The purpose of the study was to reveal the essence of the concept of «innovative didactic potential», its formulation and defining the component composition; substantiation of the diagnostic program for determining the quantitative value of the index of innovative diagnostic potential and selection of conditions for its formation. We understand under the innovative didactic potential an integrated indicator of innovative abilities of an individual, which is revealed in the educational environment in the process of didactic interaction and is displayed in the system of attitudes to the innovative field of activity. To achieve the goal, the following research methods were applied: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization − to determine the conceptual apparatus of research, namely, innovative didactic potential, potential index. Methods of comparative analysis, deduction, induction, modeling were applied in the development of a diagnostic program for defining the index of innovative didactic potential. In modern conditions, higher education focuses on the requirements for research and teaching staff in the parameters of innovative educational activities. This implies the ability of research and teaching staff to master and implement innovative methods of teaching and learning. With this aim the curriculum for the training of the third educational and scientific level students provides the course «Innovation in pedagogy, organization and provision of modern classes». Generalization of the results of theoretical developments and empirical findings in the study of the problem of determining and evaluating the index of innovative didactic potential allowed to identify the conditions necessary for its formation: didactic, psychological, organizational, information technology.

Teaching aids are among the most important instruments in providing effective delivery results as well as the best understanding to students. Therefore, this teaching aid should also be in the Thermodynamics course and among the topics whose concept is quite difficult to understand by students is Boyles Law in the topic of Perfect Gas. Boyle's law is used to explain the inverse relationship between pressure and gas volume at a constant temperature. This law states that when the pressure of the container is filled with increasing gas, then the total volume will decrease. Boyles' Law on the topic of Perfect Gas is also one of the important topics and it is the basis in Thermodynamics. This paper is about the development of Boyle's Law Apparatus (BLA) teaching aids (TA) for the DJJ20063 Thermodynamics course at Port Dickson Polytechnic which is an apparatus that can explain to students related to the basic concepts of Boyle's Law. In addition, this teaching aids can also help lecturers in providing a better understanding to students who take Thermodynamics courses. The production of this tool is not only used by lecturers in the theory class but also this tool can also be used for practical needs in the laboratory. In conclusion, a suitable apparatus for explaining Boyle's Law to students has been successfully designed and developed. In this regard, hopefully the innovation of this teaching aids will be able to benefit all parties in improving the teaching and learning system, especially for Thermodynamics course.

The Al-Mg-TiB2 is noteworthy modern Aluminum-based composite material due to its phenomenal mechanical properties. These composites show a solid interface between supports – grid when contrasted with other customary Aluminum composites. A blended salt course system was utilized to plan in-situ Al-Mg-TiB2 composites in the present examination. Al – xTiB2 (x = 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 wt. percent) Metal-Matrix Composites were produced utilizing K2TiF6 and KBF4 salts utilizing an exothermic procedure at 800°C. The materials have been portrayed utilizing SEM and EDS to affirm that no Al3Ti has been created, which is the benefit of blended salt course innovation. SEM micrographs showed TiB2 particles that are conveyed homogeneously without agglomerations all through the aluminum lattice. Research has additionally been directed to examine the hardness of the amalgam strengthened with TiB2 in-situ composites. The hardness of all the created composites was higher than that of Aluminum combination framework in light of the development of TiB2 which brought about grain refining activity

This chapter raises the issues of development of continuous education of managerial engineering personnel in industrial companies. The case of designing implementation of the additional education program for the course “Innovation Management” with flexible learning paths was considered. This case was created on the basis of the Foresight study's results of current and future development challenges facing LLC Lihoslavl Factory “Svetotechnika.” The results of the survey of the audience—heads of structural enterprise's subdivisions—were shown. They demonstrated the need for organizational learning, as well as the most appropriate forms and instruments of its implementation.

The aim of this paper is to charactirize innovations in the Bulgarian enterprises with more than 10 employees.Data used is of the last official data of innovation survey – 2014, published on the website of the National Statistical Institute and provided in the frame of European innovation survey. The methodology of the collecting and interpreting innovation data has followed the methodological guidelines of Eurostat and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in Oslo Manual, as well as other methodological guides from the Frascati Methological manuals family. After presenting applied methodology the topics discussed in the paper concern:- share of innovative enterprises;- share of the enterprises realizing new products on the market;- enterprises with different types of innovative cooperation. The main among tasks of the study was to identify the innovativeness of enterprises regarding:a) their size – small, middle and big ones;b) regarding belonging of enterprises to services or industry - defined by NACE.At the end conclusions are made. They could be asummed as follow:- the analysis of the innovation of the enterprises in Bulgaria shows that the overall level is low. The share of innovative enterprises in Bulgaria is 26.1%.;- higher innovation activity is performed by enterprises in industry;- there is a correlation between size of enterprises and their innovativeness. With the increase in the size of the enterprise, its innovation activity is growing, and large-scale enterprises are much more innovative than small enterprises. The paper as such is a results of an teaching experiment to include students in research incorporated into the course Innovation Management of Master's program, specialty Management of Services, of the University of Telecommunications and Post. The course is leaded byProf. Ph.D.,D.Sc. Rossitsa Chobanova.
