Abstract Retained austenite can be disastrous or increase the life of heat treated components. However, discussions on the right amount of retained austenite are only meaningful when measured correctly. The proper determination in microstructures samples requires a trained metallurgist and remains to be very subjective to the individual’s eye. Company standards of microstructure tables are used as individual solution. However, factual results are only achievable with the use of an X-ray diffractometer. This paper discusses the practical experience of metallurgical results and shows state of the art solutions as today’s standard.

Marsirimpa as a cultural, one of the traditional cultural, values have been diminished from society by various daily activities that emphasize individual problems and individual solution. This condition does not only occur in urban areas, but also in rural areas which commonly hold a stronger value. In fact, Marsirimpa is a culture that important to overcome many obstacle in society life. The main aim of this community service is to empower the people within Siponjot Village. To be more specific, we aimed to empower Marsirimpa to foster social life within Siponjot Village. We had been held a form of Socialization has with the people of Siponjot Village, related to the transfer knowledge one of the socio-cultural values that actually they already have (in the context of the Toba Batak community), namely the concept of marsirimpa, which can be used as motivation for cooperation or mutual cooperation, and explaining natural and environmental wealth as well as creative human resources owned by Siponjot village. As result, we reached a satsifiying result that the people is more enthusiasm and changes in social values that support marsirimpa in everyday life.

Brazilian historiography on modern architecture, replicated by international authors, confirms the importance and the pioneer stance of Gregori Ilitch Warchavchik (1896-1972)/Mina Klabin’s (1896-1969) 1927-1932 architecture in São Paulo, and the 1126 Bahia Street (Luiz da Silva Prado) house, 1930-1931, São Paulo, Brazil, is a remarkable example of their initial set of houses. Its design dialogues with other houses simultaneously designed by Adolf Loos (1870-1933), Le Corbusier (1887-1965), Juan O’Gorman (1905-1982), and the connections among all these modernist pieces and their authors suggest the informal existence of an interconnected network of creators, spread across continents. Likewise, they all put forward proselytizing strategies to amplify the repercussion of their works through exhibitions, publications, and debates. The generous internal spaces of this house on Bahia Street, the steady play of its geometrical composition, and its wise topographical and innovative landscape arrangements are well balanced, providing the authors’ aim of both making a manifesto and providing the site and the client’s necessities with an appropriate individual solution. The house has been used as a commercial space in recent decades, but it has been properly maintained and it is still in good shape.

This chapter will investigate various Russian cinematic treatments of the salvific aspiration invested in either the nation or the individual as conceived in the Russian Idea. The works of the selected directors are looked at against the backdrop of this national narrative with which they engage directly or indirectly. The chapter argues that from Andrei Tarkovsky, whose oeuvre has come to epitomize the spiritual search in Russian cinema at its most intense, to contemporary filmmakers Alexander Sokurov, Pavel Lungin, and Andrei Zviagintsev, the portrayal of Russian society has increasingly lost the idealized spiritual aura of its messianic destiny, leaving salvation as an individual solution.

Adsorption of anionic sodium hexadecyl sulfate (SHS) and nonionic Triton X surfactants with different ethoxylation degree: TX-45, TX-100 and TX-300 from their individual and mixed aqueous solutions at the surface of thermally graphitized carbon black (CB) was studied. It was found that at low solution concentrations addition of the nonionic surfactant increases the amount of SHS adsorbed from SHS/Triton X mixtures compared to SHS amount adsorbed from its individual solution. These findings might be explained by decreasing in electrostatic repulsion between SHS ions due to inclusion of the molecules of the nonionic surfactant in the mixed adsorption layer. At higher solution concentrations, adsorption of SHS decrease as a result of displacement of SHS ions from the mixed adsorption layer by Triton X molecules. It was established that the composition of the mixed adsorption layer at CB surface notably differ from the composition of the surfactant mixture in the bulk solution. The mixed adsorption layer is enriched with the molecules of the nonionic surfactants and this conclusion is confirmed by the results of measuring zeta potential of CB particles with the adsorbed surfactants.

In the musical creativity of composers of the XXI century, the issue of interaction of various national musical cultures remains relevant. The article discusses the features of the creative style of the Crimean Tatar composer Merzie Khalitova on the example of chamber and instrumental creativity. The analysis of the trio "in the rhythm of pink tones" for violin, trombone and piano, from the point of view of the interaction of national musical traditions and European musical thinking, is presented. The analysis of the work represents the characteristic trends in the development of chamber and instrumental music of the beginning of the XXI century. Means of musical expression aimed at revealing figurative semantics are also indicated. In each of his works, the composer finds an individual solution for the synthesis of folk elements and modern musical intonation means. It is possible to distinguish the ornamental melody and patterned rhythmics, which are variously reproduced by the composer, as the national basis of Merzie Khalitova's works.

Student motivation at class takes major role on achieving courses’ learning outcomes. Multimedia based content, game-based quiz, or self-assessment can maintain student interest to follow the learning process. Apart from the individual solution, working in group is one way to improve student motivation, however without proper arrangement, putting students in groups can degrade the competitive atmosphere of class, as less-smart students hang up to the more-smart students. Another alternative is implementing collaborative learning such as peer assessment that allows students to grade their fellows. However, objectivity between students must be concerned as students tend to give high-grade for their fellows. Combining group mode and peer assessment, this work proposed group peer assessment to improve student motivation on e-learning. Proposed method started by teacher open a group assignment on e-learning. Students then work on group to create solution. After the solutions are submitted, the extra-group peer assessment begins, where each group examines another group work. To maintain the objectivity of the peer assessment, final grade of each group obtained by combining grade from another group and grade from teacher.  In the meantime, cooperation atmosphere in each group is maintained by intra-group peer assessment, where each member asses all his/her teammates in terms of intra-personal and inter-personal skills.

Differential equation is a mathematical equation which contains the derivatives of a variable, such as the equation which represent physical quantities, In this paper  we introduced modified on the method which proposes a polynomial to solve the ordinary differential equation (ODEs) of second order and by using the evolutionary algorithm to find the coefficients of the propose a polynomial [1] . Our method propose a polynomial to solve the ordinary differential equations (ODEs) of nth  order and partial differential equations(PDEs) of order two  by using the Genetic algorithm to find the coefficients of the propose a polynomial ,since Evolution Strategies (ESs) use  a string representation of the solution to some problem and attempt to evolve a good solution through a series of fitness –based evolutionary steps .unlike (GA)  ,an ES will typically not use a population of solution but instead will make a sequence of mutations of an individual solution ,using fitness as a guide[2] . A numerical example with good result show the accuracy of our method compared with some existing methods .and the best error of method it’s not much larger than the error in best of the numerical method solutions.

The work is devoted to the study of changes in the time of mobility of concrete mixtures, which are used for commercial concrete with monolithic construction. The in-situ concrete quality depends on the uniformity, viability and workability of the concrete mix intended for the transportation, unloading and workability at the construction site. One of the techniques used for the solution of this problem can be step-by-step addition of chemical admixtures or introduction of setting retarders whose efficiency is expressed in an increased resiliency of the concrete mix that is extended by two and more hours. Each solution has its advantages and drawbacks; therefore the efficiency can only be estimated under specific conditions taking into account the cost of concrete mix and opportunities for the realization of each individual solution. Were received results showing the presence of a problem of mobility loss of concrete mixtures with chemical additives of high water-reducing action. The use of such technological techniques as increasing the initial mobility and gradual introduction of supplements to superplasticizer proved to be effective technological solutions.
