Village funds are a form of assistance from the government as a means of support and means of encouraging development and empowerment of communities in the village, where the assistance is used to support community facilities in developing activities and potential in a village. The government budget given to the village is basically used to increase community development and empowerment. The purposes of this research are to examine the implementation of the supervision of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) on the management of village funds in Blahkiuh Village and the effectiveness of the supervision of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) on the management of village funds in Blahkiuh Village. This type of research used in this study is an empirical method, wtih socilogical approach and staturory approach. The results shows that Implementation of BPD supervision of village fund management in Blahkiuh Village, among others, is directed at realizing the desired future state by looking at the potential and needs of the Village. The effectiveness of BPD supervision on the management of village funds in Blahkiuh Village, among others, is not yet fully running, although the village budget is very important, such as construction / repair / maintenance activities for irrigation channels, roads, etc. This is influenced by low public participation, weak coordination between planning and budget execution

The government of Bangladesh recognizes public-private partnerships (PPPs) as a strong catalyst for implementing infrastructure projects. The study conducted to assess the performance of the public sector and measure the cost of service with service quality in infrastructure projects under PPP. The survey focused on 35 government and nongovernment officials from PPP implementing agencies and academicians using a structured questionnaire. The performance of the public sector was assessed with 16 selected indicators. Among them Performances of the public sector in case of land acquisition for infrastructure, exemption of taxes and import duties, linked project, addressing socioeconomic issues were good enough. The findings of the study also revealed that the public sector’s performances in coordination, environmental relationship and communications, interorganizational trust and satisfaction level of the private sector are low. Besides this cost of providing service under PPP projects are increases but customers are satisfied with the higher paid services. Considering the views that starting PPP with weak coordination, lower inter-organizational trust, lower satisfaction level of the private sector, the Government of Bangladesh should take initiative for improving trust through open dialogue with the private sector and through developing a social audit model for PPP implementation.

Weak coordination can also be seen in the achievement of cooperation agreements between regions in the Mebidangro area. For example, how the weak coordination between Pemko Medan and Pemko Deli Serdang resulted in the closure of the TPA Namo Bintang in Pancur Batu sub-district, even though Presidential Decree No. 62/2011 has designated TPA Namo Bintang together with TPAatuh in Medan Marelan as a garbage landfill for residents of Medan city. Weak coordination certainly requires institutional strengthening that can ensure synergy among government ranks in the Mebidangro area to be able to overcome problems faced together. This research was conducted in the Mebidangro area by using qualitative which focused on the problems that existed at the time of the research or the actual problems as well as the facts about the problems being investigated as they were, accompanied by sufficient rational interpretation. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and limited group discussions. The character of the Mebidangro implementing organs has not shown an orderly working mechanism, where the two main components of the character of the implementing organs, namely the SOP and the division of tasks / authorities between the provincial government and district / city governments as well as between district / city governments throughout the Mebidangro region do not exist. Institutional strengthening is needed to strengthen the Integrated Management Institution model.

Pandemic is a recurring event that causes a global recession and threatens human security. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is predicted to have very high morbidity and mortality rate. The strategy has been implemented but the case is still high, so it needs to be evaluated of the management factor from task force and community health center. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with purposive sampling and indeep interview of 16 main informants and 2 triangulation informants. The research results from the input aspect of man and money are sufficient, lack of material becouse of regulations, budgets, stock and information that cause negative stigma and inadequate movement of task force and inadequate mentoring methods due to weak coordination. The planning aspects consider community input (batoom up), fulfillment of guidelines and instructions from the health office or district task force (top down) with a system of changes to the Financial Budget. The conclusion is that the preventive and promotive roles of community health center management and task forces are not maximal in efforts to deal with a pandemic becouse of limited inputs and constraints in organization and implementation.

As part of our continuing interest in the chemistry of cationic antimony Lewis acids as ligands for late transition metals, we have now investigated the synthesis of platinum complexes featuring a triarylstibine ligand substituted by an o-[(dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl group referred to as ArN. More specifically, we describe the synthesis of the amino stibine ligand Ph2SbArN (L) and its platinum dichloride complex [LPtCl]Cl which exists as a chloride salt and which shows weak coordination of the amino group to the antimony center. We also report the conversion of [LPtCl]Cl into a tricationic complex [LHPt(SMe2)]3+ which has been isolated as a tris-triflate salt after reaction of [LPtCl]Cl with SMe2, HOTf and AgOTf. Finally, we show that [LHPt(SMe2)][OTf]3 acts as a catalyst for the cyclization of 2-allyl-2-(2-propynyl)malonate.

Abstract The development of oyster mushroom business has not been able to meet the increasing consumer demand both in terms of quality and quantity. This happened because of limited funds and application of technology, limited skilled workers, and institutional optimization. Therefore the study aims to analyze: factors that affect the weak coordination function, and Strategic programs in the development of oyster mushroom business. The study was conducted in Enrekang District, South Sulawesi Province. Data were collected by descriptive research through an expert system approach using survey methods. Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) used to analyze a strategic program in the development of the oyster mushroom business. The results showed that, Factors causing the weak coordination function in the planning and development of oyster mushroom businesses are Weak formation/training, Institutional disengagement from the start, and Weak Organizing; More strategic programs in planning and developing the oyster mushroom business are Provision/access to capital resources, Oyster Mushroom Price Guarantee, Increasing farmers’ knowledge and skills, and Effectiveness of counseling in the field.
