Penerapan Cisco Packet Tracer Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Jaringan Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Kelas X TKJ di SMK 2 Ibrahimy Sukorejo

To improve the quality of learning can be done by applying strategies or methods of effective learning in the classroom, empower students and utilize existing resources in the school environment. Student activity in teaching and learning activities is marked by the participation of students in carrying out the task given by the teacher. Low student learning activities will have an impact on student’s non-completeness. One of the factors that influence the lesson that is applied by the teacher is less arousing student’s learning. The purpose of this research is to know the increase of activity and student learning outcomes trought application of Learning Media Using Cisco Packet Tracer Application To Improve Student Learning Outcomes of Class X In Basic Network Subject In SMK 2 Ibrahimy Sukorejo Lesson year 2018/2019. This research was conducted from28 April – 1 Mei 2018 with the object of research that is students class X TKJ as many 24 student. To obtain data in research using the method of observation, test and documentation. Data analysis in this research use qualitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained in the study showed improvement in student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle of of classical completeness 54%, after the action of research daily repetition in cycle I obtained 66% classical completeness. This indicates an increase in student learning outcomes, althought the Cisco Packet Tracer application learning in cycle I has not yet achieved the caliber of learning. The Cisco Packet Tracer application is continued in cycle II. The result of daily test analysis on cycle II was 87% classical completeness, it shows that the result achievement of learning completeness in classical. The conclusion in this rearch that the learning model used by the teacher is very influence to the activity and result of student learning, it is proven that in applying of learning Cisco Packet Tracer application can improve result of activity and result of student learning of X TKJ class on basic network subjek to scores of 85% classically

RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI TRACER MEDICAL RECORD FILE BERBASIS HYPERTEXT PREPROCESSOR DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH ( RSUD ) WANGAYA KOTA DENPASAR

ABSTRACT<br /><br />Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah <br />(<br />RSUD)<br /> Wangaya of Denpasar City has not used tracer yet to<br />process and take the medical record. The lending book or expedition book that has function record<br />subject, quantity and time of medical record movement, is not available in the medical record<br />instalation. According the earlier records that was hold in Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah <br />(<br />RSUD<br />)<br />Wangaya of Denpasar city on May-June 2016, it has been knowing that 22.3% medical record has<br />been missfiled. It consist 867 from 3.950 medical record. That case cause dropout of medical record.<br />Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah <br />(<br />RSUD)<br /> Wangaya of Denpasar City needs an integrated application<br />and it can be used to coordinate medical record distribution between medical record department<br />staff and polyclinic staff. The goal of this research is to design and develop a medical record file<br />tracer application based on hypertext preprocessor to help staff to trace the medical record. This<br />application is developed with PHP programming language and MySQL as the database server.<br />Development of this system used System Development Life Cycle <br />(<br />SDLC<br />)<br /> method. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di<br />Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah <br />(<br />RSUD)<br /> Wangaya Kota Denpasar pada bulan Mei -Juni 2016 diketahui<br />jumlah kejadian missfile sebanyak 867 rekam medis dari 3.950 rekam medis dengan tingkat<br />persentase mencapai 22.3%. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya dropout rekam medis.Rumah Sakit<br />Umum Daerah <br />(<br />RSUD)<br /> Wangaya Kota Denpasar membutuhkan aplikasi yang terintegrasi dan dapat<br />digunakan untuk koordinasi distribusi rekam medis antara petugas rekam medis dan petugas poli.<br />Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan rancang bangun aplikasi tracer medical record file<br />berbasis hypertext preprocessor <br />(<br />PHP<br />)<br /> untuk mempermudah petugas melakukan proses pelacakan<br />dan monitoring rekam medis. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan<br />MySQL sebagai database server. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metodelogi System<br />Development Life Cycle <br />(<br />SDLC<br />)<br />. Pengembangan Aplikasi Tracer Study Berbasis Android

Tracer study is a study of graduates trace and it aims to determine educational outcomes in the form of transition from education to the world of work. Tracer study could also provide information for the importance of evaluation of higher education result for improvement towards better quality. This research is Research and Development (R&D) research. The Model that developed is D+D (Design and Development). Product specification that is expected is tracer study application which can run on mobile phones based on android. Media experts validation result shows that in general the android-based tracer application product has a good assessment. Namely the assessment of all aspect of the interface, program consistency, level of difficulty, functioning hyperlink, and interactive has good score.
