However, pedagogical employees stand against innovations, and in scientific literature it is called an anti-innovation barrier. The purpose of the paper is to consider the issue of overcoming anti-innovation barriers as a component of managerial activity in educational institutions. The work is aimed at coping with psychological barriers in educational institutions that can be made in the following directions: the change of value orientation of educators; the correction of motivation of the members of the teachers’ staff; the creation of new exemplars of individual behavior of educators; the formation of readiness of the members of the teachers’ staff for innovation activity.Systematic monitoring of educators’ readiness to accept innovations, its step-by-step studying should precede the implementation of all the mentioned directions. The administration of an educational institution is to organize explanatory and educational work on a regular basis, to provide pedagogical employees with comprehensive information about the performance of the educational institutions where successful implementation of innovations has taken place. A keystone of a successful introduction of innovations is the creation of “an innovation climate” – an external environment that forms educators’ attitude to innovations, to attract those educators who do not accept innovations to the planning of the stages of their introduction. The organization of the measures directed towards the increase of the professional competence of those educators who are involved in the implementation of innovation activity is a vitally important component in the management that is aimed at overcoming anti-innovation barriers. The task of the administration of an educational institution is to create the conditions, which will motivate teachers to improve their professional skills and to study an advanced experience. The purpose of this work is to analyze the ideas in the modern socio-humanitarian scientific literature about the structure of the legal ideal. In the course of the study, it was revealed that the legal ideal is mainly considered in the system of axiological culture. The authors propose to structure the legal ideal on the basis of the dialectic of the components of managerial activity. This approach allows us to see that the legal ideal is a dialectical unity of a legal subject, object, means, goals, result, etc. in the system of managerial activity. The desire of mankind to build an ideal society and state on the basis of the legal ideal is a consequence of the movement of man himself towards the ideal. However, real life shows that what is desired is at odds with reality. This discrepancy is natural, but it is measurable and predictable. The digital society poses serious obstacles and problems in the movement of a person to perfection, distorting the very meaning of the concept of “perfect person”. In order to anticipate possible negative distortions of the concept of a legal ideal, it is necessary to conduct systematic studies of its nature and patterns of development, which gives an idea of its structure.

There are many traditional art studios that grow and develop in Indonesia. However, not all succeed in maintaining artistic activities, so that over time many became extinct. This causes the studio members to lose the means to develop their creative potential. This also creates problems for artists who depend on activities in the studio. However, there are several studios that still exist and are even growing in the midst of the expanding arts of this global era. This cannot be separated from the traditional studio management that is implemented. This research used a multi case study approach with data collection techniques of interviews, observations and document study. To ensure data validity, this study applied source and method triangulation. The results showed that the existence of the studio depends on its managerial activity. Keywords: management patterns, traditional art, artistic passion

In this work we will consider some aspects of management as a scientific and applied discipline. Ensuring the effectiveness of management requires a new way of thinking characterized by the systemic, flexible, responsive, and a non-standard approach to the decision making. According to the systemic-structural activity theory, as a scientific basis for self-regulation, human activity is considered to be a goal-directed self-regulative system. The main focus of our discussion will be on what is essential for managerial activity from the psychological perspective. Specific attention will be paid to the way managers relate to subordinates and how this factor effects the group moral and psychological atmosphere in the workplace. Possessing only the technical knowledge in a chosen field of activity does not necessarily make a person effective manager. To achieve the desired objectives and maintain people satisfaction at work place one must be prepared to think of them in human terms. People are filled with thoughts and ideas and they want to experience satisfaction from their implementation. We will present some important factors of the psychological nature which should be applied to the practice of management. Such factors as consideration for subordinates’ personality features, their individual style of performance and their communicative anilities, as well as their goals, desires and objectives. The effect of a group environment on individual performance and the phenomenon of psychological compatibility are also considered in this work. We will also briefly dwell on the history of motivation in industry and the emergence of a new direction in managerial activity as a demand of the developing society. At this juncture we will emphasize on how the science of management first emerged in a form of applying a mechanistic approach in managing people’s activities in industries and, further, by bringing the human element into consideration in the search for efficiency.
