Recognize the importance of employee satisfaction in any organization, this study is piloted to forestall the effect of Internal Marketing Practice and Market Sensing capability on employees’ satisfaction in the context of the Indonesian textile industry as one of the fast-growing industry criteria in Asian markets. The drive behind this study is to examine the relationship between Internal marketing practice, Market Sensing Capability, and Employee Satisfaction. Furthermore, this study plans to see that how Cultural congruence moderates the relationship between Employee Satisfaction through Internal Marketing Practice along with Market Sensing Capability by advancing a research model. According to this study’s requirement, the quantitative methodology is chosen, with purposive method of 323 employees was selected and analyzed.  By using a web-based survey approach was selected for data, entailing of structured questionnaire. A structural equation model was operated for results on AMOS that supported the hypothetical relationship between all hypotheses. This study will guide the managers of textile firms to recognize that how important is employee satisfaction and how they can improve their practices to strengthen employee satisfaction. This study also contributes in cultural Congruence and market sensing capability literature. It is not free from limitations specifically in terms of sample size and variables that can be addressed in the future.

Many attempts to reduce the volume of Sidoarjo mudflow that came out, one of which is the use of Sidoarjo mud for making bricks. The results of research in the chemical laboratory show that the Sidoarjo mud mineral content is mostly silica and alumina minerals, so it is very supportive for use as a material for making bricks. Making bricks requires mixed materials, one of which is paper sludge. Paper sludge waste is discharged from the paper industry, which can pollute the environment if it is discharged directly into the environment. Therefore, a solution is needed by utilizing the potential of the sludge waste. One of them is by using paper sludge as an additive in making bricks, because most of the components of paper sludge waste are calcium carbonate. In building materials, calcium carbonate can function as an additive so that paper sludge waste can be used as an additional material in making bricks. The purpose of this study is to determine the best ratio of Sidoarjo mud with paper sludge to the quality of the bricks, find out the best combustion temperature to the quality of the bricks produced, and compare the quality of the bricks before and after burning. The bricks are synthesized with a variation of the ratio of Sidoarjo mud raw material and paper sludge (1: 0, 1: 1, 2: 1, 3: 1) and variations in combustion temperature (no combustion, 400°C, 450°C, 500°C, 750°C, 900°C). In this study, the best quality of bricks according to SNI is 2: 1 ratio bricks with a combustion temperature of 750 ° C. The ratio of 2: 1 brick with a combustion temperature of 750°C has a percentage of water absorption of 17.17% and compressive strength of 37.78 kg / cm2.

This research study tried to examine the Indonesian customer’s online buying experience by considering the service quality of Indonesia's online garments and clothing industry along-with the mediating effect of customer’s emotional psychology as well as the moderating role demographic features of customer like age and marital status. The population includes all garments and clothing brands giving online purchase service to their customer. We randomly shared an online self-administrative questionnaire to 600 Indonesian customers who had purchased garments and clothing through different online platforms over the last 3 months and then only got 523 valid responses. We applied Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and estimated using SPSS and Smart-PLS. Our results revealed that the customer online buying is strongly augmented by web-based as well as customer-based characteristics of service quality of online garments and clothing stores. The demographic factors like age and marital status did not significant at all but influenced the customer’s online buying decision. All demographic effect reports weak support for enhancing online buying by customers. The mediation effect of emotional psychology in the form of positive and negative psychology enhancing the online buying decision of customers in Indonesia. The management and policymakers of garments and clothing stores offering online services are advised to consider the web-based and customer-based factors coupled with customer’s emotional psychology to improve the buying experience of online customers. The demographic factors like gender, age, and income level of customers did not matter for policymaking.

This study was aimed to recognize the effect of welding technology, welder expertise and welding equipment maintenance on the quality of the construction of a Fast Patrol Boat (PC) 40. This study was a quantitative descriptive study with 45 respondents as data sources. The data analysis technique in this study was processed with the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that there were positive and significant effects of welding technology on the conatruction quality of the Fast Patrol Boat (PC) 40, positive and significant effects of welder expertise on the construction quality of Fast Patrol Boat Development. (PC) 40, positive and significant effects of welding equipment maintenance on the construction quality of the Fast Patrol Boat (PC) 40

Motorcycle rim is a very important component in vehicles where motorcycle rim is a component that is directly confused with the highway. In the aspect of safety rim is also very important and very calculated in the manufacturing process, the use of high-quality raw materials is very necessary in the manufacture of motorcycle rims. Nowadays, cast wheel rims are very popular among consumers because cast wheel rims have a sportier design compared to spokes. In this research, the design of cast wheels with spoke wheels numbered 5 and 6 with a given impact speed variation of 10km/h, 15km/h and 20km/h. then the rim material used uses aluminum alloy 6061-T6 and the projectile material uses aluminum alloy 6061-T0. The rim that is designed has a diameter of 433.3 mm and a width of 68 mm to make it easier to design a cast wheel rim using software based on the finite element method, by using this software we can design or design a material so that we can know the stress and strain that occurs when simulating an impact on the inter-spoke plane

The internet of things technology has become one technology that plays a role in the industrial revolution 4.0. Not only limited to the data communication between devices over internet protocol communication data networks, but on the IoT device is also need the proper interface to visualize the sensor data which has received by the server node, and with that result, the user can understand easily and get insight from those data which has an exchange or communicate each other on the system. In the previous research by Yuliantoro, et. al., the IoT device was designed only to communicate to other devices, where the web server as a server node was designed to receive the sensor data. The design of the visualize system in this research, designed by the PHP script and web server which is connected to the NodeMCU in a wireless local area network or WLAN. The sensor data from NodeMCU sent to the server, then the result will be shown visually by the website interface. Based on the results of this study, the visualized data has been shown the full sensor data, with the delay is following the delay of the NodeMCU, 60 seconds.

Plastic deformation is a permanent deformation that occurs in steel, even though the load causing the deformation is removed. It is widely used to change the shape of steel permanently without adding or reducing the chemical composition of the steel. This permanent change in shape is followed by a change in the shape or phase of the microstructure of the steel. Several types of loading on plastic deformation are Pull (drawing), Stamping and Curling, which are widely used to change the shape of a plate to a curve or a circle.

XYZ Company is currently planning the production machining line for crank case new model sports type of 2200 units / day. There are two alternative investment plan that is manual and automation to get the best alternative in terms of finance .Analysis tool used is the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PBP) as the basis for determining which alternative is chosen. Sensitivity analysis is used to determine which is the most sensitive variable to the NPV .Both alternatives feasible to be realized, but the automation system was chosen because of the analysis results is greater than the value of the manual system with an IRR of 57.52% (IRR > MARR), which MARR 7.88% and a NPV of USD 299 002 634 271 (NPV > 0), and payback of 1 years for 0,27 month, which is faster than the economic life of the machine that 8 years. Total interest rate is the most sensitive factor in changing the NPV
