The increasing volumes of the earthworks performed by trenching excavators during the creation of the lengthy excavations in the soil for the pipelines of different sizes and other purposes create the need to improve the excavators, to create new highly productive machines of the fundamentally new construction. The goal of this work is to increase the performance of trenching excavators equipped with the bucketless rotary implement by improving the process of the soil discharging from the implement. To achieve this goal it is required to reveal the physical essence of the soil excavation by the bucketless rotary implement and based on the performed study to determine the rational installation position for the discharging unit of the bucketless rotor. Methodology. The scientific hypothesis is that discharging of the inner circular cavities of the bucketless rotor during the trench digging and the movement of the excavated soil to the side from the trench is possible by means of rational use of the flow header pressure of the soil that is being transported in the rotor from the excavation. The study is performed with analytical methods using basic principles of the theoretical mechanics, flowing medium statics, force analysis. Results. The study confirms the scientific hypothesis of the possibility to discharge the bucketless rotary implements of the trenching excavators by using the flow header pressure of the excavated soil that is transported by the rotor from the excavation,  rational installation position of the discharging unit of the implement is defined. Originality. The scientific novelty of the study lays in the rationale and confirmation of the possi-bility to excavate and transport the soil from the excavation with the implements of the rotary trenching excavators with continuous flow and not with the separate portions. Practical value. Practical value lays in ensuring the 2-5 times performance increase of the excavation using the bucketless rotary implements.

The article deepens theoretical and methodical provisions on the attractive image formation for the territorial communities in terms of systematization of their identification criteria and positioning parameters, strengthened in this context local innovative aspect of the implementation of sustainable development concept. The theoretical and methodical provisions regarding the marketing tools of economic entities at the local level have been analysed, which made it possible to research the territorial community as a complex and innovatively active system characterized by emergence and synergistic metasystem connections between its elements that require ordering. This ordering became possible due to the methodological research platform, which based on the positions of the systemic and integrated approach, D. Forrester counterintuitive method of system dynamics, A. Marshall partial equilibrium approach and the principle of stable disequilibrium. The authors proved that the process of determining and ordering identification criteria and positioning parameters depends on the existing institutional frames for the functioning and development of territorial communities, which have a narrowing effect on the search opportunities and alternatives in choice. The discreteness of the coverage of the unique characteristics, which made it possible to distinguish the community among many others based on the established scientific hypothesis, justified the choice of 15 identification criteria and 13 positioning parameters that form the idea of a territorial unit. The provisions of the article systematized of certain criteria and parameters by constructing appropriate classification schemes based on a descending hierarchical chain of classification taxa “class – type – criterion / parameter – result (value) of criterion / parameter”. This made it possible to distinguish between the classes of identification criteria into key and auxiliary ones, and the classes of positioning parameters into single (quantitative) and complex (qualitative) ones. The article proves importance of the implementation of identification criteria and positioning parameters in the practice of the territorial communities strategizing to improve their innovative activity and determine key development positions in a strategic perspective.

This article of the author is devoted to the etymology of medical terms that have been introduced into the Uzbek language from other languages. It also discusses the vocabulary, socio-historical development of the Uzbek language, its relationship with other languages and the peculiarities of word acquisition. The article analyzes medical terms, mainly from Arabic to Uzbek. In the process of analysis, the origin and semantic features of these lexical units have been thoroughly studied theoretically and practically. In this regard, the author effectively used scientific sources in Uzbek and Russian languages, as well as various dictionaries and research papers, and expressed his scientific hypothesis. Instead, he drew relevant scientific conclusions on the subject by referring to examples and evidence that differentiate the same concepts and phenomena. In particular, the article describes the etymology and national-cultural features of medical terms borrowed from Arabic into Uzbek - linguoculturology on the basis of historical and synchronous, comparative and component analysis methods. For example, the use of the complication lexeme in the Uzbek language in the sense of a sign, trace, specific feature, which appeared or appeared after an event, is associated with modern medicine in the example of today’s infectious, acute respiratory disease pandemic covid-2019. Attention is also paid to the synonym of the complication lexeme in the Uzbek language and its homonym. Many such original examples can be cited from the article. So, all of the above in a sense determines the scientific-theoretical and practical value of this article. KEYWORDS: etymology, semantics, grammar, structure, cell, masdar, sukun, uzv, cultural linguistics, component, content, lexeme, term, phraseme, neologism, respirator, pandemic, anomaly.

Introduction. It is proposed to pose the question of the original understanding of fundamental economic science as a political economy, presented by Gunnar Myrdal in the book “Against the Stream. Critical Essays on Economics”, which can be regarded from a certain point of view as a modern Scandinavian «Saga about political economy». Hermeneutic analysis. G. Myrdal’s paradigm concept, based on the concept of “establishment economics” was more meaningful than the modern use of the term “mainstream” to characterize the dominant flow of economic thought. The theoretical and methodological substantiation of the scientific hypothesis about the periodic emergence of crises and the formation of the economic science evolution cycles made it possible to explain the chronology of the Keynesian paradigm ascent and decline cycle by changes in economy and society. The arguments in favor of the institutional approach prompted a fundamental conclusion about the advisability of returning economic science to the original name of political economy and restoring its spiritual, moral, value dimension. G. Myrdal questioned and refuted the traditional abstract assumption about the conflict between economic growth and egalitarian reforms, for which one must pay a high price such as the national economy productivity decline, proposed the concept of “created harmony” to characterize the modern welfare state. Conclusion. The interpretation of the scientific monograph “Against the Stream. Critical Essays on Economics” in the style of Scandinavian “Saga about political economy” added a lot of very interesting details, judgments, explanations that substantively complemented the theoretical and methodological approach, showed the opportunity to study, research and present the history of economic thought in an attractive literary style without sacrificing depth and completeness of acquired knowledge.

The article assesses the influence of factors that form the reputation of an enterprise in the real sector of the economy, on the ability to attract investments and form investment capital. The study aims to identify the most important components of reputation capital that stimulate the inflow of investments for the implementation of projects that are significant for the development of the region. The author applies methods of multidimensional weighted scoring assessment of business reputation, construction of factor models, and identification of regression relationships between investment capital and factors that form business reputation, methods of pair correlations, and modelling. This study assesses the impact of factors on the level of investment capital and business reputation of 38 regionally significant organizations included in the list of residents of the Territory of Advanced Social and Economic Development (TASED) of the Far East and receiving tax incentives and administrative benefits. The scientific hypothesis that the investment capital of an enterprise as a key element of the territorial economic system is formed under the influence of a complex of factors of business reputation is subject to verification. The types of business reputation are identified for enterprises of regional significance. The author makes a conclusion that the inflow of investments and the accumulation of capital is facilitated by information transparency, participation of the enterprise in socio-cultural, educational events in the region, support of ethical and corporate principles. The research results can be used by the management companies of the territories of advanced development and the management of enterprises implementing national projects for the development of the regional economy.

The subject of research. The issue of reliability (unreliability) of information (data) included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities has increased after the amendments made to the Russian Civil Code in 2013 and to the Russian legislation on state registration of legal entities in 2015. The legislation, introducing the principle of public reliability of information included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities does not clearly define what is meant by such reliability. Accordingly, the question arises about what is meant by “unreliability” of information. Although legal norms contain the concept of “error”; the legislation does not contain a single legal regime of “error”. This is expressed in the presence of several independent cases described in the legislation, including, among other things, an independent procedure for correcting an error. It is also not clear how the presence of an “error” correlates with the requirements for the reliability of the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The author shows the evolution of the concepts of “error” and “technical error” in the legislation on state registration of legal entities, as well as ways to eliminate it for the first time in the Russian doctrine. The purpose of the article is to: (a) analyze the current regulation and qualify various cases of “errors” in the information included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities; (b) specify the objectives of regulation in each identified case of “errors”; (c) identify the main contradictions in the regulation; (d) form a new model of the reliability of the information included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and specific legal decisions based on the goals of the legislator to “whitewash” the Russian economy, strengthen the principle of good faith, and ensure the certainty of legal norms. The scientific hypothesis is that the “error” in the information included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, whatever its cause, is a special case of unreliability of information. Accordingly, all cases of “error” should be settled within the framework of the general model of reliability of information included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The current regulation does not provide real public reliability of the information; in fact, such public reliability today is nothing more than an illusion. Approaches to determining the reliability (unreliability) of information included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities do not provide such reliability.Description of research methods and methodology. The research is based on a systematic and teleological interpretation of normative material (legal norms, explanations of a normative nature, judicial legal positions). Information about the main scientific results. Conclusions. The conducted research fully confirmed the correctness of the proposed scientific hypothesis. Systematic proposals for changing existing approaches to regulation and specific legal solutions are formulated. Conclusions. It is noted that the current regulation regarding the criteria for the reliability/unreliability of information (data) of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities is confusing and creates uncertainty in the legal regulation. The necessity of changing the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and other federal laws, the abolition of the most odious explanations of a regulatory nature, the foundations of a new regulatory model and proposals for reforming the existing regulatory framework are formulated.

Abstract P2X7 receptor is a crucial receptor related to neuronal activation, neurosensitization, and pain transmission, and increasing evidences indicated that glial cells is thought to be a major contributor to the chronic neuropathic pain after nerve injury. In present study, we designed to investigate whether the P2X7R in glial plays a role in chronic neuropathic pain. We divided adult male Sprague Dawley rats were respectively into four groups:(1) vehicle group (Veh), (2) CCI (C group), (3) P2X7 inhibitor group (P group), (4) CCI+ P2X7R inhibition (CP group). Behavior test, real-time polymerase chain reaction, western blot, immunofluorescence staining, and transmission electron microscope were used to analyze the scientific hypothesis. The results of the experiment is that(i) P2X7R of microglia was downregulated by A-70003 after CCI. (ii) Downregulation of P2X7R on microglia is coincident with remission of NP after CCI. (iii) P2X7R of microglia participates in NP via regulating autophagy and apoptosis. In summary, our results support P2X7R inhibition can counteract the CCI-induced NP due to microglia activation via a modulation of autophagy and apoptosis in mPFC and spinal cord. This may provide an importantly neuroprotective mechanism for the improved NP and also help devising new therapeutic to improve chronic pain in patients.

The article examines the factors and sources of inequality and legal delimitation of the industrial societas in the USSR in the 1950-1980s. The article raises the question of the key aspects of regional and sectoral inequality of the Soviet societas. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is associated with the paradigm of the "global intellectual history of inequality". Much attention is paid to the analysis of the concepts of "estate" and "class" in modern historiography. The article is based on the ideas of Mikhail Beznin and Tat’yana Dimoni on the legal demarcation of the production societas in the USSR and the formation of special social classes in Soviet Russia in the 1950s-1980s. An important theoretical role is played by the controversial thesis of the researcher Simon Kordonskiy on the existence of special estates – social registration groups – in the USSR. The source base of the study is represented by the official normative documents of the Soviet era, statistical data, unpublished archival documents of the Russian State Archive of Social and Political History. The article expresses a scientific hypothesis that the main criteria for inequality and legal delimitation of the production societas of the USSR included 3 indicators in the second half of the 20th century – a formally determined size of wages, social security, horizontal social mobility.
