When using audio-amplifiers in the open, uneven distribution of sound makes people unpleasant because it is loud or unheared. This unfortunate situation arises because audio-amplifiers volumes are set according to the guess of sound technicians. Mosques, as an example, are distributed inside wide areas and fire Azan five times a day. Due to the relatively long distances between them, speed and direction of the wind impose setting sound levels prior to each Azan such that all the area is covered and the overlap is minimized. In this paper, we propose a system based on internet of things (IoT) model to control the sound level of each mosque in the community. An IoT device (one in a mosque) sets the level of sound fired by the audio-amplifier. To do that, a synchronized series of tones is fired from each node. Once a node hears these tones, the process of sound level control starts to indicate the distances to heared nodes. As the approximate distances between nodes are known, each node can calculate its suitable sound level. Results showed that the proposed system is effective in setting sound levels for mosques audio amplifiers.

Abstract In order to function properly, every living organism must have favourable conditions for its operation, i.e. it must be systematically supplied with the necessary nutrients. On the example of selenium (Se), it can be seen how important is the right balance between providing the right amount of it, without exceeding the level above which it is toxic. The amount of Se in soil is closely correlated with its content in the parent rock; therefore, it differs depending on the soil type and may change even in a small area. Considerable dispersion of the element in the soils of Poland is related to their formation, mainly from dump materials of various glaciations. The problem of maintaining the balance between deficiency and excess of Se in the diet of humans and animals is related primarily to the uneven distribution of this element in nature. In this paper, on the basis of scientific literature, the current issues related to the deficiency and excess of Se in the soil and its possible sources are presented. The relationship between the content in the soil and the supply of Se in plants, animals and humans was also shown. The aim of this study was to summarise the state of knowledge on the complexity of Se occurrence in the environment and its importance in the soil-plant-animals-human system.

The construction of a solar dryer-grain storage facilities is described. The design of a auger conveyor-distributor of grain for its loading is offered. The dependence of the width of the discharge opening in the casing of the auger conveyor-distributor on its length is obtained. The results of laboratory tests of the auger conveyor-distributor of grain are presented. It is established that the minimum initial width of the drain opening for wheat grain should be not less than 9 mm. The conditions of uniform distribution of grain by the auger conveyor-distributor are justified: the filling factor of the auger interturn space in its loading zone – 0.35; the length of the discharge opening of the charging hopper should be equal to the doubled value of the auger pitch size. In this case, the uneven distribution of grain along the discharge opening will be no more than 5%.

The article deals with the granulometric composition of irrigated-meadow-gray soils (Irrigic Calcisols). Along with the granulometric composition, the ratio of sand, dust and silt fractions was taken into account. The results of the analysis show that the uneven distribution of dependent silt particles supplied with irrigation water causes a variety in the granulometric composition of irrigated soils. At the same time, the differences in the granulometric composition of irrigated lands and raw soils were identified, and the reasons were studied.

The use of LiDAR point clouds for accurate three-dimensional perception is crucial for realizing high-level autonomous driving systems. Upon considering the drawbacks of the current point cloud object-detection algorithms, this paper proposes HCNet, an algorithm that combines an attention mechanism with adaptive adjustment, starting from feature fusion and overcoming the sparse and uneven distribution of point clouds. Inspired by the basic idea of an attention mechanism, a feature-fusion structure HC module with height attention and channel attention, weighted in parallel, is proposed to perform feature-fusion on multiple pseudo images. The use of several weighting mechanisms enhances the ability of feature-information expression. Additionally, we designed an adaptively adjusted detection head that also overcomes the sparsity of the point cloud from the perspective of original information fusion. It reduces the interference caused by the uneven distribution of the point cloud from the perspective of adaptive adjustment. The results show that our HCNet has better accuracy than other one-stage-network or even two-stage-network RCNNs under some evaluation detection metrics. Additionally, it has a detection rate of 30FPS. Especially for hard samples, the algorithm in this paper has better detection performance than many existing algorithms.

The article is devoted to the study of the effect of biofertilizers on the number of different groups of soil microarthropods of chernozem of ordinary agrocenosis of perennial grasses in the condi-tions of the Lower Don. Most groups of mites and collembolus on the agrocenosis of perennial grasses, being saprophages by the nature of nutrition, undoubtedly play an important role in the circulation of substances, indirectly affecting the productivity of the agrocenosis. It was found that when applying the biofertilizer "Vesna", the number of all groups of microarthropods at the exper-imental site exceeded the control indicators by 1.5 times. All groups of ticks showed a large num-ber, gamase and shell ticks prevailed. The number of leg-tails was less than the number of ticks in the experimental area, but it turned out to be higher than the number of leg-tails in the control ar-ea. The vertical distribution of microarthropods in the horizon of 0-20 cm of the chernozem of the ordinary agrocenosis of perennial grasses was characterized by an uneven distribution: basically all groups of ticks and longtails are concentrated in the horizon of 0-10 cm, which is determined by the gradient of hydrothermal conditions and the distribution of root systems of plants of agro-cenosis.

The community service aims to provide an understanding of Grants and Wills as an alternative to the management of marital property." Grants and wills are actually familiar, but in fact many people do not know clearly the mechanism, and the difference between the two things. This makes not a few cases of inheritance disputes submitted to the Court. In general, inheritance disputes contain the uneven distribution of inheritance which contains a grant in it as well as the share of inheritance specified in the will. This counseling is a form of community service and provides understanding to the Pentecostal Church Congregation in Indonesia Ketapang Jakarta. Pentecostal Church in Indonesia, located in Jl KH. Zainul Arifin No. 39 Central Jakarta, which is currently led by Pdt. AH. Mandey is a church that was previously located on Jalan Pintu Besar Selatan. This Community Service is carried out using the Zoom application as a media to the Pentecostal Church Congregations in Indonesia, Ketapang Jakarta, which previously participants of this legal counseling registered via the google form. The material presented at the counseling was an understanding of marital bonds, assets in marriage, grants, elements of grants, terms of grants, and types of wills consisting of general wills, olographic wills and secret wills. The output plans resulting from this community service are in the form of continuation in the scientific meeting of the SENAPENMAS UNTAR 2021 event and publications in the mass media. A.H.

Responses to hate crimes, hate incidents and hate speech are characterised by an exceptional fragmentation in terminology and lack of coordination among governmental and non-governmental organisations. This article proposes a new conceptual framework to map the diversity of responses to hate crime, hate incidents and hate speech, with the aim of assessing gaps and needs in this important policy area. Using Australia as a case study, we create and analyse a database of 222 organisations running activities focusing on tackling hate against different target groups. The results highlight an uneven distribution of efforts across different geographical areas, types of activities and target groups. The majority of anti-hate efforts, especially by government organisations, focus on awareness raising and education rather than victim support and data collection. Racial and religious hate are the main foci of anti-hate efforts, compared to other forms of hate, such as anti-LGBTIQ+ and disablist hate.

Abstract Because of the uneven distribution of reinforcement particles in the molten pool during laser welding of SiCp/6061Al composites with powder, the effect of pulse frequency on the homogenization was studied in this paper. The pulse frequency of welding is changed and the macro morphology of the weld is studied by metallographic microscope. The particle uniformity of reinforcing phase and the porosity of molten pool at different frequencies were compared. The tensile strength of welded joints at different frequencies was tested by universal tensile machine. Finally, when the pulse frequency is 160Hz, the particle distribution of reinforcing phase is the most uniform and the tensile strength is the largest. The tensile strength reaches 267.06MPa, reaching 69.1% of the base metal. When the pulse frequency is 320Hz, the porosity of the weld is the lowest, reaching 1.75%.

Abstract In order to solve the problem of diamonds sedimentation in electroplating tank and uneven distribution of diamonds in coatings, the fluid flow in the electroplating tank formed by three structure kinds of agitation pipe was compared and analysed. Results showed that the middle inlet type agitation pipe can significantly improve the fluid uniformity in the electroplating tank, and setting sand blasting ports at both ends of the agitation pipe can avoid the formation of fluid “dead zone”. Along the direction of the agitation pipe, the middle inlet type agitation pipe improves the overall flow of the fluid. In the position of the wire saw passing through, the difference of the speed in the electroplating tank of the middle inlet type is 47.17% and 15.25%, which is significantly lower than that of the water inlet structure of one end by 134.48%. As a result, it can significantly improve the plating effect of the wire saw.
