Background:  Hemodialysis is one of the therapeutic methods for clients with end-stage renal disease. One of the problems in hemodialysis patients is the excess volume of body fluids. Fluid control is a solution to prevent complications due to excess volume of fluid. Therefore, adherence about  fluid management is important to improve condition of hemodialysis patients. Objective: This study aims to describe adherence and the corelation of duration haemodialysis and IDWG with adherence of fluid management in hemodialysis patients Methods: This is quantitative descriptive method. Thirty sample was randomly. The data collection with  questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are univariate using percentages and bivariat spearman corelation to describe the results of the study. Result: There is a good adherence level in the management of fluid intake 60%,  enough in adherence 40%, and  not good  in adherence 10%.  It was also known that 24 % of patients who a good adherent in fluid management had hemodialysis <4 years and 25% have an IDWG< 3 kg. There are no corelation of duration of haemodialysis p value 0,521 > 0,05 and IDWG p value 0,422 > 0,05 with adherence of fluid management in hemodialysis patients. Conclusion: It is assumed that adherence to fluid management is important for controlling IDWG in hemodialysis patients. Based on result of this study, this is important for nurses to take more intensive education to improve the adherence of hemodialysis patients in fluid management.

Onnetsu means comfortable heat. Dr Kazuko Onnetsu Therapy invented by Dr. Kazuko Tatsumura Hillyer emits from a special ceramic; 1) Precise 8-10μ of vibration of Infrared SunRay. 2) Vibration of Terahertz, and 3) various degrees of heat. When Onnetsuki is slid over the skin, healthy areas are comfortable, but IF deep tissue is cold, unhealthy or degenerated, “hot spot” is detected by the temperature sensation reported from the patient. Dr Kazuko’s Onnetsu Therapy is both a diagnostic and therapeutic. When this hot spot is effectively treated with Far-Infrared, Terahertz & Heat, Dr Kazuko Onnetsu Therapy, the hot sensation subsides and the Disease conditions improve. Dr. Kazuko’s protocol must be followed. Dr Kazuko Onnetsu Therapy is based on four historical and scientific facts. 1. NASA's finding regarding Far-Infrared vibration from Sun light 8-10μ only. Also, added is the specific Terahertz vibration: Healing vibration 2. Traditional Japanese Concept of the significance of Body Temperature; Raising Cold Temperature. 3. Immunology Theory by Dr. Toru Abo, balancing autonomic nervous system to improve condition of white cells; Raising Immunity. 4. Promoting four flows of Energy through acupuncture technique: blood, body fluid, Oxygen, Ki(Chi) Dr. Kazuko has taught her Onnetsu Therapy to MDs and health practitioners over the past decades all over the world: are practicing it in the hospitals and clinics. Clinical Trials have shown improvements on cases (including but not limited to) as arthritis, asthma, various cancers, diabetes, tuberculosis and various painful conditions. Clinical studies from Cuba and Peru will be presented.

Sanitary condition of detention cells in the correctional institution (prison) class II A of PamekasanDistrict wasnot in accordance with health requirements. This was reflected by the condition of the basic sanitary facilities. The purpose of this research was to identify the sanitary state of the detention cells in the correctionalinstitution class II A of PamekasanDistrict. This was a descriptive study using cross sectional design and it was also a field research. Data were collectedthrough observations, interviews, measurements, and laboratory tests. The result showed that the detention cells scored 197 (80%) out of a total score of 245, meaninh that theydid not met the health requirements. Several variables considered that did not satisfy the health requirementsincluded water supply, sewage disposal, and "eradtcatlon of insects. The hygienic behavior of the inmatesscored 64-68%, meaning it did not satisfy the health requirements. It can be concluded that sanitarycondition of the detention cells did satisfy the designated health requirements. The administrators of thecorrectional institution in Pamekasan need to improve condition of the sanitary facilities up to the standarddesignated in the sanitary guidelines for public places of the Ministry of Health in 1984. Inmates and otherpeople who live in the correctional institution should keep up the condition of sanitary facilities, use themproperly and enhance their hygienic behavior in the correctional institution.

To improve condition-based maintenance (CBM) techniques for operating plants, it is necessary to investigate, by experiments and numerical simulations, on the behavior of fluid inside piping system in detail. This study was conducted using the full-scale piping system under conditions that could seriously threaten the plant operation, by matching pressure pulsation, acoustic resonance and piping natural frequency. Although piping vibration is reported to influence fluid pressure pulsation, there were few examples of such influence in the conditions of this experiment. Knowing that the opening ratio of the pressure control valve affects the boundary condition for acoustic resonance, the experiment and numerical simulation at different opening ratios were conducted. It was suggested that there are cases in which a valve partially open at 25% or less shouldn’t be taken as a closed end. This finding conflicts with widespread design assumption.
