Reading is a communication process between the reader (al Qāri) and the writer (al Kātib) to understand the reading text and get the messages contained in it through words/written language that has a cognitive relationship (thinking) between spoken language and written language. However, learning al Qirāah taught in schools is very difficult to learn, tedious, and uninteresting. It can even make students feel afraid to read it. This research uses qualitative descriptive research, and the goal is to describe the models of card games in learning mahārah al Qirāah at State High School 5 Banjarmasin. Learning al Qirāah taught in schools is very difficult to learn, tedious and uninteresting, and can even make students feel afraid to read it. However, the results show that card game models are very motivating and increase the enthusiasm and passion of learning for students, make it easier for students to understand the material, and help the boring learning process become fun and exciting. Gaming models using the card in mahārah al Qirāah that can be used are the word card model, sentence card model, question and answer card model, answer complementary card model and pictorial mufradat card model.

Keywords: Card Model, Learning, Mahārah Al Qirāah

This study aims to analyze the balanced score card model in realizing quality schools, starting from strategies, implementation roadmaps, to measuring the success of quality schools. The research method used is an exploratory study to formulate the BSC concept in high school quality management. As a result, the strategy to improve the quality of education in high school starts from the formulation of the school's vision and mission, analysis of the internal and external environment with a SWOT analysis approach and BSC-based which produces information strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for high school. SMA targets and strategies are implemented properly so that the high school targets are in accordance with the vision and mission and the established strategies have been implemented properly according to the needs of the community. To ensure sustainable quality, the formulation of strategic management needs to be adapted to the dynamics of the development of the internal and external environment of the school concerned..

Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran kartu bicara (time token), berbicara, berbicara melaporkan peristiwa.THE APPLICATION OF TALK CARD MODEL (TIME TOKEN) IN SPEECH LEARNING IN REPORTING EVENTS ORAL IN CLASS IX STUDENTS OF MTs NEGERI 5 KUNINGAN 2019/2020 Academic YearABSTRACT: Students' speaking ability is still minimal. One of the factors causing the students' lack of speaking ability is the use of teaching strategies. Teachers still have old thoughts so that the learning outcomes are not optimal. The purpose of this study was to describe the planning of the talking card learning model (time token), describe the implementation of learning to speak to report events, and describe the improvement of students' speaking skills after using the talk card model (time token). The method used was an experimental method with pretest posttest control group design or pretest posttest control group. Keywords: talking card learning model (time token), speaking, speaking to report events.ABSTRACT: Students' speaking ability is still minimal. Abstract Background In Germany, the federal states and even the municipalities have considerable scope for shaping implementation of national health policies for newly arrived refugees, including in the way they organize access to health services. We analysed how gatekeepers can shape access to health care at the local level, exploring access models in six municipalities in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Methods We assessed the implementation of local access models and the consequences for access for refugees. Our study covered three municipalities with a health care voucher model and three with an electronic health card model. We combined data from official reports and from 21 semi-structured interviews with gatekeepers. Results Our research illustrates how gatekeepers at the local level can shape and facilitate access to health care for refugees, irrespective of the access model chosen. Larger municipalities are more likely to implement an electronic health card model. Gatekeepers report that costs, workload and control are the major aspects underlying the choice of model in municipalities. Access plays only a minor role, although some gatekeepers claim that the electronic health card model can improve access. Conclusions National health policies can support gatekeepers in their role as facilitators, such as through financial incentives or a minimum amount of bureaucracy. They can also allow newly arrived refugees to become members of the statutory health insurance system, which would relieve social welfare offices and general practitioners (GPs) from their role of gatekeepers.

Abstract Background Identification of antibiotic resistance genes from environmental samples has been a critical sub-domain of gene discovery which is directly connected to human health. However, it is drawing extraordinary attention in recent years and regarded as a severe threat to human health by many institutions around the world. To satisfy the needs for efficient ARG discovery, a series of online antibiotic resistance gene databases have been published. This article will conduct an in-depth analysis of CARD, one of the most widely used ARG databases. Results The decision model of CARD is based the alignment score with a single ARG type. We discover the occasions where the model is likely to make false prediction, and then propose an optimization method on top of the current CARD model. The optimization is expected to raise the coherence with BLAST homology relationships and improve the confidence for identification of ARGs using the database. Conclusions The absence of public recognized benchmark makes it challenging to evaluate the performance of ARG identification. However, possible wrong predictions and methods for resolving the problem can be inferred by computational analysis of the identification method and the underlying reference sequences. We hope our work can bring insight to the mission of precise ARG type classifications.

The Sea Beach Cahaya is one of the rising beach attractions in Kendal Regency, Central Java. In general, the tourism object of The Sea Pantai Cahaya still does not use many computer systems in their daily lives. As with tourism ticket purchases and also entrance tickets, vehicles that still use ticket paper as proof of payment, it is often disrupted if it is still fussing with the queue conditions and questions by visitors. On the other hand, report data collection is still considered slow.

One way to overcome the above problems is to make a ticket payment system that is computerized using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, replace paper tickets with a card model and also use the network to shorten report generation.
