During the last years, several studies have been proposed about user identification by means of keystroke analysis. Keystroke dynamics has a lower cost when compared to other biometric-based methods since such a system does not require any additional specific sensor, apart from a traditional keyboard, and it allows the continuous identification of the users in the background as well. The research proposed in this paper concerns (i) the creation of a large integrated dataset of users typing on a traditional keyboard obtained through the integration of three real-world datasets coming from existing studies and (ii) the definition of an ensemble learning approach, made up of basic deep neural network classifiers, with the objective of distinguishing the different users of the considered dataset by exploiting a proper group of features able to capture their typing style. After an optimization phase, in order to find the best possible base classifier, we evaluated the ensemble super-classifier comparing different voting techniques, namely majority and Bayesian, as well as training allocation strategies, i.e., random and K-means. The approach we propose has been assessed using the created very large integrated dataset and the obtained results are very promising, achieving an accuracy of up to 0.997 under certain evaluation conditions.

Abstract Background Leucine deprivation modulates the dietary amino acid composition, reducing the fat content and improving the glucose tolerance, thus protecting the organism against obesity. However, a complete deprivation of leucine can lead to an extremely rapid fat loss in mice, accompanied by prolonged adverse effects such as weakness and mental fatigue. Therefore, in this study we aimed to seek the optimal concentration of dietary leucine that can reduce fat mass and improve the metabolism without the onset of severe effects. Methods To investigate whether there is a better concentration of diet leucine restriction (LR), based on the diet we conducted (A10021B), that can reduce fat mass and improve metabolism status without taking many negative effects, we fed 8 weeks old male C57Bl/6J mice with increasing degrees of leucine restriction diet 0% LR (control group), 25% LR, 50% LR, and 75% LR groups (4–6 mice each group). Fat mass and blood glucose levels were measured. The expression levels of genes involved in lipid metabolism in white adipose tissue (WAT) and liver, and proteins in insulin signaling were assessed in WAT, liver and muscle. Results We found that the 50% LR group is the most proper group here at the lowest leucine effective concentration, which reduced fat mass (p < 0.05) and improved glucose regulation in mice over a 90 days feeding. Further studies revealed that lipid synthesis pathway (Fas, Scd1and Srebp1, p < 0.05) was downregulated and lipolysis (Atgl, p < 0.05) was upregulated in WAT in 50% LR group, compared to that in control group. Furthermore, glucose regulation (glucose tolerance test, p < 0.05) was also improved, and insulin signaling (p < 0.05) in the muscle was enhanced in 50% LR group while in WAT and liver were not changed. Conclusions Collectively, a 50% LR in mice reduced fat mass and improved glucose regulation, which may function through modulating lipid synthesis and lipolysis pathway in adipose tissue as well as enhancing insulin signaling in muscle. So far, we provide a further consideration for carrying out the diet of leucine restriction to reduce fat and improve metabolism status before clinical study.

ABSTRACT The government through PUAP launched quite a lot of funds for farmers through GAPOKTAN. This grant fund is expected to spur the economic growth of poor farmers in rural areas. The process of administering activities and finances that can support the fund needs to be done as well as possible so that the available funding sources can be of maximum benefit. A strong and advanced group of peasant organizations should have good and proper group administration to support all activities of the group. Based on discussions with the partners and field observations one of the problems and constraints of farmer groups is the lack of knowledge about good financial administration management and lack of knowledge about good entrepreneurship for business development. Method of implementation to answer the existing problems is to carry out training and assistance in the form of giving materials, question and answer, simulation and task or bookkeeping exercise financial administration and knowledge about entrepreneurship. This activity was welcomed and enthusiastic from the chairman and members of the farmer group Anugerah as participants with satisfactory results. Most of the participants of farmer group Anugerah able to absorb the material given and have the ability in making administrative activities and financial administration. The aim of this prospective study was the validation of the risk stratification of thyroid nodules using ultrasonography with the American College of Radiology Thyroid Imaging, Reporting and Data System (ACR TI-RADS) and partly in comparison to American Thyroid Association (ATA) guidelines in a secondary referral center. Fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNA) (n=605) and histological examinations (n=63) were the reference standards for the statistical analysis. ACR TI-RADS cut-off value: TR4 with sensitivity 85.7 %, specificity 54.1 %, PPV 58.5 %, accuracy 67.7 % (AUC 0.738; p<0.001). ATA cut-off value: “high suspicion” with sensitivity 80 %, specificity 83.3 %, PPV 80 %, accuracy 81.8 % (AUC 0.800; p=0.0025). 18.4 % nodules (3 malignant) could not be assigned to a proper ATA US pattern group (p<0.0001). Both ACR TI-RADS and ATA have allowed fair selection of nodules requiring FNA with superiority of ACR TI-RADS according to classification of all thyroid nodules to the proper group. According to ACR TI-RADS almost one third of the patients were incorrectly classified with 17.9 % missed thyroid carcinomas, exclusively micropapillary carcinomas, even though, the amount of FNA would be reduced to 48 %.

AbstractIn heat transportation applications, water is most commonly used fluid. The efficiency of equipment used in these applications depends on thermal characteristics of water used. The thermal characteristics of water could be upgraded by suspending high thermal conducting solid nanoparticles. In this paper an attempt has been made to know how the use of surfactants and functionalization of carbon nanotube walls can affect the thermal characteristics and stability of nanofluid. A thorough analysis of collected literature revealed that carbon nanotubes have much higher thermal conductivity than any other nanoparticles and hence improve the thermal properties of water when suspended in them. Further it is concluded that suspension of carbon nanotubes in water requires use of surfactant or functionalization of carbon nanotube walls with proper group. By setting optimum pH and better dispersion, better thermal conductivity is possible. Experimental studies in the literature survey reveal that chemical stabilization techniques and physical stabilization techniques together decide the stability of the nanofluid.

The aim of this article is to argue that a temporal asymmetry may be established  within the framework of quantum field theory, independently of any violation of CP, and  thereby T, in weak interactions, and independently of the property of time reversal invariance  that its dynamical equations instantiate. Particularly, I shall argue that the temporal asymmetry  can be stemmed from assessing the links between the proper group of symmetries of the  theory and the ontology of the theory: arguments applied to establish which elements and  magnitudes remain invariants under group transformations can also be used to establish a  temporal asymmetry.

A fair, prosperous and happy life are the inner desire of every human being. In order to realize these ideals, human beings necessarily recognize each other's potential, advantages and / or disadvantages to complement each other; mutual learning, mutual giving and receiving.The presence of the prophets brought the Shari'ah of Allah SWT with the aim of establishing a just humanitarian system. The just society is reflected in the right and proper group life.In the context of human relationships, justice in the Quran contains three meanings. First, fair in the same sense. Second, fair in a balanced sense. Third, fair in the sense of attention to the rights of individuals and give those rights to each owner and get a social justice.A prosperous society is a prosperous, capable, and rich society.In the context of the state, prosperity is a state of affluence that encompasses the lives of all people.Islamic justice is superior to any formal justice of any human law. It penetrates deep down to the deepest feelings. One of the prerequisites to realize the harmony of human life is peace. When there is a dispute, it is necessarily settled in the most fair manner. For that every member of the community must be willing to sacrifice for the common good and strive for the common goal. Society will undoubtedly help each other to realize a just and prosperous life all of time.

Moral norms and values are key features of human essence, that provide the standards against which behavior is evaluated. Some moral norms and values are universally endorsed (e.g., “do no harm”), others can be more specific (e.g., “eat no meat”). Professional, cultural or religious groups and communities often define their own unique system of moral norms that true group members are expected to adhere to. These are used to identify ‘proper’ group members, regulate the behavior of individuals, and sanction those who transgress them. This is functional to the extent that such guidelines help provide groups and their members with a unique and distinct social identity. Yet they can also constitute a source of social tension and intergroup conflict. This hallmark feature of human morality represents an important challenge to contemporary societies.
