In the recent decades, there has been a significant investment in the incorporation of games in the educational practice. This has taken either the form of game-based learning or serious gaming. A literature review on gaming and education results in numerous works tackling different aspects of the approach. Even a simple search on the Web on gaming and learning produces multi-million results. In this work, we try to touch not only the surface of this approach and provide typical game-based learning evaluation results but also to explore its inner workings (offering a modest mixed philosophical and science aspect) and to provide an even more concrete foundation for a playful education.

AbstractEvaluation of interactive search systems and study of users’ struggling search behaviors require a significant number of search tasks. However, generation of such tasks is inherently difficult, as each task is supposed to trigger struggling search behavior rather than simple search behavior. To the best of our knowledge, there has not been a commonly used task set for research in struggling search. Moreover, the everchanging landscape of information needs would render old task sets less ideal if not unusable for evaluation. To deal with this problem, we propose a crowd-powered task generation method and develop a platform to efficiently generate struggling search tasks on basis of online wikis such as Wikipedia. Our experiments and analysis show that the generated tasks are qualified to emulate struggling search behaviors consisting of “repeated similar queries” and “quick-back clicks”; tasks of diverse topics, high quality and difficulty can be created using this method. For benefit of the community, we publicly released a task generation platform TaskGenie, a task set of 80 topically diverse struggling search tasks with “baselines,” and the corresponding anonymized user behavior logs.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered a large number of publications to inform, understand, conduct more research and control the situation. Although the researchers are analyzing the bibliometrics on this condition, no bibliometric studies are available on the publications related to post-covid mucormycosis. This study is aimed at bibliometric assessment of the publications related to post-covid mucormycosis. Methods: In the presented study, authors have performed the bibliometric analysis of the World health organization (WHO) database named ‘Global literature on coronavirus disease.’ WHO is maintaining this database since the pandemic, and it contains thousands of reports. Two simple search terms, ‘Covid’ and ‘mucormycosis’ used to search the entire database in ‘title, abstract, subject’ mode with the search string was tw:(mucormycosis covid). The search was not restricted to any date range. Results: Only 51 reports (40 articles and 01 clinical trials) were obtained with the above search terms. The study found that there is considerable growth in such publication in the last 6 months. Interestingly only three such reports were published in the year 2020. Database wise 38 of these 51 reports were available in Medline. Most of such reports were published by Indian authors. Indian Journal of Ophthalmology emerged as the most productive journal contributing the highest number (10) of these reports. Conclusions: The highly acclaimed publications were the reviews. This study suggests that India is the most productive country for publications related to post-covid mucormycosis. This resembles the fact that the country, faced the excessive emergence of post-covid-19 mucormycosis cases reported the secondhighest number of Covid 19 cases in the substantial worldwide outbreak in the second wave, which is followed by post covid mucormycosis. The Collection of Lithuanian Proverbs and Proverbial Phrases built by the Institute of Lithuanian Literature and Folklore in Vilnius presents a thorough view of the corpus of traditional paremias. A larger part of the Collection consists of archival data, another one – of paremias collected from written sources.Archival data – that is paremias mostly from the Lithuanian Folklore Archive (LTR), Lithuanian Scientific Society’s Archive (LMD). These texts are mainly samples of the spoken language and dialects. The oldest archive collections are from the 19th century. Another large part of Lithuanian paremias compilation consists of texts collected from written sources. It is worth to mention, that we have around 1500 proverbs from the period of the 16th to the 18th centuries. The collection is accessible through three resources: they are the Card Index, the publication “Lithuanian Proverbs and Proverbial Phrases” (LPP), and The Electronic Compilation of Proverbs and Proverbial Phrases (eLPP).The Card Index was the first organized and systematized resource of Lithuanian paremias and served as the base for LPP and eLPP. The Card Index was created in 1970–1990 following the initiative of professor Kazys Grigas, who was also the author of the system of it. There are around 50 000 proverb types and more than 200 000 variant texts in the Card Index. At the end of the 20th century, LPP was started to be compiled. There have been three volumes published until now (Vol. 1 – 2000, Vol. 2 – 2008, Vol. 3 – 2019). LPP presents carefully sorted data without duplicates, copies, and fakes, and it has some additional data: Lithuanian paremias equivalents (in Latvian, Polish, German, English, Latin, and Russian) and type titles’ translations into English, German, and Russian. In 1998, eLPP was started and in 2018, after receiving funding from the Lithuanian Research Council (LMTLT), the database was updated. Now, the database also has an English version. eLPP includes the Card Index’ data and LPP data as well, with an exception of paremias variants. Due to the recently observed rising need to find an explanation of a saying, the category “Interpretation” has been introduced. The newly programmed search engine now contains functions of a simple search, advanced search, and selection lists. The database address is http://archyvas.llti.lt/elpp/lt, an email for comments and questions is [email protected].

Typical of most industries, digitisation of healthcare products, services and models of E-Commerce is democratizing the current healthcare system in China while unlocking new previously inaccessible healthcare segments. This monumental convergence of healthcare industry with IT is part of a larger evolution and growth of E-Commerce from simple search portals for purchasing goods and services to more integrated digital marketplace that incorporates personalized experience and informed purchase decision making into online behaviours. The result is the manifestation of a new era of healthcare consumerism, as healthcare customers demand retail-like buying experience. We performed a comprehensive systematic scoping review of published data to identify how E-Commerce is complementing the traditional healthcare delivery system in China. We note that healthcare E-Commerce is facilitating the reconstruction of the healthcare value chain in China and at the same time is helping health facilities to reengineer operations and service processes. Our study highlights the important role E-commerce is playing in the healthcare industry in China.

The inventor figures succeeded in contributing to people's lives and making people's lives developed with the findings of the inventor figures, but there are still many people who do not know and know the inventor figures, people only know the objects found by the inventor figures but do not know who the characters find the objects. that thing. The introduction of the inventor character is one of the reference materials that can be used to introduce the inventor character. In this day and age, android-based inventor character recognition applications are very efficient to use. In making a character recognition application, strings can be implemented for the word search process. String can be interpreted as an approach how to find the pattern of arrangement of string characters in other strings or part of the body of text. String has several algorithms, one of which is the Sequential Search algorithm where this algorithm is a very simple search algorithm that is carried out by comparing data one by one from a predetermined data set (Array) until the data is completed (found) or there is no match (not found). ). This inventor character recognition application is designed by utilizing the setudio android software. So that the application is easier to use and can be used independently anywhere and anytime.

In this era of digital optimization, Information and Communication Technology is growing very rapidly. This is in line with the demands and human needs that have been actualized in various fields, such as knowledge and education. To support a learning process based on SCIENCE (Science and Technology) required several supporting aspects such as online dictionary that includes vocabulary and functions of words / terms in the FIELD of IT. One of the supporting aspects is an alternative tool in the form of media that facilitates every community in learning the terms in the field of informatics. According to pie chart data from questionnaires that the authors made, as much as 50 percent of the knowledge of the term informatics of the general public (lay people) can be said to be still very low. In contrast to the academic community such as IT Lecturers and IT Students who do master the field, although it does not close the possibility there are some IT Students who do not fully understand in their fields. The expected result of the authors in this study is the increasing knowledge, especially the general public (lay people) in studying science in the field of IT especially language and informatics terms through online disses. This Online Dictionary application will be designed website-based using sequential search method where sequential search (also called linear search) is the most simple search model performed on a data set. The Online Dictionary application will run by searching for vocabulary or terms in informatics according to the keywords they are looking for, making it easier for users to learn the language of informatics. Keywords: Website, Vocabulary, Dictionary Online, Informatics, IT, Sequential Search, Science and Technology

Vietnam should teach economics to high school students [1]. The need for this subject is apparent. However, where should we begin? Indeed, classic works, or at least certain passages, are recommendable. A simple search on Google can point you to a lot of good selections [2-5]. However, this is the easy part. How about books on Vietnam’s economy, especially the economic history of Vietnam. High school is a great opportunity to study basic knowledge and get to know about history.
