Abstract The development of oyster mushroom business has not been able to meet the increasing consumer demand both in terms of quality and quantity. This happened because of limited funds and application of technology, limited skilled workers, and institutional optimization. Therefore the study aims to analyze: factors that affect the weak coordination function, and Strategic programs in the development of oyster mushroom business. The study was conducted in Enrekang District, South Sulawesi Province. Data were collected by descriptive research through an expert system approach using survey methods. Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) used to analyze a strategic program in the development of the oyster mushroom business. The results showed that, Factors causing the weak coordination function in the planning and development of oyster mushroom businesses are Weak formation/training, Institutional disengagement from the start, and Weak Organizing; More strategic programs in planning and developing the oyster mushroom business are Provision/access to capital resources, Oyster Mushroom Price Guarantee, Increasing farmers’ knowledge and skills, and Effectiveness of counseling in the field.

The implementation of guidance and counseling services cannot be separated from various factors that can influence. The purpose of this study is to study what factors can affect the implementation of guidance and counseling program services in high school. This study uses descriptive research with survey methods. Data collection techniques used through the instrument contained a questionnaire. The results of the study show that the guidance and counseling program has been well prepared. But the implementation of guidance and counseling is still not good, and this is characterized by high factors that influence the implementation of guidance and counseling service programs. The following are the percentages obtained, among others: personal factors consisting of the competence of the counselor get a percentage of 73% according to the high category; 71% depending on the high category; homeroom teacher obtained a percentage of 79% in the high category; subject teachers earn a percentage of 75%. Non-personal factors consisting of the BK program obtained a percentage of 70 with a high category; Facilities and infrastructure have a percentage of 77% in the high category.

Knowledge and attitude of Nurses towards post-operative pain management in Muhammadu Abdullahi Wase Teaching hospital Kano. Knowledge and skills of Nurses towards post-operative pain managements haven being an issue in Muhammad Abdullahi Wase Teaching hospital due to workload, inadequate staffs, lack of adequate equipment’s to access patient level of pain .Aim to assessed the knowledge level of Nurses towards post-operative pain management, to determine the level of Nurses attitude towards post-operative pain management and identified the complication of inadequate post-operative pain management in Muhammad Abdullahi Wase Teaching Hospital Kano. Post-operative pain management has being an integral issue in patient who has undergone surgery leading to poor wound healing and prolong hospital stay. The descriptive research design was used to uncover knowledge and attitude of nurses towards postoperative pain management , a self-structured questionnaire was administered to population of fifty eight (58) respondents and sample size of fifty(50) was determined using Taro Yamane formula for determining sample size n= N/ (1+N(e)2). Method of data analysis was done using SPSS version 22. The result of the study shows that Nurses have a good knowledge and attitude towards post-operative pain managements. It was concluded that Nurses in surgical wards should indulge into continuing education programmed, in-house training and seminars in pain managements to boost their knowledge and skills.

This study was aimed to determine theinhibiting factors of swimming exercise of eighth grade students at State Senior High School 1 Muara enim. This study was descriptive research with survey methods. The data collection technique used was questioners. The questioners were determining the internal and external factors including 29 items.  The population was Ten grade students at State senior High School 1 Muara enimtotaling of 130 students. Data analyses technique used was descriptive analyses. The results indicatedthat theinhibiting factors of swimming exercise of Ten grade students at State Senior High School 1 Muara enimwere 9 students (6,9%) had very high category, 22 students (16,9%) had high category, 56 students (43,1%)  had medium category, 40 students (30,8%) had low category and 3 students (2,3%) had very low category. This research was conducted in PDAM Tomohon City which has the purpose of this study to: 1) knowing the effect of motivation on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 2) knowing the influence of work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 3) knowing the motivation and work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees. Where employees are required to have knowledge and skills must also have experience of motivation and discipline as well as performance, but basically PDAM Tomohon City employees ignore motivation and discipline as well as existing performance. This type of research is a type of associative and quantitative descriptive research. The sample used was 60 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study used questionnaire and library methods. To examine the influence of motivation and discipline on performance by using multiple linear regression test analysis techniques. The tools used in testing data instruments are validity and reliability tests; classic assumption test (normality test, multicellularity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The results of this study show that motivation variables and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of PDAM Tomohon city employees, while partially motivation has a significant effect on performance, and discipline does not affect the employee performance of PDAM Tomohon City.

North Toraja was the main tourism destination in South Sulawesi Province and Indonesia until economic crisis on 1997 and Bali bomb on 2002 hit Indonesia then decrease the number of visited tourists. The increase of the visited tourist since 2008 when this event initiated brings a research question How the impact of Lovely Toraja to the economic livelihood of the people in North Toraja Regency? This research aimed to analysis the impact of Lovely Toraja Event to the economic of community in Toraja Utara. Regarding its aim, this research can be classified as descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Interview to the local government and cultural figures used as a tool of data collection to describe economic activities that growth within this event and then analyzed the results with exploration method. Questionnaires than spread to find labor absorption and change in the people income before the event, when there is no event occasion and when the event on occasion by tabulation method used as the analyzing tool. Results of the research showed that economic activities of the people that emerged of Lovely Toraja were accommodation, restaurants, tourist destination, travel agent, car rent, art community, sculpturer, crafter, webbing and weaving handicrafts, convection, and the home industry of food, street vendor, taxi bike, bentor, and Parkman. From the absorbance of labor known that the change about 46.64% and for the income of the business owner and the labor there isA significance increase about 92.12% and 69.20%. Thus, we can conclude that Lovely Toraja event brings significant impact to the economic of the community in North Toraja Regency.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Relationship Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Its Impact on Loyalty by measuring indicators that affect the variable Service Quality and Relationship Marketing on customer satisfaction variables and their implications on customer loyalty variables. This research applies a descriptive research design using survey methods. Sampling uses convinient sampling as a sampling technique. This study was tested using the structural equation modeling (Lisrel) approach to test the significance of the significance of the overall model and predetermined pathway. The findings show that Service Quality and Relationship Marketing variables significantly influence customer satisfaction variables. Further findings indicate that Service Quality and Relationship Marketing variables directly have a significant effect on customer loyalty variables. This study also shows that customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty variables. It is recommended to companies to improve the excellence of Service Quality and Relationship Marketing.

Good supervision is needed at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) in the South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions so that employees can work effectively and produce optimal work. The purpose of this study, is to analyze the supervisory function carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the direct supervision conducted was quite good, while the direct supervision was quite good.

Prevention of Stunting  Through Empowerment of Family Welfare Programme Cadres in Barebbo District in Bone RegencyAbstract. Bone Regency has the highest prevalence of stunting under five in South Sulawesi, after Enrekang district. Family Welfare Programme (PKK) cadres are often empowered in overcoming various problems in the community. This dedication activity aims to empower PKK cadres to prevent stunting in the Barebbo District, Bone Regency. Audience The target of this training is PKK cadres in Barebb Subdistrict. The Community Service Method is to provide training to PKK cadres on stunting prevention. The training was carried out in two ways, namely by providing material on stunting and demonstrations on how to screen stunting to children through anthropometric measurements. Based on the results of the activities carried out, it appears that the training carried out has increased the knowledge of PKK cadres who were trained in the good category by 54.5%. This is in accordance with established indicators of success. The training carried out effectively increased the knowledge and skills of PKK cadres in conducting anthropometric measurements. This is important in preventing stunting in infants. PKK cadres who have been trained are expected to be able to contribute significantly in screening the status of toddlers in the community.Keywords: Toddlers, stunting, prevention, anthropometry. Abstrak. Kabupaten Bone menjadi kabupaten yang memiliki prevalensi balita stunting tertinggi di Sulawesi Selatan, setelah kabupaten Enrekang. Kader PKK sering diberdayakan dalam mengatasi berbagai masalah dalam masyarakat. kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kader PKK untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting di Kecamatan Barebbo, Kabupaten Bone. Khalayak Sasaran pada pelatihan ini adalah kader PKK di Kecamatan Barebbo.Metode Pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada kader PKK tentang pencegahan stunting. Pelatihan tersebut dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu dengan pemberian materi tentang stunting dan demonstrasi tentang cara melakukan skreening stunting pada balita melalui pengukuran antropometri. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, terlihat bahwa pelatihan yang dilakukan telah meningkatkan pengetahuan kader PKK yang dilatih pada kategori baik sebesar 54,5%. Hal ini telah sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader PKK dalam melakukan pengukuran antropometri. Hal tersebut penting dalam melakukan pencegahan stunting pada balita. Kader PKK yang telah dilatih diharapkan mampu berkontribusi secara nyata dalam melakukan skreening status balita di masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Balita, stunting, pencegahan, antropometri

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span>This study aims to find out the religious moderation oriented on local wisdom in the local community, the function of local wisdom in establishing a religious moderation climate, and local wisdom development strategies that contain elements of religious moderation that can be implemented in the policy. This study used descriptive research to explore the local wisdom in the developing community which interrelated with religious moderation. The study was conducted in Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants, document study, and field observations. The data collected then analyzed in the writing stage and were analyzed when being reduced, then were presented in the form of a description. The results of this study indicated as follows: (1) the religious moderation oriented local wisdom contained in the local community are Aluk Tondolo and the Tongkonan traditional house as parts of the culture and local wisdom of Tana Toraja, (2) The Tongkonan traditional house is a symbol of harmony and kinship which contains some local wisdom, including the Rambu Solo, Rambu Tuka and Karapasan ceremonies, in which the Karapasan Culture is believed by its adherents or the Toraja tribe to be a path towards peace, (3) The moderation of life with ambiance of harmony between religious communities has gone very well since the Toraja people know harmonious life between 2 (two) or more different religions.</span></p></div></div></div>

This study aimed to determine the Effect of Incentives and Work Environment on Civil Service Performance and Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables in Disperkimtan. South Sulawesi. The method in this study was a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the aim to determine the effect of the variables studied. The population in this study were all Civil Servants covered by Disperkimtan Sulsel, amounting to 135 people. While the sample used in this study amounted to 134 people. Data collection techniques using survey methods through observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis was performed using SPSS ( Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 25. The results of this study indicated that direct incentives and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance in Disperkimtan South Sulawesi. There was no positive and significant effect between incentives on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. While job satisfaction as an intervening variable that mediates between work environment and performance has no positive and significant effect. In this case, job satisfaction weakened the influence of the work environment on the performance of civil servants.
