Intrinsic endophthalmitis is indeed behavior that causes eye disease that spreads into the bloodstream from a distant primary site. The intraocular disease caused by hematogenous microbial proliferation is known as indigenous endophthalmitis. Extrinsic and intrinsic endophthalmitis are the two types of endophthalmitis that exist.  The presence of an external point of entry is linked to extrinsic endophthalmitis. Intrinsic endophthalmitis is a kind of septicemia caused by a blood-borne infection. Endophthalmitis is a disease of all the inner coating of the eyeball except the sclera and cornea, which is accompanied by substantial, increasing vitreous swelling. Endophthalmitis is a severe ocular crisis with severe visual and general consequences. An exterior injury of the entrance, such as injury, operation, or an inflamed cornea, is the most prevalent route of entry for potential pathogens. Endophthalmitis has a complex etiology, with many pathogenic species and substantial regional heterogeneity. The treatment of endophthalmitis has evolved dramatically during the last century. Endophthalmitis induced by direct inoculation dissemination of pathogenic microbes is a rare occurrence that occurs most commonly in sick or disadvantaged people. Intravenous medication usage, diabetes mellitus, immunological impairment, cancer, prolonged hospitalization, or systemic antibiotic therapy have all been linked to a 0.04 percent incidence rate. Haden described metastatic endophthalmitis in a seriously sick patient with pneumococcal cerebrospinal encephalopathy treated with intravenously anti-meningococcal serum in the 1918 volume of the Journal Ophthalmology. Endogenous endophthalmitis, unlike extrinsic endophthalmitis, needs comprehensive systemic antibiotic treatment. In indigenous endophthalmitis, the illness originates not in the eye but elsewhere in the body. As a result, it is necessary to obtain comprehensive cultures. Patients are sometimes unable to carry out their functions in society or household. As a rest, the person cannot cope financially and socially in his environment. Many social and influential factors are disturbed, and the patients are often depressed. Cosmetically the surgeries are not satisfying. Artificial prosthetics can be used, but they're seldom of minimum functional importance. Such interventions can be helpful for the patient. The focus should be made to deliberately save the patients and not just the cosmetic value of the surgery. Persons with chronic endophthalmitis had more excellent eyesight than people with symptomatic or subacute endophthalmitis. Improvements in eyesight were observed in individuals with persistent or subacute keratitis several months after the surgery more frequently than in people with symptomatic endophthalmitis. Nevertheless, in 40 percent of the overall all instances with an abrupt start, there have been no improvements or even decrease in visual acuity.

To date, there is no effective prophylactic agent to prevent COVID-19. However, the development of symptoms similar to covid19 could be prevented with an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide (ClO2). This retrospective study evaluated the effectiveness of an aqueous solution of ClO2 (CDS) as a prophylactic agent in 1,163 family members living with positive/suspected COVID19 patients. Prophylactic treatment consisted of 0.0003% chlorine dioxide solution (CDS) orally for at least fourteen days. Family members in whom no reports of the development of covid19-like symptoms were found in the medical history were considered successful cases. The efficacy of CDS in preventing covid19-like symptoms was 90.4% (1,051 of 1,163 relatives did not report any symptoms). The comorbidities, sex and severity of the illness of the sick patient did not contribute to the development of symptoms similar to covid19 (P = 0.092, P = 0.351 and P = 0.574, respectively). However, older relatives were more likely to develop covid19-like symptoms (ORa = 4.22, P = 0.002). There was no evidence of alterations in blood parameters or in the QTc interval in relatives who consumed CDS. The recent findings regarding Chlorine Dioxide justify designing clinical trials to assess its efficacy for preventing SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT)—transferring fecal microbes from a healthy donor to a sick patient—has shown promise for gut diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease. However, unlike pharmaceuticals, fecal transplants are complex mixtures of living organisms, which must then interact with the microbes and immune system of the recipient.

During the past decades, spirituality and religion have regained their importance in health care, not only as a way of respecting the decision-making autonomy of the patient but as an element that influences the clinical evolution and quality of life of the sick patient and allowing to provide comprehensive health care. The latter has resulted in many countries guaranteeing spiritual care during hospitalizations by law. However, on the one hand, attention to spiritual and religious needs is usually reserved only for terminal cancer patients and/or patients with catastrophic diseases. On the other hand, attention to these needs has gradually become considered part of the obligations of the health teams, not without their reluctance and without a clear indication of how this task must be carried out. This work aims to present the importance of spirituality and religion inpatient care and a care model based on spiritual accompaniment. Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul. Carl Jung

In the study of chromosomal abnormalities, in genetics, and in medicine in general, attention is rarely paid to the role of energy in the healthy subject and in the sick patient. The research on the chromosomal anomalies that are constantly published, does not mention the energy necessary for the biochemical processes involved in the function, replication and formation of genes, to be carried out in an adequate way. It seems that it is assumed that energy levels are always fine or at least did not have a significant role in the conditions associated with what we call chromosomal anomalies. A characteristic of the cell nucleus that has gone unnoticed is that it contains neither mitochondria nor ATP, much less glucose. Perhaps because of this, some researchers and clinicians come to think that the nucleus of cells does not require energy. The purpose of this work is to draw attention to the importance of energy levels in all the metabolic processes of the cell; and to make known that glucose is not an energy source, as it is only a source of carbon chains; and finally remark that our body, through melanin, can take energy directly from light.

The current condition of Indonesian State Own Enterprises (SOEs) has become the focus of various studies across fields. The studies extend from an economic perspective to legal aspects, but the study to address the SOEs condition from linguistics perspective has been overlooked. On the other hand, the study of conceptual metaphor in media discourse puts little attention on this particular issue, and plenty of studies of conceptual metaphor do not account for the effect of contextual aspects on the additional inferences of metaphor. This study attempts to fill the gaps by examining the news headlines reports on the current conditions of SOEs using metaphorical expressions. It will take a closer look at the conceptual metaphor STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES ARE PATIENTS in Indonesian news headlines and conducting further investigation on how contextual aspects influence the additional metaphorical inferences. The study is qualitative with purposive sampling method; the data taken are ten news headlines from online media news which discuss the current improvement process and condition of SOEs using metaphorical expressions. Conceptual Metaphor Theory (Lakoff & Johnson, 1980) is the conceptual framework of this study. From ten news headlines analysed, three metaphorical framings to speak about the current condition of SOEs as if SOEs are patient, i.e.: SOEs is a sick patient with particular sickness, the government is a medical practitioner, and after treatment, SOEs is a healthy patient or a dying patient. The underlying conception of STATE-OWN ENTERPRISES ARE PATIENTS implies that there are still plenty outstanding actions to be taken to improve the SOEs' performance, not only to provide remedies but most importantly is to prevent the sickness. Furthermore, additional inferences may emerge from the same metaphorical expressions in a different situational context. The implication is, media or journalists should consider that unintended inferences may arise from a particular metaphorical expression which are not initially meant to.
