This study was aimed to recognize the effect of welding technology, welder expertise and welding equipment maintenance on the quality of the construction of a Fast Patrol Boat (PC) 40. This study was a quantitative descriptive study with 45 respondents as data sources. The data analysis technique in this study was processed with the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that there were positive and significant effects of welding technology on the conatruction quality of the Fast Patrol Boat (PC) 40, positive and significant effects of welder expertise on the construction quality of Fast Patrol Boat Development. This research aims to describe the history of Indonesian reform in the collection of Telepon Genggam poems by Joko Pinurbo. The dark history of reform needs to be reminded to everyone, to remind that Indonesia has a dark history of humanity, the Trisakti Tragedy. The May 1998 Trisakti Tragedy is a dark history that cannot be forgotten by Indonesian people. This research is included in a qualitative descriptive study. Data and data sources of this research are a collection of poems by Joko Pinurbo entitled Telepon Genggam. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique. Listen note is a technique used for data collection techniques. The results of research on the history of Indonesian reform, namely Tragedi Trisakti, in a collection of poems by Joko Pinurbo's Mobile Phone, found that there was a monetary crisis that made people uneasy because of the soaring prices of basic necessities. In addition, there were demonstrations by students and activists which resulted in many casualties, looting and rape of ethnic Chinese, and the kidnapping and disappearance of activists and students.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejarah kelam reformasi Indonesia dalam kumpulan puisi Telepon Genggam karya Joko Pinurbo. Sejarah kelam reformasi sangat perlu diingatkan untuk semua orang, untuk mengingatkan bahwa Indonesia mempunyai sejarah kemanusiaan yang kelam, yaitu Tragedi Trisakti. Tragedi Trisakti Mei 1998 merupakan sejarah kelam yang tidak bisa dilupakan oleh bangsa Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dan sumber data penelitian ini adalah kumpulan puisi karya Joko Pinurbo yang berjudul Telepon Genggam. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis isi. Simak catat adalah teknik yang digunakan untuk teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian mengenai sejarah reformasi Indonesia, yaitu Tragedi Trisakti, pada kumpulan puisi Telepon Genggam karya Joko Pinurbo ditemukan bahwa adanya krisis moneter yang membuat rakyat menjadi resah karena harga kebutuhan pokok yang melambung tinggi. Selain itu, ada juga demonstrasi para mahasiswa dan aktivis yang menyebabkan banyak korban berjatuhan, penjarahan dan perkosaan terhadap etnis Tionghoa, dan penculikan dan penghilangan aktivis dan mahasiswa.

This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance, the quality of public services, and the effect of applying the principles of good governance on the quality of public services at the Makassar City Land Office. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using incidental sampling techniques. The data was collected by using a questionnaire, conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics (product moment correlation test) using the SPSS 18 application. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the application of the principles of good governance and the quality of public services at the Makassar City Land Office belongs to the good category in terms of indicator measuring the variable. The result of the product moment correlation analysis shows that the effect of the application of the principles of good governance governance on the quality of public services is 0.790, which is positive, which means that the level of influence is in the strong category.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic technical skills of lay up and one hand set shot of basketball extracurricular members at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The research subjects were 20 participants. The data analysis technique in this study used the percentage formula. The results showed that the extracurricular participants did the lay up and one hand set shot skills test in the "Enough" category with 13 participants (65.00%). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the basic technique skills of lay up and one hand set shot of extracurricular basketball participants at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency are included in the "Enough" category.   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket di SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 peserta. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan tes keterampilan lay up dan one hand set shot pada kategori “Cukup” dengan 13 peserta (65,00%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup”.

<p>This aims to determine the use of critical analysis to improve metacognitive skills of students of SMP Negeri 2 Karangrejo on Topic Environmental Management. This research is a qualitative descriptive study is to describe the data obtained by identifying metacognitive skills of students through the use of critical analysis. This research was done in SMPN 2 Karangrejo class VII semester 2015. Researchers used 26 students as respondents and one expert as an observer. Data collection techniques is data metacognitive skills based on critical analysis of the workmanship scores of students, which is interpreted in the assessment of the level of metacognitive skills. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. Results of the study are: (1) the use of critical analysis showed an increase in metacognitive abilities of students seen from the averagevalue of critical analysis in the first meeting and the second meeting, namely 50.09 and 66.13 (2) the observation of the quality of the implementation of learning have criteria " very good "seen from the average of the two meetings by an average score of 4.5 and a percentage of 91%.</p><p> </p>

The problem in this study is the decline in badminton sports achievement in the PB Starka Club in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. The purpose of this study was to find out how to foster badminton sporting achievements in the PB Club Starka district Kerinci Jambi Province. This type of research is a descriptive study. The sampling technique using total sampling technique, the number of samples in this study were 25 athletes. The instrument in this study was to use a research questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was to use the t test. This research was motivated by the implementation of majelis taklim activities during the Covid-19 pandemic by following health protocols. This study aims to determine the description of the planning, know the description of the implementation, and know the description of the existing supervision in the activities of the Taklim Assembly during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with an ex post facto approach. The subjects of this study were members / jama'ah of the Al Ittihad Al Ittihad Assembly Activities in Pauh Subdistrict, Padang City. The population was 44 people and a sample of 3 administrators and 30 members / jama'ah were taken from 70% of the total population using the Simple Ramdom Sampling technique. Data collection tools in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was to use the percentage formula. The results showed that the activities of majelis taklim during the Covid-19 pandemic were categorized as good in terms of planning, implementation, monitoring aspects. Suggestions from this research are expected that majelis taklim activities will continue to run well and be further improved in planning, implementing, and supervising activities. Keywords: activities, assemblies, taklim

The aim of this study is to identify the comparison of phonological perceptions by extroverted and introverted deaf students. This research is a type of qualitative research. The data of this study focuses on phonological perceptions which are realized in the form of deaf students' writing which is based on the utterances of researcher. Deaf students wrote down all the words given by the researcher based on their knowledge and understanding. The data sources were from the tenth grade students of SMALB B Karya Mulia, which totaling 10 students. Data collection techniques used are the assignment. The data analysis technique used is the basic technique of determining the determinant elements (PUP) and advanced techniques in the form of an equalizing relationship technique (HBS). The PUP technique is used to sort out the contexts that come from deaf students by using orthographic power that is adjusted to the determining instrument, namely writing. The findings of this study can be mentioned as follows: There are two findings in this study, namely (1) The quality of the perspectives of extroverted deaf students over introverts, and (2) Variations in perceptions of extroverted deaf students under introverts.

The purpose of this research is to find out the operational budget and revenue budget affect the level of financial performance at the crocs tm counter in Malang City. The design of this research is to use a quantitative descriptive method, in this research the data sources used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. It was found in the results of this research that operational variables can have a significant effect on the change ratio, while the revenue budget has no significant effect on the change ratio in Counter Crocs TM in Malang City, Malang City

This research aims to find out: 1) Futsal playing skills of futsal extracurricular participants; 2) Basic techniques of playing futsal extracurricular participants. The sample in this study was an extracurricular futsal participant at Muhammadiyah Vocational School of Sadang which numbered 20 participants. This research design is a quantitative descriptive study with one variable without making comparisons and connecting with other variables. This study uses the FIK Jogja Futsal Skills Test instrument. The data analysis technique used is percentage, aims to collect data, present data and determine value, in addition to conclusions that can be made with reference to the standard of basic futsal skill level that has been determined. The results of the study can be concluded that the level of futsal playing skills of futsal athletes is sufficient with the consideration of the most frequency in the category enough with an average number of 76.61 at intervals 70-82, namely middle value. The results of this study have implications: 1. The emergence of coach awareness in improving the quality of exercises carried out, especially exercises related to the ability to play futsal. 2. Encouraged coach to improve basic technical skills of playing futsal such as passing, dribble and shooting in students, as well as as an effort to achieve maximum results. This research can contribute information about the skill level of futsal athletes, so that it can be used as a consideration in compiling a training program or further research aimed at improving the futsal skills of futsal athletes.Keywords: Basic Skills, Futsal, Extracurricular, Student High School

It is not yet known the level of physical fitness of students who take extracurricular sports in SDN 2 Plemahan is the background of this study. The formulation of the problem taken is: What is the level of physical fitness of upper-class students at SDN 2 Plemahan?. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with survey techniques. The sample used upper-class students who participated in extracurricular basketball, volleyball, futsal, martial arts as many as 44 children. The research instrument used the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), namely the 40-meter Running test, the elbow hanging, lying down, upright jumping, running 600 meters. The data analysis technique uses percentage analysis with the TKJI norm. Rumusan masalah yang diambil adalah: Seberapakah tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas atas SDN 2 Plemahan?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripsitif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Sampel menggunakan siswa kelas atas yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bolabasket, bolavoli, futsal, pencak silat sebanyak 44 anak. Instrumen peneltian menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) yaitu tes Lari 40 meter, Gantung siku, baring duduk, loncat tegak, lari 600 meter. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis persentase dengan norma TKJI. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas atas ekstrakurikuler bola basket masuk dalam kategori sedang (2) Tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas atas ekstrakurikuler bolavoli masuk dalam kategori sedang, (3) Tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas atas ekstrakurikuler futsal masuk dalam kategori sedang (4) Tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas atas ekstrakurikuler pencak silat masuk dalam kategori sedangKata kunci: Kebugaran jasmani, Siswa, Kelas atas, Ekstrakurikuler, Olahraga
