In the company PT. Headquarters of Tunas Utama produces quite a lot of waste so that there needs to be a treatment to accelerate the waste processing. The problem is how to make the waste can be processed quickly so that it can be processed to be included in the production process so that there is no buildup of waste. Planning an agitator asbestos waste mixer machine, where the equipment or machine serves to accommodate the middle waste before entering into the mixing process and stirring continuously to avoid sedimentation. In this final project, the right type of agitator will be selected for the waste mixing process, then count the existing engine elements such as the type of mixer, motor, transmission, and shaft. So that it can produce the right mixer. From the results of the calculation of the mixer using a motor with a power of 0.5 HP with a reducer of 1:30, the transmission system uses a v-belt and a pulley with a drive pulley diameter of 129 mm and a driven pulley diameter of 200 mm, resulting in a rotation of 30 rpm. For the stirrer, using a paddle stirrer with a drive shaft diameter of 50 mm.Keyword : Machine element, Planning,Waste, Agitator Didalam perusahaan PT Djabes Tunas Utama menghasilkan waste yang cukup banyak sehingga perlu adanya penanganan untuk mempercepat proses pengolahan waste tersebut. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana cara agar waste tersebut dapat diolah dengan cepat sehingga dapat diproses untuk dimasukkan pada  proses produksi sehingga tidak terjadi penumpukan waste. Maka dari itu perlu adanya mesin pengaduk untuk mengaduk middle waste tadi agar tidak terjadi pengendapan. Dan mesin pengaduk tersebut banyak macamnya.  Dan akan direncanakan sebuah mesin pengaduk waste asbes jenis agitator, dimana peralatan atau mesin ini berfungsi untuk menampung middle waste sebelum masuk ke proses mixing dan dilakukan pengadukan secara terus menerus untuk menghindari pengendapan. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dipilih jenis agitator yang tepat untuk proses pengadukan waste tersebut, kemudian menghitung elemen-elemen mesin yang ada seperti jenis pengaduk, motor, transmisi, dan poros. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan mesin pengaduk yang tepat. Dari hasil perhitungan mesin pengaduk tersebut menggunakan motor dengan daya sebesar 0,5 HP dengan reducer 1:30, sistem transmisi menggunakan v-belt dan pulley dengan ukuran diameter pulley penggerak sebesar 129 mm dan diameter pulley yang digerakkan sebesar 200 mm, sehingga menghasilkan putaran sebesar 30 rpm. Untuk pengaduknya menggunakan jenis pengaduk paddle   dengan diameter poros penggerak sebesar 50 mm.Kata kunci : Elemen  mesin, Perencanaan, Waste, Mesin pengaduk (agitator)

This study aims to find a comparison of the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured in the CV. Mitra Setia Blitar uses the company's method and uses the Job Order Costing (JOC) method. The method used in this study is quantitative. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data is in the form of map production cost data while qualitative data is in the form of information about map production process. The result of calculating the cost of production of the map between the two methods results in a difference of Rp. 306. Calculation using the company method is more expensive than using the Job Order Costing method. Calculation of cost of goods manufactured using the company method is Rp. 2,205,000, - or Rp. 2,205, - each unit. While using the Job Order Costing (JOC) method is Rp. 1,899,000, - or Rp 1,899, - each unit. So that the right method used in calculating the cost of production is the Job Order Costing (JOC) method

The Covid19 pandemic has caused complicated problems for many entrepreneurs, including partners who are micro-entrepreneurs. The Semanggi Stick micro business, which is run by a group of women in Lakarsantri Village, Surabaya City, has been severely affected by the Covid19 pandemic. Even in the first few months of the pandemic outbreak, their businesses did not operate. The clover sticks they produce are not the main choice that must be purchased for communities around the partner’s location. This is possible because so far partners have only marketed their products around their area, partners have not taken advantage of the availability of digital technology in marketing. In addition, partners have been carrying out the production process using conventional and simple equipment. This was considered ineffective and resulted in some partner members choosing other activities that were more productive. With the right technology application model, both in the production and marketing processes, partners will experience an increase in sales. Before the pandemic, the sales generated by partners was at 500 thousand to 1 million per month, after using this technology application model partners can get a sales of more than 2 million Rupiah in one month.

Permissible medicine “Halalopathy” represents a compatible relation between therapeutic drug and human beliefs/lifestyles. Production of permissible drugs is achieved by evaluating ingredients and monitoring the production process to be compatible with a certain specific standard depending on the requirement of the lifestyle or belief of the patient. If drugs and beliefs are compatible, a domino chain effect will be initiated; trust will be developed, and the placebo effect will be activated. Consequently, a compatible system between mind and drug is established, faith in the treatment is intensified, entropy is lowered, potential energy is increased, and self-assurance is enriched. The compatibility concept is based on finding a connection between human’s belief and therapeutic drug where certain genes will be turned off epigenetically. Halalopathic medicine represents a new therapeutic concept in which holistic values - material, human, moral and spiritual values - are used to deliver the right treatment to the right patient.

Forming dies are often costly for producers and the cost amount is influenced by production process too. If the die is manufactured by machining, proper strategies would necessary to consider as well. The right selection of adequate strategy helps production times shortening, tool wear reducing and those affect production effectiveness. Used strategies and its parameters are often compromise between acceptable surface quality and variations in shape aside, and production time on the other side. The paper presents the way of evaluation of milling strategy based on selected elements of forming die. This allows choosing the adequate strategy for particular shapes of die and also to evaluate them by the reached surface quality. Presented approach is verified by machining forging die cavity for production of connecting rod.

This paper adopts a non-mechanism modeling, using the production history data, the use of artificial neural network has the right to arbitrary nonlinear mapping any approximation ability to simulate the relationship of the actual system input-output, trained to be get steady-state model of the nitric acid production process.

In this modern era, the competition among the manufacturing industry, especially in the automotive sector will become increasingly tight which causes companies need to innovate so that satisfaction of the consumer can be maintained. The production process will be an important aspect in the automotive industry to maintain the quality of products and ensure consumer demand can be fulfilled. The problems that often occur in the production process is in the form of production flow constraints caused by workload unbalanced in the assembly lines. The imbalance causes the assembly lines do not run in a cycle time that is determined, so that consumer demand can not be meet in the right amount and companies need to spend more to mitigate them. Therefore, this study was conducted to balance workload on the assembly line by using line balancing form Ranked Positional Weight (RPW) with a subsequent increase in the efficiency and productivity of assembly line that affect production process runs without any contraints.

This research aims to know the proper competitive advantage strategies for PT Semen Tonasa is done by. Descriptive research is done by collecting data through observation, FGD and interviews. After IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) and SWOT analysis, PT Semen Tonasa should focus their efforts on pursuing growth. Based on the analysis of the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) retrieved the right strategy to do is market penetration. PT Semen Tonasa should increase market share in the area of the market with a hefty profit margin do cost efficiency in every stage of the production process.

This workshop offers an overview of the production process for CD-ROM and Web materials, as well as pragmatic advice on how to structure effective interactive presentations. Many educators and practitioners consider interactive computer-based education the technology of tomorrow. However, evidence of high-level computer literacy among many young people suggests that a “technology gap” already exists between student computer literacy and the learning modules that instructors can prepare. As with all media presentations, the basis of effective multimedia project structure is instructional design. This includes design of both the content and the navigational interface. Given the relative complexity of these projects, a clear and logical design is essential to effective conveyance of content. The presentation of content via computer differs from “traditional” media presentations in terms of how content is structured; interactive elements; user selectivity; user motivation, and immediate, response-specific performance assessment (among other things). There are a number of differences in the production process as well. Computer-based instruction requires early definition of end-use platforms, software requirements, use of communication, testing, and grading tools, and more. Content is organized on a flowchart which, along with the design document (which contains the script/text, graphic descriptions, and programming directions), becomes the blueprint for project production. Early project prototypes are tested for ease of use, logical flow, and structure, with “typical end-user” representatives. The final project is alpha- and beta-tested prior to distribution. Although preparing computer-based media materials is time-consuming, the resulting product can greatly enhance teaching by enabling self-paced, asynchronous, active learning and accommodating different learning styles.

The train door of the high speed train currently operation in Korea is consist of 46 train set(1,656 units) and they are all made up of imports. The problem is that it is difficult to service parts at the right time for breakdown or replacement as parts are imported. Moreover, it is difficult to secure service parts when they are discontinued due to characteristics of imported parts, this leads to an increase in overall maintenance cost. As a result, the Korea Railroad Corporation has developed localization of the high speed train door system and currently progress the on-track test to verify reliability. In this paper, the design and production process of development product and result of performance test are summarized. In addition, the technical improvement of the developed product compared to the existing product was confirmed and the method for securing the reliability was considerate.

Using motor 0.75HP with a motor rotation of 1400 rpm on the main motor. Transmi typesi used pulleys and belts-v, with belt type A. The drive pulley on the motor is 75mm,puli on a 75mm grinder.
