The electrical characteristics of thin films formed from Si nanoparticles (nc-Si) with various degrees of doping are studied. To exclude the influence of ionic conductivity, the current parameters of the films were recorded in an ultrahigh vacuum (P ~ 3 – 5∙10–9 Torr) with preliminary high-temperature (9500C) annealing. An analysis of the temperature dependences of the conductivity showed that in nc-Si films formed from heavily doped nanoparticles (the concentration of free electrons ne is greater than 1019 cm-3), the transport is determined by variable-length hopping (VRH). In these samples, the Mott conductivity prevails at temperatures above 300C and at lower temperatures, the Efros-Shklovskii type variable range hopping conduction is dominate. In films with a medium level of doping of nanoparticles (ne <1019 cm-3), transport is realized by the Mott, Efros - Shklovskii and thermally activated conductivities. At the same time, thermally activated conductivity is dominated at temperatures above 560K. In nc-Si films formed from undoped nanoparticles, the transport parameters are determined by thermally activated conductivity and Mott's conductivity. Conductivity of Efros - Shklovskii is not observed in such films. From the analysis of the parameters corresponding to the Mott and Efros - Shklovsky conductivities, the localization lengths of wave functions, the density of states at the Fermi level (g (EF)), and average hopping lengths are found. The average hopping lengths in nc-Si films from nanoparticles pre-etched in HF are in the range 56 - 86 nm, which indicates that hopping in such films occurs via intermediate nanoparticles.

The topological and geometric behaviors of the variable exponent formal power series space, as well as the prequasi-ideal construction by s -numbers and this function space of complex variables, are investigated in this article. Upper bounds for s -numbers of infinite series of the weighted n th power forward and backward shift operator on this function space are being investigated, with applications to some entire functions.

<div>A novel analysis for a new type Variable Reluctance Resolver (VR-Resolver) with toroidal windings is presented in this work. The resolver with various windings configurations as well as different rotor structures is considered for analysis. Position error of the resolvers in both healthy and eccentric cases are studied, where the effect of the eccentricity fault is analyzed for the resolvers with various windings configuration and rotor shapes. Hence, the analysis of the manufacturing tolerance due to the eccentric rotor is obtained by several analyses. Noticing the Magnetic Equivalent Circuit (MEC) method’s flexibility as well as in regards to the analysis of the several structures, a well-known flexible MEC-based method with adjustable accuracy is considered for modeling. Hence shorter processing time and more flexibility compared to Finite-Element-Method (FEM) are needed. Finally, the effectiveness of the presented works is proved by the performed validation via both FEM and experimental results.</div>

This study developed an artificial intelligence- (AI-) enabled mobile application for smart services and measured the impact of its use on the quality of automatic services among Umm Al-Qura University students. The research instruments used measured the quality of automatic services. The results of the research indicated that the application has a number of advantages, including encouraging students to actively participate in the learning process and contribute to effective communication between faculty members and students, in addition to providing multiple methods of communication between students. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05; this indicates that the faculty type variable did not affect the level of satisfaction of Umm Al-Qura University students with the application, and that gender did not affect the level of satisfaction with the mobile application.

Tuberculosis (TB) merupakan penyakit infeksi bakteri menahun yang disebabkan oleh Mycobakterium Tuberculosis. TB merupakan salah satu dari sepuluh tertinggi penyebab kematian di seluruh dunia. Di Indonesia angka kematian akibat TB mencapai 140.000 orang per tahun. Di Kabupaten kepulauan Sangihe Tuberkulosis Paru masih menjadi masalah kesehatan. Pada tahun 2018 jumlah kasus TB di Wilayah Puskesmas Manenete berjumlah 21 kasus dan terjadi peningkatan kasus pada tahun 2019 menjadi 44 kasus.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor lingkungan fisik rumah dengan kejadian TB Paru di Wilayah Puskesmas Manente. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square menunjukkan variabel kepadatan hunian, ventilasi rumah serta jenis dinding rumah memiliki P value kurang dari 0.05 (<0.05). Untuk variabel jenis lantai diperoleh nilai P value lebih dari 0.05 (>0.05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepadatan hunian, ventilasi rumah dan jenis dinding rumah dengan kejadian TB Paru serta tidak terdapat hubungan antara jenis lantai rumah dengan kejadia TB Paru di Wilayah Puskesmas Manente. Pemerintah dan instansi terkait perlu melakukan promosi kesehatan secara rutin terkait upaya pencegahan TB Paru serta mengedukasi masyarakat untuk dapat meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dengan menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat.   Tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic bacterial infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB is one of the top ten causes of death worldwide. Death caused by TB amount 140,000 people in a  year. In Sangihe District, Pulmonary Tuberculosis was a health problem. In 2018 the number of TB cases in Manente Health Center area were 21 cases and increased in 2019 44 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between house physical condition factors with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Manente Health Center area. Those reseach were analytic survey research with a cross sectional approach. The results of bivariate analysis used the Chi Square Test showed that the variables of house density, house ventilation and type of house walls had a P value of less than 0.05 (<0.05). For the floor type variable, the P value was more than 0.05 (> 0.05). Based on the results the reaseach concluded that those was a relationship between house density, house ventilation and type of house wall with the incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis and there was no relationship between the type of floor of the house and the incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Manente Health Center area. The government and related officer need to carry out regular health promotions about how to prevent Pulmonary Tuberculosis and educate the public able to increase endurance by implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle.
