Abstract: With the increase in the number of industries in the world today, it is important to keep the our environment healthy and no toxic for living creatures. This project concentrates on designing a pollution monitoring system for industries that would be detecting the toxic gases concentration in the atmosphere that is given out by chemical, paper, ammonia, etc producing industries. The system is designed to continuous monitor theconcentration of gases such as LPG, CO, Sulphur, chlorine etc. and warns if increasing level of toxic level of gases are detected. The values of the concentration of gases are logged into the excel file for future reference and perform analysis to understand the pattern of ejecting gases. This project uses Gas sensors and Arduino for detection and transmission of the data to Lab-VIEWsoftware for further process. Index Terms: Lab view, Gas sensors, monitoring, analysis, safety device

The Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) Treatment Process Index (TPI) is a measure of treatment amenability based on an index of factors related to poor treatment outcomes (e.g., hostility, lack of social support, and poor impulse control). In this study, the formula used to calculate the TPI for the adult PAI was applied to PAI-Adolescent (PAI-As) protoocols completed by 372 adolescents (mean age: 16.8 years; 80% male) during a 22-week residential program for at-risk youth. The number of disciplinary infractions received during the program was used as an indicator of the participants’ response to the program. Average PAI-A scale scores and TPI scores were higher than those previously reported for community samples, but lower than those found in clinical samples. TPI scores were positively associated with disciplinary infractions, particularly nonaggressive infractions, when controlling for demographic factors and other clinically relevant variables. Results suggest that the the TPI has relevance for adolescents completing the PAI-A.

In the article the essence of ethno political processes is analyzed, the analysis of the theoretical and methodological basis of modern understanding of political processes separates the definition of ethno political processes in broad and narrow senses. The article considers the main aspects of the concept of ethno political processes and different points of view on the presented problem of both foreign and domestic theorists. And also, at least three groups of research programs are allocated, which are aimed at studying the ethno political process. Index Terms: analysis, approach, theory, concept, ethno-political process, political processes

We examined relationships between the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) clinical scales (e.g., Somatic Complaints [SOM]) and subscales (e.g., Conversion [SOM-C]) with patient- and therapist-rated alliance early in treatment (third or fourth session). We also replicated and extended findings from a previous study examining PAI treatment scales (Treatment Rejection, Treatment Process Index) and early session therapist-rated alliance. We used PAI protocols from a clinical outpatient sample ( N = 84). Data were analyzed using stepwise linear regressions. Results suggest that patients who report lower early session alliance also report more antisocial features (β = −.219, p = .050, f2 = 0.05) specifically more antisocial behaviors (β = −.315, p = .004, f2 = 0.11). Additionally, therapists report higher early session alliance with patients who report more anxiety-related disorders (β = .274, p = .012, f2 = 0.08), specifically traumatic stress (β = .325, p = .003, f2 = 0.12). No significant relationships were found between patient- or therapist-rated alliance and Treatment Rejection and Treatment Process Index, consistent with prior findings. Clinical implications are discussed.

Effective management of agricultural machinery helps to save financial and material resour-ces, and also reduces environmental pollution. Traditional environmental impact assessment me-thods do not involve the life cycle analysis, so environmental footprint method can help to evaluate farming, identifying threats and measures of mitigation the negative impacts. Growing amount of tractors used in agricultural sector increase the negative impacts to environment, so it becomes im-portant to properly assess farming. The aim of this paper is to determine the environmental footprint of wheeled tractors of Lithuanian farmers and agricultural companies and its development trends using sustainable process index method. The object of the research is the environmental footprint of wheeled tractors used for farming in Lithuania. Investigation showed that field works of tractors ac-counts the largest share of the total environmental footprint. Environmental footprint of tractors’ field works mainly depends from the type of fuel used which is directly dependent on the tractor's power and workload, consequently a change of fuel type, tractor type and work load can reduce en-vironmental footprint of tractors.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to develop a decision matrix for green project management processes (GPMPs) in commercial construction projects. GPMPs can assist in decoding all of the information required to make green-conscious decisions at various stages of a project. Design/methodology/approach – Integrate the environmental factors into the traditional project management processes (PMPs) of major construction projects. The integrated product is worked into a process index, and the analytical hierarchy processes (AHP) method is used to prioritize the GPMPs according to pre-set criteria. Findings – Research established the theoretical backing of green practices integration in the traditional PMPs, by creating an AHP weighted GPMP index that is linked to usable decision matrix. Originality/value – Develops a fresh methodology to facilitate green decision-making in the project management of commercial construction projects.

A comprehensive and complete graduate education quality evaluation index system is the synthesizing of conditions index, process index and result index [1]. In view of this characteristic, we take a multi-tier questionnaire survey on graduate student training, degree, teaching staff, curriculum construction and so on. Through the contrastive analysis of the data, it can be seen that the students’ understanding of graduate education and education quality evaluation are more rational and clear. This should cause the attention of managers.
