With the development of computer technology and the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence, the analysis of user demand bias is of great significance to the operation optimization of e-commerce platforms. Combined with CS domain signaling data, IP packet data of PS domain, and customer CRM data provided by operators, this research studies each dimension index of operator user portrait, after that the operator user portrait platform is divided into some individual subunits, and then the corresponding data mining technology is carried out to study the implementation scheme of each subunit. The system can process and mine multidimensional data of operators’ users and form user portraits on the basis of user data aggregation. Finally, based on the operator user portrait platform studied in this paper, the operator user data are analyzed from both the user’s mobile phone use behavior and user consumption behavior. Furthermore, the application value of this research in the precision marketing and personalized service of operators is illustrated.

Abstract Objective To evaluate role of genetic factors (polymorphisms of ADRB1 gene (Arg389Gly, rs1801253) and ACE gene (I/D, rs4343) for effectiveness assessment of β-blocker (carvedilol) and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (enalapril) therapy in women with anthracycline- induced cardiotoxicity during 12-month follow-up period. Methods A total of 82 women, median age of 45.0 (42.0; 50.0) years with anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity and without prior cardiovascular diseases were enrolled in the study. All patients received chemotherapy for the treatment of breast cancer included a combination of doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide, or combination of doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide and docetaxel. The cumulative dose of doxorubicin was 300–360 mg/m2. Criteria for the development of cardiotoxicity were a decrease in the left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) at the 12 months after chemotherapy completion by >10%, the development of heart failure (HF) with symptoms and clinical signs, and NT-proBNP levels ≥125 pg/mL. Echocardiography and serum levels of NT-proBNP were performed at baseline and at 12 months after enrollment. Average up-titrated dosage of carvedilol was 50 (25; 50) mg per day and enalapril was 10 (10; 20) mg per day. Evaluation of gene polymorphisms of ADRB1 gene and ACE gene were carried out by polymerase chain reaction at baseline before treatment initiation. Results The baseline LVEF, end-systolic and end-diastolic dimension indexes, NT-proBNP levels, 6-minute walk test distance did not differ among patients with different genotypes of ADRB1 and ACE genes. However, carriers of T/T genotype of ADRB1 gene had a significant increasing in LVEF (<0.001) by 11% from 50.0 (48.0; 51.0) to 56.0 (53.0; 57.0)% and decreasing in end-systolic dimension index (p<0.001) by 27.7% and end-systolic dimension index (p<0.001) by 6% within 12 months of follow-up period. The levels of NT-proBNP decreased (p=0.001) by 34.2% from 327.5 (260.1; 381.8) to 213.5 (195.3; 256.7) pg/mL and 6-minute walk test distance increased (0.008) by 10%. Carriers of G/G genotype of ACE gene had the same benefits from this therapy: LVEF (<0.001) increased by 6.5% from 50.5 (47.0; 51.0) to 54.0 (50.0; 57.0)%, end-systolic dimension index (p<0.001) decreased by 5.3% and end-systolic dimension index (p<0.001) by 3% within 12 months of follow-up period. The levels of NT-proBNP decreased (p=0.005) by 20.3 from 314.1 (279.6; 372.9) to 249.9 (197.3; 267.8) pg/mL and 6-minute walk test distance increased (0.008) by 5%. Carriers of other genotypes had decreasing in LVEF, increasing in LV dimensions and NT-proBNP, and further progression of HF. Conclusion Our data suggest that evaluation of gene polymorphisms of ADRB1 (Arg389Gly, rs1801253) and ACE gene (I/D, rs4343) can be recommended before treatment initiation of anthracycline- induced cardiotoxicity in women without prior cardiovascular diseases to determine who will benefit of carvedilol and enalapril therapy. The evolution of the structure and assessment of the age limit of steel 12Cr18Ni10Ti upon fatigue loading is considered using neural network modeling and approaches of fractal analysis of the microstructure. An algorithm for processing images of the microstructures has been developed to improve their quality. An indicator of the fractal dimension of the image is used as a quantitative indicator for assessing the evolution of the microstructure of the surface metal layer. A quantitative assessment of the structures at different stress amplitudes is carried out in a wide range of low temperatures using the fractal dimension index. Correlation of the fractal dimension index with the run of the sample material is shown. The appearance of the main crack was observed in the range of 0.7 - 0.8 from the number of cycles to failure, after which the crack growth rate increased. At a lower temperature, the main crack is formed later, but further loading results in a higher crack growth rate. Formation of the secondary phases in austenitic steel at a lower temperature occurred at earlier stages than that at a temperature of t = +20°C, which led to hardening of the material. An artificial neural network (ANN) has been developed and trained for assessing structural changes in metal proceeding from the fractal dimensionality of the microstructure images at different stages of fatigue loading. The developed neural network made it possible to estimate with a sufficiently high accuracy the number of cycles before damage of the sample and the residual life of the material. Thus, the developed ANN can be used to assess the current state of the material in a wide range of low temperatures.

Rural infrastructure is fundamental and central to the concept of quality of life as well as human development. The major characteristic of regional development is the constant widening of regional disparity in India after different plan period. Various Finance Commissions and Planning Commissions laid emphasis on the objective of achieving balanced regional development. The article identifies a gap in terms of education, health, communication and financial infrastructure in the study of panchayats of Jungle Mahal blocks. Mapping of regional disparities can aid in effective policymaking at the preliminary stage of planning. Panchayat level inequality has been analysing using dimension index and principal component analysis (PCA). Wide disparities in the availability of rural infrastructure have been pointed out and proper recommendation has also been made to minimise the gap in spatial inequality.

Abstract Objectives: Anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery is associated with high mortality if not timely surgery. We reviewed our experience with anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery to assess the preoperative variables predictive of outcome and post-operative recovery of left ventricular function. Methods: A retrospective review was conducted and collected data from patients who underwent anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery repair at our institute from April 2005 to December 2019. Left ventricular function was assessed by ejection fraction and the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension index. The outcomes of reimplantation repair were analysed. Results: A total of 30 consecutive patients underwent anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery repair, with a median age of 14.7 months (range, 1.5–59.6 months), including 14 females (46.67%). Surgery was performed with direct coronary reimplantation in 12 patients (40%) and the coronary lengthening technique in 18 (60%). Twelve patients had concomitant mitral annuloplasty. There were two in-hospital deaths (6.67%), no patients required mechanical support, and no late deaths occurred. Follow-up echocardiograms demonstrated significant improvement between the post-operative time point and the last follow-up in ejection fraction (49.43%±19.92% vs 60.21%±8.27%, p < 0.01) and in moderate or more severe mitral regurgitation (19/30 vs 5/28, p < 0.01). The left ventricular end-diastolic dimension index decreased from 101.91 ± 23.07 to 65.06 ± 12.82 (p < 0.01). Conclusions: Surgical repair of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery has good mid-term results with low mortality and reintervention rates. The coronary lengthening technique has good operability and leads to excellent cardiac recovery. The decision to concomitantly correct mitral regurgitation should be flexible and be based on the pathological changes of the mitral valve and the degree of mitral regurgitation.

The proportion of stunting above 20 percent indicates that there are still public health problems in Indonesia. The impact of stunting not only affects the stature but also affects the economic productivity of a country. The purpose of this study was to develop index models that are responsive stunting in children under-5 years in Indonesia. Development of the index model used mathematical formulations using the SDGs indicator and other relevant indicators. Aggregate data from 16-time series were selected from 34 provinces in Indonesia in the span of 4 years (2015 - 2018). Furthermore, the method of developing a stunting index in this study was carried out through the stages of standardization, weighting, aggregation and validation. The results showed that the stunting index model is an evaluation measure that is responsive to stunting interventions in infants (0-56 months) in Indonesia. The national stunting index from 2015 to 2018 increased although it was still in the medium category with index values of 69.77, 70.29, 70.30 and 72.74, respectively. This study recommended an increase in efforts to achieve dimension index values in the development pillars of environmental and economical, especially in the eastern regions of Indonesia and the divided provinces.ABSTRAK Proporsi stunting lebih dari 20 persen menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia.

Abstract OBJECTIVES This study aimed to assess the long-term outcomes and investigate the factors related to left ventricular (LV) reverse remodelling after aortic valve replacement (AVR) in patients with chronic aortic regurgitation (AR). METHODS A total of 246 patients who underwent AVR for chronic AR at our institution were included in this retrospective study. Primary end-points included all-cause mortality, cardiac mortality and major adverse cerebral and cardiovascular events. Secondary end-points included cardiac function on echocardiography 1 year after surgery. We explored the predictive factors for reverse remodelling 1 year after surgery. RESULTS The 10-year survival rate was 86.0%, with no cardiac deaths in 93.8% and no major adverse cerebral and cardiovascular events in 79.9% of patients. Postoperative LV function and symptoms were significantly improved 1 year after surgery, but 34 patients (13.8%) did not recover normal function and structure. A significant negative correlation was found between the incidence of cardiac death and major adverse cerebral and cardiovascular events and reverse remodelling. Multivariate logistic regression identified preoperative LV ejection fraction (P = 0.001, odds ratio = 1.057) and LV end-systolic dimension index (P = 0.038, odds ratio = 0.912) as significant predictive factors of reverse remodelling 1 year after surgery. CONCLUSIONS Preoperative LV ejection fraction and LV end-systolic dimension index were predictive factors for reverse remodelling after surgery, which was associated with late outcomes. Earlier surgery may thus help to restore normal LV function and achieve better late outcomes after AVR for AR.
