The first part of the article presents the upcoming changes in the regulations regarding energy consumption by single-family housing. Current and forthcoming requirements in 2021 for building insulation and maximum EP primary energy demand factor were indicated. The second part of the paper presents the results of research aimed at determining what type of heat source for heating purposes and the type of ventilation will be able to meet the latest requirements. The analysis was based on the determination and comparison of the EP factor in the considered single-family building for selected heating variants assuming two different types of ventilation: gravitational and mechanical supply-exhaust with heat recovery system. Based on the results obtained, an attempt was made to determine the tendency of changes in the design of single-family buildings in terms of choosing the type of heating and ventilation.

In this model, a supply chain model has been developed where a manufacturer continuously transports perfect quality items at no cost to a distribution center to maintain the market demand. At the beginning of the process, the production process is in an "in-control" state, but after a random time, it goes to an "out-of-control" state. Thus the production process produces perfect as well as imperfect items in this state. The rate of imperfect production depends on production rate and production-run length in the "out-of-control" state. The unit production cost of the manufacturer depends on the production rate which indicates that the higher production rate is the cause of higher production cost if it exceeds the normal production rate set by the manufacturer. The manufacturer provides a credit period to the distributor to increase his sales growth. In the competitive business world, credit period affects the demand rate of a retailer/buyer due to its late payment facility. So, here, credit period dependent demand function is introduced for the distributor. During the festive season, demand factor of products is usually affected by stock level. Also, for some types of products (such as clothing), the demand factor depends on its stock level. Thus we have considered stock-dependent demand function for the customers. Now, in an infinite time horizon, the problem is how they adjust their demands to sustain the whole system's financial  flow. The novelty of this model is to analyze the compatibility of this two-type of demand in their businesses so that both can maintain their profits. Also, there is another credit length which is offered by the distributor. The proposed model has been discussed in type-2 fuzzy environment due to the uncertainty of the credit period. The purpose of this model is to optimize the integrated profit of the system by optimizing production rate and production-run time. Finally, numerical examples have been provided to illustrate the feasibility of both crisp and fuzzy model and some conclusions are derived conducting a sensitivity analysis of different parameters.

Enterprise system users are required to improve competence to gain the system’s value. The development of user competence to effectively use a complex system is socially constructed. Based on the job demands-resources model, we propose and empirically validate how two types of work contextual factors, namely, job demands and job resources, are directly and interactively related to user competence. Results of a longitudinal survey from users in six organizations suggest that all three job resource factors considered—leader–member exchange, traditional support structures, and peer support structure—allow users to acquire both the technical and business knowledge needed for effective application of the system for work. But, work overload, as the job demand factor, has no significant effect on user competence. Further analysis shows the relationship between work overload and user competence is moderated by leader–member exchange, but not the two support structures. Our findings are of great importance for practice, as they suggest job resources are conducive to the development of user competence, whereas work overload is an inevitable, acute problem.

In recent years, the imbalance of rural information supply and demand has seriously hindered the process of rural informatization. Rural information demand is a decisive factor in the relationship between rural information supply and demand. Therefore, research on the influencing factors of rural information demand has attracted much attention. The traditional rural information demand factor analysis does not consider the correlation between factors. The factors themselves carry a lot of repeated information, which seriously interferes with the objectivity of the analysis results. Proceeding from the complexity and diversity of influencing factors of rural information demand, based on the selected subjective and objective factors, based on the forward partial correlation analysis and post-ROC test, a probit discriminant model of influencing factors of rural information demand was constructed, and the relationship with Lingshou was determined. There are 24 factors that are significantly related to county rural information needs. The research results show that this method not only eliminates the factors that carry highly repetitive information and the correlation is not significant but also makes the results more reliable. At the same time, it also found that rural information supply is related to farmers’ information cognition ability, acceptance awareness, and acceptance ability. This study provides new methods and new ideas for solving related problems.
