseling model. Before the pandemic, health counseling was generally carried out face-to-face (physical) which required mobility of both the counselor and the counselee, resulting in a large use of energy in the process which in turn had an impact on environmental degradation. The energy used will be converted into exhaust gas which is known as Greenhouse Gas Emissions. This study investigated how effective virtual counseling is, both from the results (clients can access health services) and from the energy use side. The research method was a combination of qualitative and quantitative or what is called the Mix Method. The approach used the counseling results-based approach and the carbon footprint calculation approach. The results obtained the difference in the number of counselors that could be counseled from face-to-face and virtual counselingcomparing the results of energy use from face-to-face counseling and virtual counseling.
