Introduction. Digitization of legislation is an important area today, which is identified by the government as a priority. Creating digital legal documents and verifying them for compliance with the law is a necessary task in all areas of jurisprudence. This sets the task of automatic formalizing a legal document created as an arbitrary text in natural language. Purpose. Preparing a document for storage in digital format for further processing may require prior work with an original text. When using automatic means of linguistic analysis of the texts submitted in natural language, in particular, legal, which processes the text in sentences (working up the text sequentially sentence by sentence), problems of local and global nature arise. The problem of local nature is created, in particular, by the presence in the text of the sentences, which due to their considerable length are difficult to process (with the help of one or another tool of text analysis). The problem of a global nature arises when the semantic connection between the components of different sentences should be taken into account during the automatic processing of the text. The purpose of this work is to develop means for overcoming these problems. Results. A model for structuring long sentences containing enumerations as well as a method for eliminating the synonymy of object names referred to in the text, which is intended for automatic analysis, has been developed. Conclusion. Marking up sentences containing enumerations is useful, especially when the text is intended for analysis using a procedure that processes the text sentence by sentence. Structuring a sentence with an enumeration enables, on the one hand, to prepare the sentence for processing in parts, and on the other hand, not to lose the integrity of the sentence when processing in parts. In the method of eliminating the synonymy of names proposed in this paper, both the step of identifying the names of objects and the step of revealing the identity of names requires semantic analysis. To control the correctness of these steps, Oracle was introduced to improve the reliability of the result.

This paper aims to assess the nature of magic and medicine in the extant fragment of the little-known Carmen de viribus herbarum (fr. 64 Heitsch), an anonymous didactic poem of considerable length (216 hexameters have been transmitted) from the third century CE. The Carmen, a poem concerned with the curative powers of some fifteen different plants, is an evident descendant of the didactic pharmacological verse tradition of Nicander of Colophon and the like, yet its method of composition, reusing large chunks of Homeric lines, is remarkable. What sets the Carmen apart from the tradition of didactic pharmacology, moreover, is its fascination with magic, a factor virtually absent from the Nicandrean legacy. Next to pharmacological knowledge it repeatedly discusses effective plants against ghosts, apparitions, and witches.

The technique of numerical differentiation of the bend forms of long elastic rods is presented. This technique is based on search for new bend forms of the rod by solving the equations of oscillations with using the time integration method and the polynomial spline-functions that are being described the current bend form. In it, the spline-functions are found by current bend form approximation where each of the found functions is responsible to certain point of rod elastic line and describes the position of nearby points. Using the described approximation technique with subsequent numerical differentiation, the dependences of the derivatives on an arbitrary bend form of the rod with a length that is equal to 100 m are shown. To confirm the reliability, the results of numerical differentiation of the bend forms of the elastic rods described by given functions are presented and the numerical results obtained using the proposed method are compared with the results of analytical differentiation of the original functions. The graphs of values derivatives dependence to rod length are drawn and tables with numerical values of differentiation results are shown. It is concluded that the considered technique of numerical differentiation of rods bend forms allows to do the research of dynamics of rod systems. It gives the exact result of differentiation, provides the continuity and smoothness of all four derivatives functions of spline that are being described the bend form with considerable length. Described technique was realized in a computer program with graphic user interface. Program allows to monitor for dynamics of the oscillatory motion of the modeled system in real-time by calculating and drawing the current band forms of the rotating rod during the oscillation.

The paper presents the investigation results of the vibro-impact loads’ influence on the stability of vibro-drilling machine’ drill-rod in the process of well in hard rock. The drilling process of such wells is significantly facilitated in case of vibro-impact action. The destroying of the rocks during the vibro-rotary drilling occurs via the complex effect of the vibration impulses and rotational motion. In this way, the task of such drill-rod study stability has actuality. In this case, the various modes of vibration and stability loss are possible. In this regard, the study was done by developed software, in which a technique of computer simulation of the oscillating motion of considerable length rotating rods under the action of axial periodic loads is implemented. Such software gives the possibility to model the oscillatory motion of rotating rods and determine the parameters by witch the dynamic stability loss of the studied system can occur. Using this software the diagrams with regions of stable and unstable motion of the rotating rod were drawn for different parameters of the considered system. The process of oscillation is considered in space with account of inertia forces and geometric nonlinearity of the rod. It is shown, that on certain rotational speeds and frequencies of vibro-impact load there are ranges of unstable motion where the run of equipment can inevitably lead to destruction. The obtained results have been analyzed. The conclusion about the possibility of running the equipment in certain frequency ranges is made.

Lead-contaminated water, soil, and air have been perceived as potential sources of lead exposure for a considerable length of time, which continues to threaten human health; particularly that of young children. An Integrated Exposure, Uptake, and Biokinetic (IEUBK) as a human health risk model were applied to predict the Blood lead levels (BLLs) in children. A variety of data for air, soil, and water were obtained from the industrial region in Al-Dorah city in Baghdad for the period 2012- 2014. The result found that the predicted BLLs value of 11.17 μg/dL obtained from the IEUBK model was exceeding the agency’s threshold of concern of 10 μg/jdL which was considered as the lowest level of concern for BLL in children, this result of the IEUBK model was in agreement with the actual value of BLLs which were taken from previous literature for 24 blood samples of school children matched for age curried out in the same Al-Dorah region. This technique propels logical comprehension of the connection between BLLs in children and environmental media in both air and soil for the pollute condition. It can control national health-based benchmarks for lead and related community public health decisions.

Eagle Syndrome (ES), also termed stylohyoid syndrome or styloid syndrome, is a rare condition characterised by a cluster of symptoms related to an elongation of the styloid process (SP) of the temporal bone. These may range from mild pharyngeal foreign body sensation and dysphagia to severe orofacial pain. High clinical suspicion is necessary owing to the unspecific clinical picture and limited diagnostic clues. Until a definitive diagnosis is achieved, these patients may develop symptoms which significantly impact their quality of life. The aim of this article is to report a case of ES in which a considerable length of SP was documented. Diagnosis was made years after the initial complaints and several medical workups by different specialties. Surgical resection of the elongated process by cervical approach was the adopted treatment modality. Patient recovery and follow-up was satisfactory, with remission of the afflicting symptoms.

This article addresses the question of illness, as discussed in the writings of Kazimierz Sarnecki, an envoy of Lithuanian Chancellor Karol Stanisław Radziwiłł, residing at King Jan III Sobieski’s court. Sarnecki’s primary task was to take note of all happenings at King Sobieski’s court, focusing mainly on the king’s health, but including also other matters, some of them of little importance. Sarnecki regularly kept Radziwiłł up-to-date through diary entries sent together with a separate cover letter, usually of considerable length. In his diary, Sarnecki detailed the King’s state of health, starting each entry with a short description of what the King was doing and how he felt and only then proceeding to report on other events. Subsequently, he also included information on Queen Maria Kazimiera, the King’s sister Katarzyna Radziwiłłowa née Sobieska (mother of Karol Stanisław), the royal couple’s children (Jakub, Teresa Kunegunda, Aleksander and Konstanty), as well as other members of the court and visitors. He also noted down anecdotes, often loosely connected with medicine. When Kazimierz himself fell seriously ill, he did not seek his patron’s compassion, but assured that despite his illness, he would discharge his duties with the help of third parties, so that Radziwiłł’s interests would not be harmed. His notes are always written in a cold and terse tone, devoid of commentary and empathy. Even those passages which concern him personally are free of emotion.

Lately, we have seen a twist of audit sites. It presents a decent opportunity to share our experience for a considerable length of time we have bought. Be that as it may, we tend to confront the information over-burdening issue. A method for mining significant information from surveys to know a client's inclinations and produce precise proposal is fundamental. Since quite a while ago settled recommender Systems (RS) considers a few variables, similar to client's buy records, item class, and geographic area. During this work, we have proposed sentiment-based rating prediction technique (RPS) to help up the expectation precision in recommender Systems. First and foremost, we examine the social user sentimental measuring approach and calculate every user’s sentiment on things/items. Furthermore, we don't exclusively consider a client's own wistful properties anyway moreover take interpersonal social sentimental influence into study. Then, at that point, we propose to consider item name, which might be deduced by the sentimental distributions of a user set that reflect clients' comprehensive analysis. Finally, we tend to intertwine 3 factors-user sentiment similarity, interpersonal social sentimental distributions of a client opinion likeness, interpersonal social sentimental influence, associate the thing's reputation relationship into our recommender system to make a talented rating prediction. Then, at that point, we arranged a presentation analysis of the 3 sentimental factors on a genuine world dataset gathered from Yelp. Our exploratory outcomes show, the sentiment will well describe user preferences, which facilitate to hike the proposal execution.

Since the publication of Meltzoff and Moore’s (1977) seminal paper, neonatal imitation has been discussed, debated and scrutinised at considerable length. Despite this, the temporal structure within which the interaction sits, has received limited attention. We hypothesise underlying successful examples of neonatal imitation exists a narrative temporal structure, expressed and perceived not only through vocalisations but also (if not primarily) through movement. We contextualise neonatal imitation through a communicative lens, viewing the phenomenon as an early dialogue between adult and infant, underpinned by the same narrative structure as other proto-conversations in infancy. From this perspective several of the leading and traditional theories that have been proposed to explain neonatal imitation are considered. Ultimately, we argue neonatal imitation is an innately dialogical phenomenon that forms one of the first examples of primary intersubjectivity, exemplifying the importance of the neonatal period in human psychological and social development. On this basis we propose further study is required into the temporal structure underlying neonatal imitation.
