Abstract Background The development of medical social work is an indispensable part of the Healthy China Strategy. However, the medical service field has the fewest social workers in all service fields in China. Creating favorable working conditions can reduce the turnover intention of social workers in the medical service field. So it is necessary to integrate the existing theoretical models to deeply analyze the multiple influencing paths of working conditions on the medical social workers’ turnover intention in the context of China. Methods The data we used came from the China Social Work Longitudinal Survey (CSWLS) conducted in 56 cities across the country in 2019. It adopted a multi-stage random sampling method and the sample of medical social workers was selected according to their current service field and the sample size finally entering the model was 382. We tested the relationships with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) by STATA 16.0. Results Job-related stress play the most significant role in explaining the formation mechanism of medical social workers’ turnover intention. On the one hand, job-related stress can reduce the job satisfaction of medical social workers, further increasing their turnover intention; on the other hand, job-related stress can increase job burnout of medical social workers, further reducing their job satisfaction and ultimately increasing the turnover intention. Job satisfaction plays a full mediating effect between the job burnout of medical social workers and their turnover intention. The social support and job autonomy provided by social work agencies have limited effects on decreasing the turnover intention of medical social workers. Conclusions The two paths of job-related stress affecting turnover intention successfully integrate the Job Demands-Resources Model and the Price-Mueller Turnover Model into the same theoretical framework providing a theoretical basis for reducing the turnover intention and behavior of social workers in the medical service field, improving the management level in the medical service system and promoting the overall healthy and sustainable development of medical social work in China.

This paper reviews the research trends that link the advanced technical aspects of recommendation systems that are used in various service areas and the business aspects of these services. First, for a reliable analysis of recommendation models for recommendation systems, data mining technology, and related research by application service, more than 135 top-ranking articles and top-tier conferences published in Google Scholar between 2010 and 2021 were collected and reviewed. Based on this, studies on recommendation system models and the technology used in recommendation systems were systematized, and research trends by year were analyzed. In addition, the application service fields where recommendation systems were used were classified, and research on the recommendation system model and recommendation technique used in each field was analyzed. Furthermore, vast amounts of application service-related data used by recommendation systems were collected from 2010 to 2021 without taking the journal ranking into consideration and reviewed along with various recommendation system studies, as well as applied service field industry data. As a result of this study, it was found that the flow and quantitative growth of various detailed studies of recommendation systems interact with the business growth of the actual applied service field. While providing a comprehensive summary of recommendation systems, this study provides insight to many researchers interested in recommendation systems through the analysis of its various technologies and trends in the service field to which recommendation systems are applied.

Abstract With the development of science and technology, self-driving automobile will become increasingly available in the future, and our lives will become more convenient with them. Autocar is in an area of robotics, belonging to the service field. It can be used to make our lives better and reduce the cost of human driving the car, thus will have a great effect on human’s life. However, people do not understand the mechanism of self-driving quite clearly, it is necessary to present some basic operating process and related algorithms of the automatic cars. Meanwhile, in order to show how a self-driving car could control itself using various sensors and algorithms, which is also the basic idea of the automobile company to make a new autocar. Different sensors that are able to detect the behavior of the self-driving cars are used in this paper to fit in different algorithm that follows the principles of motion and robotics. It is concluded that the car could theoretically drive safely, and could avoid crashing to other cars, people or barriers with the safety algorithm. Also, the car could follow the traffic rules properly and plan the most efficient route to get to the final location.

In Internet of things, compared with the traditional traceability system, the existing system has difficulties in operation, data are easily lost, data are uncoordinated, standards are not unified, and so on. In this paper, based on the characteristics of blockchain, the traceability model of urban fruits is established to reduce the risk of counterfeit and shoddy urban fruits. The collected data is integrated into the chain for diversified display, providing different permissions and platforms for multiple roles. Blockchain and supporting intelligent hardware are used to realize the real record and tracking of the whole process of fruit. Improve the transparency and efficiency of supply chain, and reduce the supply chain cost. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm model can be applied to the fruit service field and effectively improve the service level of smart city.

This research is aimed to analyse the perception of the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering (HORECA) industry to the internship of Culinary Arts Education students at State University of Malang students in aspects of knowledge, skills and working attitude in the production and service field. The population of the object are 13 hotel, restaurant, and catering industries: 5 hotels, 4 restaurants and 4 catering in Malang and Batu city. The samples are 13 industries where the students are having their On-Job-Training (OJT) term; it is one respondent for each industry. The research is a descriptive research applied quantitative approach. The data collection are the questionnaires which are analysed by using descriptive statistics. The perception of Hotels, Restaurants and Catering industries to the student competencies are the aspects of knowledge, skills and working attitude in the production and service field which are identified as follow: 1) Almost all the related parties of the HOREKA industries (84 percent) stated that the students are capable in the state  of knowledge during the OJT term; 2) Almost all the related parties of the HOREKA industries (84 percent) stated that the students are capable in the state of skills during their OJT term; 3) Almost all the related parties of the HOREKA industries stated (92 percent) that the students are capable in the state of working attitude, during their OJT term; 4) Almost all related parties of the HOREKA industries (84 percent) stated the students are capable in every aspect (knowledge, skills and working attitude) during their OJT term. Setiap industri diambil 1 responden yaitu pembimbing praktik industri, sehingga terdapat 13 orang responden. Penelitian termasuk penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. This chapter provides an overview of the ROPIT project on which many of the book’s chapters rely. Firstly, we give a brief account of the theoretical perspectives behind the common basis of the chapters, especially institutional theory. We discuss how these perspectives may shed light on the processes for change within the policy and service field that people with addiction and mental health issues encounter. We then describe some characteristics of these transformative processes outlined in the first chapter, such as decentralization and the emergence of locally based services, professional development with an emphasis on user perspectives, and the challenges facing the services in relation to goals for coordinated and integrated services. An important point is that the development processes have relatively clear implications with regard to what one does not want to characterize the services, and in practice open up a far more unclear framework for how to structure the services. Secondly, the ROPIT project is described in greater detail. Finally, the method and data material of the ROPIT project, which the book’s contributors also use in their analyses, are presented.
