Abstract This study was designed to determine the 11 metal elements (Al, Cr, Mn, Fe, As, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, Sb, and Pb) in soy sauce and their migration from the containing glass bottles. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was applied for the determination of the elements and one-factor-at-a-time method was employed for optimizing the ICP-MS parameters in migration experiment and microwave digestion experiment. The developed method was successfully applied to determine the content of 11 elements. The results showed that the experiment had excellent correlation and sensitivity. The accuracy of the elements in the migration study and test of soy sauce itself ranging from 84.25% to 118.75% was satisfied, and the precision of the method was validated and the RSD was no more than 15.5%. The concentration of all the detected metal elements migrated from the glass bottles were between 0.3450 and 2.398 ng·mL−1, and the risk assessment indicated that the metal elements in soy sauce had no risk to the public health. The proposed methodology in this study was successfully applied for the quality control for metal elements in soy sauce and the containing glass bottles for the first time, and a research method suitable for soy sauce consumption process control and risk assessment has been established.

Migration-study holds some classic question as like who migrate, why migrate and where to migrate. Migration researcher delegates their attention to summarizing the nature of migrants ('who') based on sex, age, and the caste to guide who migrate. Demographers do not pay much attention to the marital status of the migrants. The marital status of the migrants ('who') is a significant controlling factor on human mobility. Marriage is a monumental institution in population dynamics, which proximately determines the socio-economic behaviour of the individual. Marital status sometime works as an obstacle and an opportunity for migrants. This study attempts to discover pattern and concentration of migration by marital status and sex to the district of West Bengal from different states and Union Territories (UTs) of India, enumerated by Place of Last Residence (POLR) in 2011, through cluster analysis. The present study finds ever married female migration is much higher than ever married male and never married migration is male-dominated. Marriage is the main reason for female migration, and job opportunities consist of male migration.

Objective. To establish a method for extraction and determination of antioxidant 264 (2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) in the brominated butyl rubber stopper for injection and migration study in recombinant potent antitumor and antivirus protein injection (Novaferon). Methods. Dichloromethane-ethanol was adopted as the extraction solvent during the process of reflux extraction of antioxidant 264 in the brominated butyl rubber stopper. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the determination of the migration of antioxidant 264 to Novaferon. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (80 : 20, v/v). The flow rate was 1.5 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results. The linearity range was from 4.003 to 200.150 μg/mL (r2 = 0.99996), and the average recovery of antioxidant 264 was 97.8%. The applicability of the methodology was good, which can be used for the determination of antioxidant 264. The results indicated that antioxidant 264 was not detected in Novaferon after the accelerated test and three months of long-term test. Conclusion. The established validated method in this study can be used for the determination of antioxidant 264 in the rubber stopper, and the brominated butyl rubber stopper has good compatibility with Novaferon.

Fundamental sociological theories of migration study reveal the motives for an individual’s and households’ making decision to migrate, as well as the social factors and consequences of the unfolding of migration processes. Structural changes taking place in society caused by both the innovative nature of economic growth as a whole and the digitalization and expansion of information and telecommunications technologies imply the perception of the phenomenon of migration not only as a territorial movement of the population in space for a long period. Digitalization and development of remote forms of work, in particular, reduces the need for physical concentration of human resources, which allows people to choose the most comfortable places to live. Special attention is paid to the Diaspora, which is one of the important tools for solving communication difficulties. The sociological analysis of migration processes in Armenia illustrates the application of the main concepts, in particular, networked migration and reliance on the Diaspora.

In this work by the UV-vis and TEM analysis were investigated the transport of nanoparticles (Ag and Au) in soil, their migration from seeds to the roots and from roots to the stem and leaves of pea plants. Nanoparticles depending on the types and sizes may diffuse and distribution in soil. The transport of nanoparticles in soil dependance on the structure and soil thickness. According to the results of experiments were identified that nanoparticles may diffuse into the seeds and changes the imbibition (water uptake). Nanoparticles may pass on from seeds to the roots and localization in the xylem and epidermal cells. By the development of seedling nanoparticles may transport from roots to the stem and from stem to the leaves. Nanoparticles may localization in different cells of plant organs and inside of cell mostly in the mitochondria.
