Based on a systematic analysis of civil law norms, the problem of regulatory consolidation of a service as an object of civil rights is revealed. In particular, grammatical awareness of the content of certain norms contained in the Civil Code of Ukraine allowed us to make a rather contradictory conclusion that the service is a material good, a thing that consists in the action or activity of the service contractor. This legal paradox exists due to several shortcomings of legislative technique. The first one concerns the conjunction "including", which, according to grammar rules, refers a service (as a specific concept) as things (as a generic concept). It follows from the above that the Union "Including" should be removed in Part 1 of the Art. 177 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The second disadvantage is due to the lack of a separate norm that would determine a clear place of the service in the system of objects of civil rights. In this regard, and taking into account the essence of the service as an object of the intangible world, it is offered to supplement Chapter 15 "intangible benefits" with a separate Article entitled "Services", which should contain a definition of the concept of this object of civil rights along with other important provisions. Moreover, the concept of a service is applied contrary to its legislative definition according to the analysis of judicial practice, namely as its result, and not as a benefit, we offer that the word "services" and the phrase "results of work" in Part 1 of the Art. 177 of the Civil Code of Ukraine should be swapped.  These amendments will contribute to legal certainty and reduce the manifestations of arbitrary interference by state agencies, including the court, in the rights protected in the Constitution of Ukraine and in the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

In this study, V2O5 nanomaterials were successfully synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method and tested for application in preparing toxic H2S gas sensor. SEM image shows that the material has the shape of nanoplates with different sizes ranging from 100 to 500 nm. The XRD pattern shows that the material has a single phase of Orthorhombic crystal of V2O5. The results of the gas sensitivity survey show that the material good respond to H2S at low concentrations (2.5-20 ppm) with relatively fast response and recovery time. This study demonstrates the potential of application of V2O5 material in H2S gas sensors.

In the article, the authors raise the urgent problem of the deviant behavior of adolescents, the solution of which requires increasing the spirituality and morality of society. In the modern world, work and study have lost value, for many adolescents the purpose of life is to achieve a material good at any cost, to profit by any means. And no one teaches adults to be a parent, all upbringing comes down to the principle of «How I was raised, so am I.» The accelerated pace of progress has led to the rapid development of the child (the child who is not yet able to speak can use the telephone). At present, it seems important to read modern literature on the psychology of education, attend various trainings, track rapidly changing trends, and find effective ways to interact with problem children.

Three years ago, the Polish Geopolitical Society began an initiative focused on students, PHD candidates and interested academic societies, who wished to co-operate in popularizing the subject area of geopolitics. This initiative sought to serve as a forum for such groups and individuals to compete with other interested colleagues and groups from around the world. During the process, students strive to prove their level of professional knowledge, while their teachers assist them in preparing for their best presentations. All participants then meet during the final stages of the competition in order to exchange their experiences. This, in turn, benefits the development of general approaches and methods of study regarding the discipline of geopolitics. The question addressed in this paper then, is how such international competitions can improve the overall skills and knowledge of the subject area at hand among those participating. The importance of this question is underscored by various initiatives undertaken that attempt to measure the quality of higher education. The research presented in this article, then, is based upon interviews with both participants and organizing committee members, which attempt to gauge the experiences and results achieved during such competitions. The results show both the positive and negative aspects of organizing such gatherings. Most certainly, one could draw the conclusion that such events are the most attractive to the most ambitious of students and teachers, who consider education a privilege and as a process, which continues throughout one’s lifetime. Adversely, for those who place education in the same category as a material good, to be bought and sold, such competitions have little appeal especially when focused upon a narrow field of study.

The presence of the Gesuati in Chiusi, although limited in size and length of time, developed beyond all expectation. At the beginning of the seventeenth century the followers of the Blessed Colombini were called to officiate at the church of the “Madonna della Quercia al Pino” in the countryside just outside Chiusi. The friars arrived at a difficult moment after other religious orders had relinquished the post. The Gesuati did their utmost for the spiritual good of the faithful as well as the material good of the church. Unfortunately after only a few years, the Bishop of Chiusi entrusted the building to a secular priest effectively closing the little convent. The conflict which followed between the church, the diocese and the municipality only worsened the situation to the deep regret of the faithful.

Agricultural waste is abundantly available in Indonesia, including rice straw. The largest components of rice straw are cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin, making this material good enough as raw material for production of biogas, bioethanol, and other renewable fuels. The bonds in the cellulose and lignin in rice straw are strong and difficult to degrade which consequently will block the microorganisms to degrade them. In this study, a hydrothermal treatment was performed with the addition of NaOH. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of alkaline hydrothermal treatment on rice straw delignification, cellulose and hemicellulose solubility, the formation of reducing and furfural sugars, as well as the degrees of cellulose crystallinity. The variables used were NaOH concentration of 3%, 5%, and 7% (w/w total solid) and temperature were 100 ℃, 120 ℃, and 140 ℃. Treatment was performed using an autoclave with water and rice straw ratio of 8:1 with heating time for 2 hours. The results of this study showed that hydrothermal and NaOH treatment can increase rice straw organic degradation as indicated by increasing delignification of rice straw and increased levels of watersoluble sugars. The higher the temperature and the NaOH concentration, the more lignin and soluble hemicellulose content. Meanwhile, the reducing sugar increases with increasing temperature and NaOH concentration. Thermal decomposition rate has also occurred at lower temperature. It was found that the highest organic rice straw degradation occurs at higher temperature and NaOH concentration.

Alquran is the word of Allah as revealed to the Prophet Muhammad to be learned and practiced the entire contents for Muslims on this earth. God commissioned lifelike that as his representative on earth (khalifatullah) and a slave (abdullah) on earth. God has lowered the Alquran with the aim of its contents can be understood and practiced by humans. Keep in mind that the Alquran contains many sciences. One of the subjects discussed in the Alquran is Mathematics. Ranging from simple concepts to complex even, Allah was packed well in the Alquran. Implementation of the integration of the values of the Alquran and mathematics is one way to instill positive values to learners. Integration of the values of the Alquran can balance the intellectual and spiritual intelligence of students, for example, in mathematics, especially in the matter of opportunity. There are many different opportunities within the material good value, one of the acts of God, pray, berihtiar, and resignation over the provision of God. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to show how North integration of the values of the Alquran in mathematics learning material opportunities.

Most people believe that happiness is the supreme good; that it is achievable by everyone and that everyone has a right to it. It is usually identified with the passive possession of some other material or non-material good or goods and the state of being these confer. Aristotle was one of the first thinkers to attempt an analysis of happiness. For him it consists of the active exercise of characteristic human excellence as manifested in intellectual activity and moral action. This article sets out to explain Aristotle's views and to suggest what is wrong with them.

Background: Emergency care in South Africa is both complex and complicated which is further compromised by inadequately trained healthcare workers. Academic disciplines at the University of KwaZulu-Natal have run emergency care workshops for doctors and nurses providing primary emergency care, in the province for the last 14 years. This delivery of such training has evolved over time. Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate the feedback and knowledge of participants attending the last nine workshops. Methods: An evaluation questionnaire asked participants to assess the workshops held in the province and to rate their perceived improvement in knowledge. A multiple choice questionnaire was conducted in the last few workshops and was administered pre- and postworkshop. The data were extracted onto an Excel spreadsheet and analysed in Stata version 13. Outcome measures were generated using percentages. A paired t-test was used to compare knowledge scores. Open-ended questions were also used to identify areas for future improvement. Results: The majority (89.4%) of the participants worked in the primary emergency care setting. All participants found the quality of training, the facilitators and the training material good or excellent. Participants’ perceived improvement in knowledge and skills and the objective measure of knowledge improved significantly (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Emergency care education using a combination of inter-professional simulation and lecture-based teaching has the potential of contributing towards better educational outputs in both undergraduate and postgraduate curricula.
