During ultrasonography examinationfetuses infected by parvovirus B19, we have established 36/129 (27.9%) cases of non-immune hydrops in the different periods of pregnancy. The hyperdynamic type of blood flow in fetal middle cerebral arterial was observed in fetuses at the second trimester. Measurement of fetal middle cerebral arteria peak systolic velocity was started at 18 weeks of gestationonce a week in pregnant women who were infected by parvovirus B19. During our study were found 17 cases of severe fetal anemia which manifested after 18 weeks of gestation.Intrauterine transfusions were performed for 11 pregnant women with parvovirus induced fetal hydrops whose gestation age were between 22.4 -25.7 (average 24.0±0.2). After cordocentesis11 cases of severe fetal anemia were confirmed. In the last 6 cases fetuses were diagnosed terminal condition due to women`s refusal of intrauterine transfusion or untimely admission to the hospital. Taking to account the results of study, the efficacy of treatment non-immune hydrops infected by parvovirus B19 with severe fetal anemia and outcomes were evaluated and analyzed. Successful treatment of parvovirus-induced fetal non-immune hydrops in the second trimester of pregnancy has been found in 72.7% cases (OR=95%) after intrauterine transfusion compared to 100% lethal rate in fetuses with non-immune hydrops and severe anemia who were not treated. Criteria for effectiveness of intrauterine transfusion are in time diagnosis of severe fetal anemia in infected fetus with non-immune hydrops, determine the optimal gestation age for intrauterine transfusion, indicators of viremia in umbilical cord blood, the compensatory capacity of the fetus based on Doppler metric indicator of middle cerebral arterial peak systolic velocity and changes blood flow in ductus venous of the fetus. It helps to reduce perinatal loss. Keywords: parvovirus infection, non-immune hydrops fetalis, intrauterine transfusion.

Development of probiotic products has always been popular in the food industry. Considering the advantages of effervescent tablets, developing probiotic products in effervescent tablet form was conducted in this study. Besides three Lactobacillus species, whole root powders of two medicine food homology herbs, Chinese ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) and Polygonatum sibiricum, were added to the formulation in equal amounts for multiple health care functions. Using the plate counting method, the viability of lactobacilli was measured. After tabletting, lactobacilli viability in tablets containing the two herbs, L-group (20 mg herbs/tablet), M-group (60 mg herbs/tablet), and H-group (100 mg herbs/tablet) was higher than that in the control (containing no herbs). After tablet disintegration, the survival rate of lactobacilli after gastrointestinal fluids treatment was measured; it was higher for the L-group and the H-group than for the control. After incubation with dissolved tablets for 1 h, the lethal rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli O157:H7 for tablets containing the herbs was lower than that for the control. In the organoleptic assessment test, the L-group and the control were preferred to the M-group and the H-group. During storage at 25 °C for two months, the viability of lactobacilli in tablets containing the herbs was similar to that in the control. In conclusion, the formulation of the L-group has the best characteristics.

The present work including laboratory and field experimental test to evaluate the efficiency of different insecticides (systemic and biocides). Laboratory works including different concentrations for Mitrixin, Levo, Evisect, Polo and Actara for Ceroplasts rusci L. insect in leaf. Mortality percentage reading after two days. Field works were including the best concentration of insecticides achieved the highest mortality percentage for nymphs and adults of Ceroplasts rusci in the tree. The Mortality percentage reading after one, two, seven, fourteen days.Laboratory results showed that the efficiency of insecticides significantly variant is depending to concentration and type of insecticides. The corrected Mortality percentage was increased by increasing the concentration and type of insecticides. The Mortality percentage (59.23, 53.94, 52.25) insect/leaf increase for insecticides (Mitrixin, Levo, Evisect) respectively. In a field study, the effect of insecticide toxicity for nymphs and adults of  C. rusci L. (Coccidae: Hemiptera) was tested. The Results showed that the insecticides Mitrixin distinction in the after two weeks treatment and levo insecticide in after a day treatment and after two weeks treatment while the lethal rate is (64.32, 63.49, 58.73) insect/leaf in  (Matrixin, Levo, Evisect), respectively.

Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection is a major pathogen of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in children worldwide. Infantile Feire Kechuan Oral Solution (IFKOS) has been used for the treatment of MP pneumonia clinically in China for many years. The present study was designed to investigate the therapeutic effect of IFKOS on MP pneumonia and explore the potential mechanism of the actions. The infant BALB/c mouse and Wistar rat models of MP infection were successfully established to confirm the therapeutic effects of IFKOS, followed by assays for related cytokines and investigations of the IgM response involved. The results showed that IFKOS exhibited an inhibitory effect on pulmonary index (PI) and effectively reduced the degree of lesions in the lungs. The lethal rate of mice was significantly decreased while survival time of mice was dramatically increased by IFKOS treatment in comparison to infection control, respectively. IFKOS treatment (40, 20, and 10ml/kg) significantly decreased the level of MP-IgM in a dose-dependent manner, whereas IFKOS showed no obvious inhibitory effect on the increase of relative expression of MP-DNA. In addition, the elevated IL-2 and TNF-α levels were significantly reduced and the decreased IL-6 level was significantly enhanced by IFKOS treatment. Our study demonstrates that IFKOS has inhibitory effect on MP infection in infant mouse and rat models of MP pneumonia and protective effect from lethal MP challenge in infant murine model. These anti-MP effects might be related to suppression of the IgM response and a reversal the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokines induced by MP infection.

Avermectin-grafted-N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan (NOCC) derivative was obtained by esterification reaction using dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) as dehydrating agent and 4-methylaminopyridine as catalyst. The structures of the conjugate were confirmed by FT-IR,1H NMR, and XRD. Insecticidal activities against armyworms, carmine spider mites, black bean aphids, and brown plant hoppers were investigated at concentrations ranging from 0.16 to 1000 mg/L. At the concentration of 1000 mg/L and 500 mg/L, the lethal rate was 100%. Good insecticidal activity at 4 mg/L was still shown, especially against the black bean aphids and brown plant hoppers. Moreover, the photostability of the conjugate was evaluated and showed an apparent improvement. At 300 mins, the residual rate of the conjugate was 11.22%, much higher than 0.2% of the avermectin technical material. The conjugate we developed showed potential for further study and application in crop protection.

Aeromonas hyrophila strains AHV1, AHV2 and AH3 were isolated and identified from Muscle tissue, intestine, body fluid and gills of infected gold fish Carassius auratus. In order to study their virulence, LD50 tests against  normal gold fish, proteolytic, haemolytic and challenge studies were performed. The virulence studies revealed that, both AHV1 and AHV2 strains are highly positive for proteolytic and haemolytic properties. The LD50 data showed that, the fish C. auratus are highly susceptible to A. hyrophila strains AHV1 and AHV2 at cent percent lethal rate. The survival of C. auratus significantly (P<0.05) decreased when challenged with virulent strains of A. hydrophila AHV1 and AHV2. The outer membrane protein (OMP-TS) gene was successfully amplified generating an the amplicon size of 1008 bp. The amplified product from the genomic DNA of AHV1 strain was cloned in to pTZ57R/T vector, transformed into DH5? cells and sequenced. The sequenced clone is resembling to various A. hydrophila isolates and submitted to NCBI GenBank database (accession no:HQ331525). A computer control logic algorithm has been developed to compensate for the effects of arbitrary retort temperature deviations on lethality. The algorithm is based on calculating the can center temperature for any retort temperature profiles using an alternating direction implicit finite difference method. Lethal rate and corresponding accumulated lethality were calculated during the simulation process. Five types of process deviations were investigated including one with multiple deviations. All the deviations investigated resulted in serious under processing with relative errors in sterilization value ranges from 16.9 % to 43.2 %. A correction measure for process with retort temperature deviations based on targeting the lethal rate of the standard process at the end of the heating phase was proposed. The implementation of this measure resulted in successful correction for all the deviations investigated with a maximum relative error in sterilization value of 9.5 % on the over processing side. This work indicates that the current control algorithm could be incorporated in HACCP guideline, as an online corrective measure for retort temperature deviations during thermal sterilization process.
