The paper reveals the role and significance of the system approach in the management of an educational organization, describes its significance in solving issues of successful implementation of the pedagogical process, describes the features of the system approach in relation to the processes of management of the educational system, reveals the features and requirements of the system approach. The paper explores the possibilities of improving the development processes of an educational organization, highlights the main aspects of managerial activity in the logic of a systematic approach.

In the process of comprehending the prospects for the artificial intelligence development, the authors come to a conclusion that in the scientific learning of the world the problematic issues of the artificial intelligence are connected with problematic issues of recognizing the artificial intelligence systems and ordinary human thinking The article performs an analysis of the concepts of «intelligence» and «artificial intelligence», in the process of which the intelligence is viewed through a systematic approach in its broad sense. The purpose of the article is to present a number of conclusions about the levels of development of scientific studies of the problems under investigation, is there any reason to argue that attempts to implement the epistemological characteristics of thinking in modern artificial intelligence systems have not only been undertaken but also successful, and whether is it possible to talk about full transfer of the intellectual functions to the technical systems, endowing them with epistemological tools (in the context of the discussion about strong and weak versions of the artificial intelligence). The authors study the concept of «phenomenology of intelligence», the perception of intelligence in various historical eras by famous philosophers and scientists of other branches of knowledge; they identify the artificial intelligence as a special branch of science, analyze the existing problems in this field. In writing the article, they use the system approach, the theoretical analysis of and generalization of the scientific information, the historical, predicted, critical and dialectical methods of investigation.

In the Romanian educational system, the concept of competence is relatively new, its appearance and use being related to the curricular perspective of educational organization. Synthetically, competence can be defined as ”an ensamble of `savoir faire` (know how) and `savoir-e’tre’ (manners) allowing a good accomplishment of a role, of a function or of an activity” (D`Hainaut). The model of curricular projection centered on competences is meant to improve the efficiency of the internal structure of the curriculum, and of the teaching, learning and evaluation processes. This ”new educational target” aims to: -focus on the final learnig acquisitions; accenuate the action-related dimension of the pupil’s personality; clearly define the school offer according to the pupil’s interests and skills, and to social expectations. Thus it is possible for the modern education to assume an increasing autonomy for the one who learns, so that the differences between the world of education/school/ the didactic process and the real (social, professional) world may palpably decrease.

The article examines the content of professional adaptation of employees of internal affairs bodies, as well as the reasons that complicate their adaptation. Using a systematic approach to the study of professional activity, a number of features of adaptation of employees at the stage of training in the main vocational training programs are revealed. In particular, it emphasizes the importance of studying the formation of a student's own ideas in the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia about the profession of an employee of internal affairs bodies at the early stages of professional development. By them, the article proposes to un-derstand: 1) the very first stage of recruitment (including during the period of the beginning of training in the system of professional training in the main vocational training programs); 2) the process of vocational training (including prior to its completion); 3) completion of vocational training and independent performance of official duties by employees of the internal affairs bodies who have undergone professional training. The article proposes specific ways of creating conditions for professional adaptation of students of vocational training. It is concluded that the study of the indicated issue will strengthen the human resources of the internal affairs bodies, form professionally significant qualities of the employees of the internal affairs bodies, and also increase the efficiency of their activities.

The results of an automated online survey of parents of schoolchildren in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (Russian Federation) are presented. The aim of the survey was to study the satisfaction of the parents of schoolchildren with the form of organization and the results of the educational work of the educational organization. The average indicators of parental satisfaction with various aspects of educational work are analyzed. It was revealed that the satisfaction of parents in the areas of educational work differs. Parents are little satisfied with how the school forms positive life goals, high life needs, tolerance for the views and opinions of other people, the development of volitional qualities, and independence. Parents believe that the school does not help the child to believe in themselves, learn to solve life problems, overcome difficulties does not teach the correct behavior in difficult life situations. From their point of view, the school does not sufficiently teach their children to reject nationalism, extremism, corruption; prevention of alcohol and drug addiction and smoking. Also, parents believe that the school does not prepare well enough for a meaningful choice of profession. To increase the efficiency of the organization of educational work, it is recommended to improve the training of future teachers in the process of obtaining higher education. It is necessary to prepare them for professional activity in modern conditions of digital transformation of society and education on the basis of a systematic approach to the organization of educational work and the use of innovative technologies.

The results of the study of stakeholders in the context of the functioning of the educational organization, implementing higher education programs, have been presented, taking into account current trends in society and its laws. On the basis of the stakeholder management approach, the evaluation of the targets of each of the participants, directly or indirectly involved in the educational organization to achieve its goals, has been conducted. The image of modern educational system of the organization and strategic prospect for reforming of educational activity of Chaikovskii branch of the Perm National Research Polytechnic University has been projected, its dependence concerning the interested groups noted in research has been shown.

The article describes the resources and opportunities of modern social and humanitarian knowledge in the analysis of the main trends in the development of management activities, based on the leading ideas of the philosophy of post-non-classical rationality. <p>The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a blueprint for the world’s sustainable development plan throughout 2016 and 2030. It is regrettable that recent reports have shown that it will not be possible to achieve all the goals by 2030 under our current pace. To accelerate SDG implementation, scientists have conducted studies under a variety of perspectives, such as relationships among SDGs, their specific priorities, and necessary transformations. However, there still lacks a systematic approach to promote joint action by countries that can advance SDGs on regional, national, and global scales. To fill this gap, we summarize the relevant articles, reports, and practices in recent years on the ways to promote the implementation of the SDGs. Following this, we propose a systematic approach to combat this issue, namely, “classification–coordination–collaboration”. This approach not only considers relationships among the 17 SDGs and the links among the different management agencies, but it also contains the necessary means to accelerate SDGs. Overall, this approach is expected to promote the participation of countries within the process of global governance, and it will help to ensure that SDGs will realize key breakthroughs over the short-term while achieving sweeping progress over the long run.</p>
