Difference of exponential type Szász and Szász-Kantorovich operators is obtained. Similar estimates are given for higher order $\mu$-derivatives of the Szász operators and the Szász-Kantorovich type operators acting on the same order $\mu$-derivative of the function. These differences are given in quantitative form using first modulus of continuity. Convergence in variation of the operators in the space of functions with bounded variation with respect to the variation seminorm is obtained. The results propose a general framework covering the results provided by previous literature.

Several categories of Protected Areas (PAs) established in Brazil allow for public use. However, the impacts resulting from tourist visitation activity in them are poorly researched and technically managed. The central question of the study is how the unplanned opening of trails for tourism purposes can impact the Parque Natural Municipal das Andorinhas (PNMA), a natural park, in Ouro Preto (MG, Brazil). The hypothesis is the understanding that the use of unplanned trails can impact the PA. In this sense, the objective of this work was to analyze nine trails used for tourist visitation at the PNMA. The research methodology included bibliographic and documentary research of the trails, their management, and environmental impacts; elaboration of a structured quali-quantitative form to analyze them; and fieldwork. As a result, it was observed that the main environmental characteristics of tourist interest are the observation of flora and fauna and watercourses; and the main impacts are fires, the irregular opening of trails, and deforestation. It is concluded that knowledge regarding the situation of the trails can help the PA management in their planning and conservation.

Handling a large number of diverse types of qualitative data can be challenging for qualitative researchers. Also, there seems to be no clear standard for qualitative data analysis unlike the quantitative form. This is one of the main reasons for difficulties in analysing qualitative data and may cause concerns about the issue of research credibility. Dr Adu’s book may help to solve such worries and challenges by providing a step-by-step qualitative data coding process from setting up the research paradigms to presenting findings systematically, concretely, and comprehensively.

In this paper, we study Gupta type family of positive linear operators, which have a wide range of many well known linear positive operators e.g. Phillips, Baskakov-Durrmeyer, Baskakov-Sz\’{a}sz, Sz\’{a}sz-Beta, Lupa\c{s}-Beta, Lupa\c{s}-Sz\’{a}sz, genuine Bernstein-Durrmeyer, Link, P\u{a}lt\u{a}nea, Mihe\c{s}an-Durrmeyer, link Bernstein-Durrmeyer etc. We first establish direct results in terms of usual modulus of continuity having order 2 and Ditzian-Totik modulus of smoothness and then study quantitative Voronovkaya theorem for the weighted spaces of functions. Further, we establish Gr\“{u}ss-Voronovskaja type approximation theorem and also derive Gr\”{u}ss-Voronovskaja type asymptotic result in quantitative form.

Abstract We prove a sharp quantitative form of isocapacitary inequality in the case of a general p. This work is a generalization of the author’s paper with Guido De Philippis and Michele Marini, where we treated the case of 2-capacity.

This study aims to identify the characteristics and influence of the Self Efficacy, Social Influence, and Performance Expectancy variables on Behavioral Intention on MSME GO Online at Ngalup.co program in Malang City by utilizing the Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending Platform. This research is classified as an explanatory research, which is scientific research conducted to explain the relationship between the variables studied through hypothesis testing. Additionally, this study utilizes a quantitative form with the aim of examining the factors that influence the use of P2P Lending of Go Online Program at Ngalup.co. The TCR value falls into the high category which means that MSMEs who are members of the Ngalup.co Program in Malang City is classified as high. This means that respondents expect the use of the P2P lending system to produce output and increase work productivity. This study concludes that the respondents have the view regarding online loans as a promising platform for accessing capital for MSME businesses. Several cases indicate that online loans provide lower interest rates and risks, thus MSME business players are greatly assisted by low installments and interest.

The vast development of modern technology has resulted in a great impact on the life of children today and extended to teenagers group. This research was conducted to identify the level of awareness of university students on cybercrime. For this research purpose, the respondents involved were among the students of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Pagoh campus. The total number of respondents that was targetted for this research was around 100 people. The instrument used was in quantitative form using questionnaire given to the respondents. The research outcome found that the level of university students’ awareness towards cyber security is at moderate level. Therefore, many proactive steps need to be implemented by the stakeholders so that issues that are relevant to cybercrime can be reduced and later be rid of.

There are presented two methods for approximation of generalized Urysohn type operators. The first of them is the natural generalization of the method considered first by Demkiv in [1]. The convergence results are given in quantitative form, using certain moduli of continuity. In the final part there are given a few exemplifications for discrete and integral type operators and, in particular, for Bernstein and Durrmeyer operators.
