The country of Indonesia consists of various islands, tribes, arts and culture, languages ​​and different religions. The difference is a unity within the framework of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia based on the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. However, there are some groups or groups who want and make efforts to change the basis of our beloved Indonesian State with the form of an Islamic State. The national consensus has become an important guide in maintaining the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation in the course of history to date. Various incidents of betrayal in the form of rebellion, separatist movements, coup d'etat, even legal political struggles through the Constituent Assembly, were carried out by various community groups to change or replacing the consensus can be overcome. The results of this study indicate that: The boarding school does not make a distinction whether students live in a boarding house or not. They can learn from, interact with, and help one another and recognize the difference as reality. Kiai sholeh embodies the concept of interfaith relations with the formation of dialogue which he has held by holding a national seminar on interfaith harmony. The interpretation of the national seminar is the interaction of kiai sholeh with non-Muslims such as joint prayer, religious silaturrohmi, performing arts, live in 100 pastors, cooperation in education, cultural fusion, and social action of the nation's youth

This research is motivated by the diversity of Indonesia's multicultural, ethnic and religious communities, as well as multiculturalism. Islamic education that touches on the aspect of morality is Islamic boarding schools. Islamic boarding schools are institutions that istiqamah still maintain the tradition of peace, balance and harmony and continue to develop the principle s of ukhuwahIslamiyah, wathaniyah, and basyariyah in an effort to strengthen the Unitary Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). This type of research is qualitative phenomenological field research. The data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. While the technique of collecting data through {a} observation, {b} interview, and {c} documentation. To test the credibility of the data the author uses the data source triangulation technique. Then the data analysis is carried out at the beginning of the research to the conclusion. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that: first, the principle of planting multicultural education in the Ngalah Islamic boarding school is rahmatanlil’alamin {protector for all circles}. Second, the implementation of planting multicultural education in the Islamic boarding school Ngalahala NU which includes 3 morals, namely Wathaniyah {Polite towards the State}, Insaniyah {Compassionate towards fellow human beings}, and Islamiyah {polite to fellow Muslims} and cling to the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution , through habituation of attitudes, among others: a) Religious (religious), b) Humanist (humanity), c) Nationalist, d) democracye)tolerance with exemplary media caregiver, orientation of new santri, ta'lim ad diniyah, dormitory life, stage art and halaqoh. It was proven by the enthusiasm and istiqomah attitude of the santri in participating in the pesantren activities that had been scheduled starting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

This study aims to describe, analyze, and provide interpretations about: (1) the values of pluralism in religious learning in Senior High School Catholic MGR. Soegijapranata and Junior High School Catholic Sang Timur Pasuruan, (2) implementation of the values of pluralism in Senior High School Catholic MGR. Soegijapranata and Junior High School Catholic Sang Timur Pasuruan, and (3) the role of religious teachers in instilling pluralism values in Senior High School Catholic MGR. Soegijapranata and Junior High School Catholic Sang Timur Pasuruan? The results of this study indicate that: 1) the values of pluralism in religious learning in Senior High School Catholic MGR. Soegijapranata and Junior High School Catholic Sang Timur Pasuruan among others: (a), compassion values (b), positive thingking values (c), disciplinary/honest values ( d), the value of togetherness (2) Implementation of the values of pluralism in religious learning in Senior High School Catholic MGR. Soegijapranata and Junior High School Catholic Sang Timur Pasuruan, among others: (a) religious material remains in one room, (b) on Friday Muslim students are returned to attend Friday while non-Muslim students are given material to deepen their faith, (c) open together in the month of Ramadan. And the support of student guardians is very enthusiastic without differences and the diversity of teachers becomes an example for students. and (3) the role of religious teachers in instilling the values of pluralism in Senior High School Catholic MGR. Soegijapranata and Junior High School Catholic Sang Timur Pasuruan is to get in the habit of smiling, greeting and visiting each other (in harmony), and trying to instill the values of religious pluralism, both through learning curricula and religious programs included in extra-curricular programs

Research on the concept and implementation of multicultural education for elementary school level students needs to be described and carried out in-depth analysis. Limited learning resources is still related to the implementation of multicultural education for elementary school students.  The success or failure in the implementation of Multicultural Education for students in Primary Schools. Thus, this research is focused as follows: 1) What is the concept of multicultural education in SD Negeri Durensewu I Pandaan? 2) How is the implementation of multicultural education in SD Negeri Durensewu  I Pandaan ?. 3. Why is success or failure in the implementation of Multicultural Education in Pandaan Durensewu I Primary School?. The results of this study, it was concluded that the concept and implementation of multicultural education in schools was carried out using several approaches, namely the contribution approach, the social action approach and the habituation approach, these were carried out by means of various kinds of activities that existed at school and carried out during teaching and learning activities. In the thematic curriculum applied by schools, there are several subject matter in SD Negeri Durensewu I one of those is elements of multicultural education

This study aims to find out about (1) tolerance values, (2) the view of KH. Sholeh Bahruddin about the values ​​of tolerance between one another and between religious groups. (3) Reasons for KH. Sholeh Bahruddin has an important view on tolerance between people and between religious communities.            The results of the study show that: Tolerance between people includes tolerance of fellow humans and tolerance of other God beings such as animals and plants. Whereas inter-religious tolerance is based on: each religion is the responsibility of followers of the religion itself and has a form of worship (ritual) with its own system and method which is interpreted (charged) and becomes the responsibility of the person who embraces it on that basis, tolerance in social life between religious communities is not tolerance in religious matters, but rather the manifestation of the religious attitude of followers of a religion in the association of life between people who are not religious, in social issues or general welfare
