Migration-study holds some classic question as like who migrate, why migrate and where to migrate. Migration researcher delegates their attention to summarizing the nature of migrants ('who') based on sex, age, and the caste to guide who migrate. Demographers do not pay much attention to the marital status of the migrants. The marital status of the migrants ('who') is a significant controlling factor on human mobility. Marriage is a monumental institution in population dynamics, which proximately determines the socio-economic behaviour of the individual. Marital status sometime works as an obstacle and an opportunity for migrants. This study attempts to discover pattern and concentration of migration by marital status and sex to the district of West Bengal from different states and Union Territories (UTs) of India, enumerated by Place of Last Residence (POLR) in 2011, through cluster analysis. The present study finds ever married female migration is much higher than ever married male and never married migration is male-dominated. Marriage is the main reason for female migration, and job opportunities consist of male migration.

This is a case of severe atopic dermatitis in a young married male age 37 years. This patient was very anxious and frustrated. The patient was using all the standard treatments for severe atopic dermatitis for e.g azathioprine, cyclosporine, tab deltacortril, applying emollients with clobetasol in it but he was not getting better. By chance the patient's family dragged him to visit a psychiatrist and the patient was advised to start venlafaxine and within 15 days the patient started getting better miraculously. Atopic Dermatitis is a very frustrating disease and patients face severe depression and bouts of severe itching exacerbated by exposure to dust, stress, sweating, changing and wearing clothes, etc. The use of antidepressants is not common practice in treating atopic dermatitis. Most general practitioners and dermatologists don't pay attention to how much a patient is suffering not only physically but also mentally and because of this, they don't suggest antidepressants. The role of antidepressants as an anti-inflammatory is still needed to be educated among physicians. This is a vicious cycle. The stress causes the exacerbation of this disease in which patients start itching all over the body and because of itching, lesions all over the body start getting infected as during itching staphylococcus aureus which resides under the nail enter in the lesion and cause infection and because of infection patients have a fever, lethargy, and weakness. The use of antidepressants is a game-changer in the management of atopic eczema.

Abstract In Europe, falling fertility rates are regarded as part of a second demographic transition precipitated by changing values. Low fertility rates in developed Asian countries, however, are thought to be due to decreasing marriage rates, as a result of worsening young men’s employment. This study proposes the hypothesis that men in non-regular employment – those with low incomes and those who are unemployed – have lower probabilities of getting married. Male employment was analyzed using a logistic regression of micro data for 20- to 49-year-old men in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the UK, France, and Sweden. The study’s findings generally supported the hypothesis and clearly confirmed that there is a relationship between employment and marriage in Asian countries, and especially in Japan.
