Abstract The environmental strategy for regional development is implemented through regional environmental programs. Their list of indicators that track the effectiveness of planned tasks shows that the most important regional aspects are not always properly reflected. The specificity of spatial and temporal trends in the development of regions, the peculiarities of territorial changes in geosystems, and the dynamics of the ratio of disturbed and undisturbed territories are of particular importance in highlighting the tasks in the context of the application of particular indicators. In the context of increased economic activity in the Russian Far East, facilitated by the policy of improving priority social and economic development areas, the regions identify their own tasks for sustainable development. From the perspective of the geographical approach, the content of the concept of landscape diversity, contained in the environmental program of Khabarovsk Territory to reflect spatial changes, is briefly presented. Landscapes as integral systems are considered from the point of view of their positions in the system of taxa of the regional hierarchy. The significance of “landscape diversity conservation” criterion for solving the same problem as a priority for this territory has been shown. The necessity of its application in the region has been considered due to the concentration of natural complexes of a high hierarchical rank, their significant share within the region, the uniqueness and at the same time a high degree of landscape vulnerability to anthropogenic impact due to increased economic activity, the imperfection of the PA network etc.

Abstract Without a partially ordered set, in this manuscript, we investigate quadruple coincidence point (QCP) results for commuting mapping in the setting of fuzzy metric spaces (FMSs). Furthermore, some relevant ndings are presented to generalize some of the previous results in this direction. Ultimately, non-trivial examples and applications to nd a unique solution for Lipschitzian and integral quadruple systems are provided to support and strengthen our theoretical results.

On the basis of consideration of theoretical, methodological and scientific literature, the essence of the basic concepts of the research problem have been analyzed. It has been established that control is inherent only in complex integral systems. It is determined that every teacher, head of an educational institution, at one’s position in cooperation with one’s colleagues, must perform one’s own specific functions, while simultaneously guiding one’s activities towards achieving the overall goal of the system. It is indicated that the management of the development of teacher's professional competence, as a rule, is carried out at several levels: hierarchical management (arises in connection with an order, instruction, requirement, the formation of regimes and restrictions, which are part of the main documentation of the educational institution); parity management (provides for democratic, interested, equal participation for all in the life and activities of an educational institution, in the process of which there are no authority and subordinates, but there is a useful joint activity focused on application of personal interests and qualities in common work; parity interaction makes it possible to discover hidden abilities of a teacher, there is mutual learning) and latent management (it aims at application of a large amount of information and opportunities from the outside to stimulate the teacher's creative search, push him to independently invent an idea or solution). It was found that scientific and methodological work in an educational institution is a holistic system based on the achievements of science and advanced pedagogical experience and on a specific analysis of the educational process, a system of interrelated actions and activities aimed at a comprehensive improvement of qualifications in the professional skills of each teacher and educator (including measures to manage professional self-education and self-education of teachers), to develop and increase the creative potential of the teaching staff, and ultimately to improve the educational process, to achieve the optimal level of education, upbringing and development of specific specialists.

The article discusses the transformation of the world system of the post-truth era, which is affecting the central meanings of culture. The necessity of a philosophical analysis of semantic interventions which are becoming the part of the strategy of conscious construction of reality is substantiated. Basing on the transcendentalist tradition, phenomenological sociology in particular, the author shows that the crisis of legitimacy of universal reason leads to the possibility of conscious construction of a social reality as a value-semantic universe, which is becoming one of the tools of ideological confrontation and political struggle in modern conditions. The ideological narratives used both for self-justification of cultural subjectivity and for influencing the subjectivity of competitors are linked into integral systems, which are built around the central meanings of culture, and serve, on the one hand, as the basis for the interpretation of individual events, and on the other, as a factor of the identity’s formation and the basis of the entire communities’ practical activities, to the extent of national and civilization projects. This approach allows to: 1) associate the construction of social reality with its semantic dimension; 2) see the principles, methods, goals, beneficiaries, etc. of a conscious construction of reality; 3) suggest ways of countering the conscious interference in the semantic sphere of culture. As a result, the need for a philosophical examination of the geopolitical process and national (civilizational) development strategies is argued, which makes the paradigm narratives and the semantic dimension of social reality more coherent and stable as a whole with respect to the external interference.

The relevance of the paper — discussing an area of modern cognitive psychology, namely, conceptual change approach. It examines the origins of this approach: 1) the transition from «naïve» to «scientific» thinking in children as an applied task of primary and secondary school education; 2) the basic concepts and theoretical principles of this approach, such as «domain specificity» and «misconception». The goal. The study emphasizes the problems of implementation and theoretical analysis of the transition from one type of thinking to another, which the representatives of conceptual change approach/theory are faced with. Methods. The analysis of the «naive» concepts as integral systems («everyday theories») allows us to highlight the fundamental difference between the two strategies of analyzing the transition to scientific concepts described by L. Vygotsky. Results and conclusions. According to the first strategy, the scientific concepts supplant the everyday ones; the forms of everyday thinking (such as game) can be used to maintain weak original forms of scientific concepts. The opposite strategy, especially emphathized by L. Vygotsky, regards the process as not just a substitution, but a specific transformation of everyday theory. The closest approach to such transformation understanding is Elkonin-Davydov developmental education theory, which, nevertheless, implements this logic in a contradictory manner.

Relevance. The conflict, which has become especially acute in recent years, associated with the growing contradictions between regional demographic problems and the objective needs for population reproduction, actualizes the problem of identifying and analyzing demographic events affecting the population, which is extremely important in the light of the strategic directions of the Transbaikal Territory development. The object of the study is the current demographic situation of the Transbaikal Territory, the subject is the dynamics and orientation of the main indicators characterizing the demographic situation. The purpose of the study is to identify and assess the dynamics and direction of the main indicators characterizing the demographic situation of the Transbaikal Territory. The task is to determine the direction of changes in the main demographic indicators for the period 2018-2020, characterizing the demographic situation of the Transbaikal Territory. The methodological basis of the research is a systematic approach as a set of general scientific methodological principles, which are based on the consideration of objects as a system, as well as a structural and functional approach based on the allocation of their structure in integral systems. The solution of the problem was carried out on the basis of the use of general logical methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction. Results. Based on a comparative analysis of the period 2018-2020 and partially 2021 with the use statistical data, the trend of a significant natural decline in the population of the Transbaikal Territory, associated with childbirth due to the annual loss of women of the main reproductive cohorts, was revealed; a sharp increase in the marriage/divorce ratio to 88.1% is significantly lower than the maximum critical value (2.15) of the total fertility rate adopted in world practice to assess the sustainability of population reproduction. The forecast for 2021 of the natural decline of the population of the Transbaikal Territory is given, mainly more than 3 thousand people. The epidemic contribution to the mortality of the population in 2020 is estimated and the first half of 2021. It is shown that migration for the population of the Transbaikal Territory is unprofitable, an alarming fact is the decline of the working – age population-about 10 thousand people in three years. It is established that foreign labour migration does not have any noticeable quantitative impact on the population of the Transbaikal Territory and only simplifies its qualitative structure, strengthening the component, primarily focused on low-productivity physical labour
