In recent years ,several Micropropagation technique has been established, to make some improved method of crop yield production the natural hormone from other plant species were selected for the beneficial result in the plant species. The Micro propagation technique is carried out in Rosa hybrida explant by providing the different natural shooting and rooting hormone in three different compositions with the half strength of MS medium , it is to predict the ability of which natural hormone is being utilized by the nodal explant of Rosa hybrida. The three different natural shooting and rooting hormone are Aloe vera gel extract and the tender coconut water with 50 ml and 100 ml and 150 ml of concentration in half strength MS media and the Cinnamon powder alone taken in the .5 g,1g and 1.5 g of concentration in half strength MS media due to the powdery form. These were proceeded in aseptic condition of propagation as a result it has been noticed that among the three natural hormone the remarkable growth has been found in the tender coconut water provided nodal segment in all the three concentration .This article has a goal to promote the use of the natural rooting role in the plant breeding industry.

Coconut water is a nutritious, natural, and refreshing drink. However, a challenge for the coconut water industry is its fast deterioration caused by naturally occurring enzymes mainly polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (POD). This study aimed to separate the PPO and POD using ultrafiltration and to evaluate its effect on the physicochemical properties and antioxidant attributes of tender and mature coconut water. The membrane used was polyethersulfone (PES) with two molecular weight cut-offs, namely 30 kDa (PES 30) and 50 kDa (PES 50) and conducted in a vacuum filter unit. The results showed that ultrafiltration with PES 30 completely separated the POD activity of both tender and mature coconut water. The ultrafiltration was also able to separate 86.07% PPO activity of tender coconut water and 100% separation on mature coconut water. While PES 50 could separate 49.60% PPO activity in tender coconut water. The ultrafiltration process also increased the clarity of mature coconut water and maintained the total sugar, sodium, and potassium contents in both maturities. However, ultrafiltration using these membrane types reduced total phenolic content and radical scavenging activity. In conclusion, this study revealed that ultrafiltration can remove the oxidative enzymes to extend the shelf life against oxidation deterioration. Further studies should be conducted to investigate the separation of enzymes without high significance loss of polyphenols, antioxidants, and nutritional properties

Coconut water and coconut are two natural thirst-quenching foods that are commonly available in most countries. Both the water and the meat of the tender coconut stimulate the body by releasing nutrients. In recent years, researchers have been interested in the health and medicinal benefits of tender coconut products. Sugars, proteins, free amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and growth promoting factors are among the biologically essential elements contained in it. Since, current research on coconut water is mainly focused on its properties, uses, and nutritional benefits, this review will concentrate on the human health aspect. It describes original properties and applications, which vary from the most simple to the most complex. It also describes its biochemical structure, which is affected by the stage of maturity and hence the variety. The purpose of this review was to learn about the most widely recorded components of coconut water, as well as other research towards their impact on animals and human body. Coconut water contains bunch of nutrition such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and phyto-hormones. The recent discovery of coconut water on the medicinal properties shows its real potential for improving human health. The possible anti-cancer properties of particular cytokinin could open up new and exciting avenues for finding cures for various cancers. It's a gift from nature to provide the best remedy for thirst and better health. Because of the antioxidant and anti-cancer properties of different ingredients, it is a more sensible option for removing the poisoning effect of other food that is a part of modern life. Understanding the functions and properties of the individual components of coconut water requires further study, but it will enable us to properly exploit this wonderful and multipurpose liquid with unique biological properties.
