Road safety is the most important and main thing in traffic management. This is the shared responsibility of all elements of the nation, including regulators, law enforcement, road users, and so on. Based on this background, the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the direct effect of Compliance and Awareness as mediating variables on the Effect of Utility and Trust in Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement on Behavior. The analysis of this research uses a survey method conducted at the intersection of Jalan Merdeka Selatan, Gambir, Central Jakarta. The population in this study were road users, namely four-wheeled drivers who passed the Jalan Merdeka Selatan intersection. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The nine hypotheses gave a decision to reject the null hypothesis which means significant, meaning that each variable has a direct and significant effect on each other, namely: ETLE utility affects Compliance, Awareness, and Habits directly and significantly; ETLE trust directly and significantly influences Compliance, Awareness, and Habits; Compliance directly and significantly affects Consciousness and Habits; Awareness directly and significantly influences Habits. ETLE utility indirectly and significantly affects Compliance, Awareness, and Habits. ETLE trust indirectly and significantly influences Compliance, Awareness, and Habits. Compliance has an indirect and significant effect on Awareness and Habits. Develop a Habits in Traffic model defined by ETLE Utility and Trust mediated by Compliance and Awareness. The authenticity of this study can be seen in the indirect effect where there is still no research with the direction of such relationships and variables.

Objectives: Road traffic accidents (RTAs) are the main cause of facial injuries in Oman. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the new traffic law enforcement regulations (TLERs) on the incidence and severity of maxillofacial injuries in Oman. Methods: A retrospective longitudinal analytic study was conducted at three tertiary care hospitals in Muscat, Oman. All patients with RTA-related maxillofacial injuries for a five-year period from January 2005 to December 2009 (before the new TLERs) and the five-year period from January 2015 to December 2019 (after the new TLERs) were included in the study. Results: A total of 1127 patients were included in the study. Of these, 646 (57.3%) patients sustained RTA-related maxillofacial injuries before the implementation of the new TLERs compared to 481 (42.7%) after the introduction of TLERs. There was no significant difference in gender sustained injuries between the two study periods. The incidence of injury before the implementation of the TLERs was 22.7 per 100,000 population, which then reduced significantly to 11 per 100,000 after the new TLERs. Overall, there was a significant reduction in the mean facial injury severity score from 3.2 to 2.3 before and after the implementation of the new TLERs, respectively. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that the newly introduced TLERs have resulted in a reduction in the incidence and severity of RTA-related maxillofacial injuries. Continuous improvement and reinforcement of TLERs will further help to reduce the burden of these injuries to the society in general and health services in particular. This research is based on the results of observations made by the author, namely the number of victims of traffic accidents aged 16-30 years, many victims of traffic accidents, traffic accidents in Karawang every year lose up to 500 children's lives under the age of 25 years, and including six students from class XII SMK Texmaco Purwasari among them. The author assumes that the incident was caused by the low awareness of students in understanding traffic laws. This study aimed to find out the answers to assumptions regarding students' awareness in understanding traffic laws and the role of teachers in shaping traffic awareness, especially at SMK TEXMACO Purwasari. The approach used by the researcher is a descriptive qualitative approach with theoretical analysis of -O-R (Stimulus Organism Response) to identify that student awareness can be formed through the communication of the role of the PAI teacher. This study indicates that the role of the PAI teacher in shaping student traffic law awareness includes: a) the first as an Informator, b) the dual role as an organizer, c) the third role as a motivator. d) The fourth role is as a facilitator, e) the fifth role is as a supervisor, f) the last role is as a class manager.

The amendment to the Act on Road Traffic Law introduced a new legal institution related to failure to register a vehicle consisting of an administrative fine in the amount of PLN 200 to 1,000. The penalty is imposed by means of an administrative decision issued by a competent starost. With the introduction of the above-mentioned institution in legal circulation, new problems will arise in connection with conducting administrative proceedings to impose a penalty, as well as determining its amount. In addition, a starost, as a creditor, is obliged to initiate enforcement proceedings in the absence of voluntary execution of the decision imposing the penalty. The established body aims to ensure the implementation of Directive 2000/53/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 September 2000 on end-of-life vehicles, concerning, i.a., the absence of sanctions for not registering an imported vehicle and not registering an end-of-life vehicle. The following article discusses the main problems related to the application of the institution introduced with regard to the administrative procedure, the nature of the penalty imposed, as well as its enforcement. The considerations were carried out on the basis of a dogmatic method.

Indonesia is a developing country where the majority of the population is very much using motorized vehicles, especially vocational students who drive motorized vehicles improperly run red lights, operate cell phones, design their motorbikes that are not in accordance with factory standards and even do not equip themselves with a driving license (This SIM has an impact on traffic law awareness of Zaidar Yahya Vocational School students. So the aim of the study was to determine the level of Traffic Law Awareness of Zaidar Yahya Vocational School Students. While the research method used descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation techniques. This study shows that the level of traffic law awareness among students of SMK Zaidar Yahya is quite good. This is proven that among these students are only afraid of sanctions when raiding motorized vehicles, do not have a driving license (S IM), and do not use helmets, mirrors etc. Therefore, there is a lack of legal awareness of students in traffic, even though knowledge about traffic has been given, there are still students who commit traffic violations and are not aware of safety and security in driving.
