Abstract We present an archive of scanned instrumental seismic bulletins pertaining to either a single station or a set of stations (network). This new service by the International Seismological Centre (ISC), called the ISC Electronic Archive of Station and Network Bulletins, is openly available at the ISC website. The archive is likely to be the most comprehensive to date, thanks to the collection from various sources done by the ISC in the past several decades. The search for scans of a seismic bulletin is based on the location of the town of the institution producing a bulletin. As such, the electronic archive is easy to use and is likely to facilitate the work of a wide community interested in studying past earthquakes and involved in preservation and digitization of analog recordings.

Instagram was founded on October 6, 2010, by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger taken from the words instant and telegram. This merger means that Instagram is a social media that can display photos instantly and quickly. In Indonesia, the number of Instagram users until July 2021 is 91.77 million users. The largest users are in the 18-24 year age group, which is 36.4%. Instagram is the third most used social media platform, after YouTube and WhatsApp. The high number of active Instagram users in Indonesia makes Instagram not only a platform for delivering information. However, it has the potential to become a platform for the online game lover community in Indonesia, which has a fairly wide community. Currently, quite a lot of esports teams in Indonesia have Instagram accounts for online gaming communities, for example, the most successful esports team in Indonesia. The 7 Most Successful Esports Teams in Indonesia, including Onic Esports, PG. Barracx, Aerowolf, Bigetron Esports, Boom ID, RRQ, and Evos Esports. Abstract. The post-G/30/S conflict in 1965 is part of Indonesia's history, which has drawn a lot of controversy in the wide community even today. This conflict has received wide attention in the fields of political science and history. The disclosure requires archaeological methods and science to explain the phenomenon of contemporary conflict results in the field. this article will discuss the extent to which archaeologists are involved in the post-G/30S conflict, whether archaeology ethics and policies are a barrier to archaeologists' involvement in this case, and how foreign archaeological policies and ethics respond to a similar matter. This study aims to understand the reasons for the absence of archaeology's role in this case and its relationship to archaeology ethics and policies in Indonesia. This study uses library research methods collected through documentation techniques with content analysis data processing. The results obtained indicate that the absence of archaeology's role in the discussion of the development of post-G/30/S historical narratives is the result of the contradictions between the policies and ethics of the Indonesian archaeologist profession with archaeology ethics in general. Archaeological ethics need to be considered so that archaeology can play a better role in post-G/30/S historical narratives.

The geological time scale before 720 Ma uses rounded absolute ages rather than specific events recorded in rocks to subdivide time. This has led increasingly to mismatches between subdivisions and the features for which they were named. Here we review the formal processes that led to the current time scale, outline rock-based concepts that could be used to subdivide pre-Cryogenian time and propose revisions. An appraisal of the Precambrian rock record confirms that purely chronostratigraphic subdivision would require only modest deviation from current chronometric boundaries, removal of which could be expedited by establishing event-based concepts and provisional, approximate ages for eon-, era- and period-level subdivisions. Our review leads to the following conclusions: 1) the current informal four-fold Archean subdivision should be simplified to a tripartite scheme, pending more detailed analysis, and 2) an improved rock-based Proterozoic Eon might comprise a Paleoproterozoic Era with three periods (early Paleoproterozoic or Skourian, Rhyacian, Orosirian), Mesoproterozoic Era with four periods (Statherian, Calymmian, Ectasian, Stenian) and a Neoproterozoic Era with four periods (pre-Tonian or Kleisian, Tonian, Cryogenian and Ediacaran). These proposals stem from a wide community and could be used to guide future development of the pre-Cryogenian timescale by international bodies.

The aim of the present study is to highlight and to critically discuss the role of the secondary and silent historical sources in the reconstruction of the biography of Maria Montessori, a century and a half after her birth. The collective memory, both at a national and international levels, has preserved the figure of the pedagogist into a series of celebratory objects. Picture card, notes and coins, stamps maximum cards, phone cards or, more recently, doodles are accessible to the wide community. Constructing a narrativity of a public celebrity means capturing the important features, and transforming them into symbolic constructs. We therefore propose to identify the overmentioned constructs in the light of the official biographies of Maria Montessori. Moreover, we aim to follow the iconographic traces of a micro-history which is often overlooked from the primary sources. However, this micro-history represents the heart of a collective and popular belief, widespread and educating, which preserves the memory and heritage of this “Personality to Remember".

The authors undertook a campus-wide scan of community-engaged learning (CEL) initiatives at a large University. With collaboration from staff and leadership of the campus Centre For Community-Engaged Learning, the researchers designed an open-ended qualitative interview and questionnaire for senior administrators and faculty leaders across all local undergraduate faculties. Guiding questions for this project included: How do the various faculties and schools within the university define their relationship with community? What activities are considered CEL? How do students engage in these activities? What are the benefits of engaging with community? From these came specific interview questions that were administered to senior administration from each faculty, and further interviews were sought with identified faculty leaders. Findings are listed by faculty, with examples and definitions, and a concluding section offers insights and discussion around strategies to strengthen and enhance CEL.

PurposeNumerous studies have shown that community service during adolescence is associated with positive youth outcomes and future civic engagement (Reinders and Youniss, 2006; Yates and Youniss, 1996). However, less is known about the ways in which students participate in and perceive intermittent, noncurricular community service. The purpose of this study is to examine seventh and eighth grade students' (N = 22) experiences during a common school-wide community service event: the canned food drive.Design/methodology/approachData include students' journal responses to questions about the food drive including their feelings about the event, learning that took place, positive parts of the drive and challenges. An inductive qualitative analysis was used.FindingsAnalysis of students' responses revealed that most students perceived themselves and their classmates as being very helpful to the community and described feeling happiness and pride from the event, even when participation was minimal or nonexistent. While some students reported awareness of poverty and inequality after the food drive, many of their comments about those receiving the donations included deficit-oriented terminology and cognitive distancing by positioning those experiencing food insecurity as “the other” and different from themselves.Practical implicationsFindings highlight the benefits and shortcomings of community service, as class biases and surface-level ideas about helping may be unintentionally reinforced. Recommendations to address these issues are discussed.Originality/valueGiven the prevalence of community service in schools, qualitative research is needed to understand firsthand how students experience these events.
