Background and Study Aim.  The aim of the article is a comparative analysis of the morphofunctional characteristics of athletes of various types of martial arts as factors of success. Material and Methods. The study participated students involved in martial arts (n = 29; age - 17.53 ± 0.15 years). The first group (group 1 - wrestlers) included judo, sambo, wrestling athletes (n = 12, age - 18.58 ± 0.38 years). The second group (group 2 - athletes of percussion martial arts) included athletes of karate, taekwondo (GTF), taekwondo (WTF), (n = 17; age - 18.12 ± 0.26 years). Determined 46 morphofunctional indicators: length and body weight; chest circumference in a pause, on inhalation and exhalation; length and circumference of the segments of the upper and lower extremities; wrist dynamometry. A goniometric study of the range of motion in the joints of the upper extremities was carried out. The dynamic grip strength was determined by the maximum frequency of hand squeezing in 10 seconds. To characterize the data, the median was determined - the first (25%) and third (75%) quartiles. Differences between groups were assessed using nonparametric criteria of Wilkinson-Mann-Whitney (U) and Rosenbaum (Q). Results. Athletes in group 1 had a greater interquartile range compared to athletes in group 1 in the following indicators: body weight; chest circumference in a pause, on inhalation and exhalation; hand dynamometry of the right and left hands; maximum frequency of the hand grip in the impulse mode with the left hand; shoulder width; circumference of the shoulder, forearm, thigh and lower leg. Athletes of percussion martial arts were characterized by large values of the shin length. The amplitude of abduction and adduction in the right wrist joint, the amplitude of abduction in the left wrist joint was greater in the wrestlers. Athletes of percussion martial arts had a large amount of extension of the left wrist joint, flexion of the right elbow joint, extension and abduction of the right shoulder joint. Conclusions. Analysis of morphofunctional indicators of athletes of various types of martial arts confirmed the specific effect of the sport on the body of athletes. The features that are the factors of success are highlighted. For wrestlers, these include hand strength in various modes. It allows to implement quickly and efficiently grip. This is the basis for a successful wrestling technique. Sufficient development of the muscles of the limbs ensures the execution of throws in wrestling. The lengthened calf size contributes to a more effective kick in martial arts. Goniometric features of movements reflect the possibility of high-quality gripping, striking or blocking. The used morphofunctional indicators can be applied to predict the success of athletes in various types of martial arts.

In the revolutions of history, an individual or leader is always given a higher role than all perpetrators of events, leaders have always been recognized as heroes in history, and a leader has faced all the factors of success and failure. In all societies, one or more people have always appeared and dominated the entire political and economic spheres of the country, a factor in the self-perception of history, or the hegemony of history, while the achievements of history belong only to one or the first leader, the total number of participants in the process of changing roles and his Impact on the direction of events. Abdul Karim Qasim is an example of a leader in Iraq who went from revolution to dictatorship, while people looked at him with hope and described him as a leader who changed the course of history, the reason for his failure was the conflict between political parties and the international community. This study is the gateway to getting to know Abdul Karim Qasim's personality from the point of view of his opponents. In this two-part study, we discussed the beginnings of Abdul-Karim Qasim’s relations with political parties, and the views of the nationalist and communist parties towards Abdul-Karim Qasim, relying on several sources of different ideologies.

Implementing complex and yet sound and effective accounting information systems known as enterprise resource planning systems, is an enormous project for the firms that want to streamline their information flow and increase their value. As the effects of these systems on the performance of the entities are both financial and non-financial, their success is of crucial importance. This study is an exploratory factorial analysis to identify the factors of successful implementation of ERP systems in the medium and big companies in Albania. We use in depth surveys and interviews with firms that have implemented enterprise resource planning systems and include twenty initial variables in the survey. Later these variables are combined in three factors that have the biggest impact on the success rate of ERP implementation: the overall quality and end-user satisfaction with the ERP system; the cost-benefit ratio of the ERP and the support from the ERP provider and ERP implementing consultant. This study contributes not only theoretically to the empirical literature, but also practically because it helps businesses of the region that are considering implementing ERPs in the future to pay attention to the most critical factors of success with ERPs.

This research paper examines the training hours, physical appearances, and on-screen personalities as potential factors of success in today’s K-pop industry in an attempt to understand such global success. The top 10 most popular male K-pop groups were chosen as this paper’s samples based on the criteria of album sales and music video views. The research method of content analysis was employed to measure certain aspects of each factor; the total training hours, average facial scores based on rules of symmetry, and frequencies of introverted or extroverted behaviors were collected for each group. For the majority, groups that went through extensive training periods, had high facial symmetry scores, and leaned more toward introverted personalities on average were found to be among the most popular and successful. It is important to note, however, that the last outcome may have been due to South Korea’s societal expectations and culture.

Formulation of the problem. Analysis of competitiveness factors and identification of mechanisms for managing competitiveness in the modern digital economy, both at the enterprise level and at the national economy level, is a necessary tool for today's changing economic environment. The purpose of the article is to investigate trends and factors that determine the competitiveness of the national economy in the context of digitalization. The object of the study is the digital economy as a medium for forming the competitiveness of the national economy. Methods used in the study. System approach, structural-logical and statistical analysis, generalization. The hypothesis of the study. Competitiveness factors are being transformed as part of the development of the digital economy. Statement of the main material. Distinctive features of the digital economy are formulated as key factors of economic competitiveness at both the micro and macro levels. The world experience in developing state policy in the field of digital economy demonstrates a keen understanding of the need to use digital economy tools to increase the level of national competitiveness. The analysis of the directions of the policy of digitalization of the economy of the Republic of Belarus allowed us to state certain, but insufficient, efforts of the government to form a holistic approach to digitalization at all levels of government. Originality and practical value. Transformation of competitiveness factors in the digital economy, identification of a number of competitive trends and the main factors of success in digitalization as factors of competitiveness. Conclusions. The main factors of success in digitalization are properly organized state policy, increased interest from the industrial sector, and their competent interaction, taking into account the specifics of the goals of each of the agents.

This paper explores factors of success/failure of new ventures in a startup hub city in an emerging country. The study uses the data from 27 personal interviews with local entrepreneurs in Hanoi, Vietnam. The business model, financial capital, human resources (i.e., human capital, social capital, psychological capital, cultural capital), technology, and the entrepreneurial orientation (i.e., innovative, problem-solving, risk-taking, and proactive) emerge as the factors of success/failure of an entrepreneurial venture. Interestingly, technology is important but not as critical to the business model for the success of new ventures; and proactiveness but not autonomy is also a crucial success factor. The role of cultural capital is also an important input to the model. From the findings a conceptual model of success/failure factors of entrepreneurial ventures is developed and the implications are discussed. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Venture, Startup, Success, Failure
