This study examines nexus between entrepreneurship education and employability skills of tertiary institution students in Ilorin metropolis. To establish this, two research questions were raised for the study. The target population for the study comprised students of Kwara state College of Education, Ilorin. One hundred and eighty students were randomly selected. A structured questionnaire was designed as the instrument for data collection. Regression analysis statistical method at 0.05 level of significance was used to test the formulated hypotheses. The study revealed that entrepreneurship curriculum contents contain information on how students can identify and shape opportunities, new business concepts and bring through entrepreneurship among students of tertiary institution in Ilorin Metropolis. This study concluded that entrepreneurship education is a good policy on employability skills acquisition among students which makes them to be self-sustenance after graduation. The study recommended among others that entrepreneurship lecturers should introduce and use innovative/modern methods in teaching students of higher institutions the art and practice of entrepreneurship. This can be achieved by ensuring that right facilities are in place and the lecturers must be qualified and equipped with adequate and updated knowledge and skills. The Harry Potter Series has found a place in the hearts of millions of children as well as adults across the globe. Hogwarts is the traditional boarding school which is situated in the faerie green countryside that is well beyond London. Though Hogwarts is a school in the fictional world, there are many people across the globe who have a relationship with it. We have developed a close affinity with Harry Potter, his friends as well as the teachers who are associated with the school. Students at the school learn to perfect the arts of witchcraft through a fixed curriculum. The school setting plays a significant role in the stories. The Harry Potter series persistently revolve around the protagonist’s heart rending and shocking adventures and experiences in school. The cornerstone for analysis is J.K Rowling’s portrayal of the teachers at Hogwarts. This leads to an emphasis on the teaching methods of the teachers. This paper has explored the pedagogy and different approaches of certain professors at Hogwarts. This study has demonstrated that students at Hogwarts do learn but their learning can be termed as wholesome only when teachers adopt the pedagogical approach that involves the concept of active learning integrated into a pleasant environment that not only boasts of cooperative learning, continuous support, but encourages and awards analytical thinking and risk taking. This paper analyzes the competitiveness of the textile and garment industry in Vietnam for the period 2010 to 2020. The analysis is performed using two approaches applied on both quantitative and qualitative aspects the Generalized Double Diamond Model (GDDM), analyzed international competitiveness of Vietnam’s G&T industry and compared it with China and impact variables of international competitiveness to market share (MS), trade competitiveness (TC) and revealed comparative advantage (RCA) are tested against the estimated coefficients of these variables. The results from show that Vietnam was less competitive than China and it is necessary to increase investment in fixed assets of VietNam's textile and garment industry, accelerate the rate of equipment upgrading, improve the level of industrialization, and at the same time increase the supply of spare parts. textile materials and lower the cost of raw materials prices, thereby reducing costs for textile enterprises. This study determines the comparative advantage of Vietnam's agricultural products based on the index of comparative advantage (RCA - Revealed Comparative Advantage). The research results on the UNComtrade database show that Vietnam maintained 8 commodity groups with revealed comparative advantage in the period 2000 - 2020. Contributing to the increase of Vietnam's exports to Australia one partly due to strong market demand, appropriate industry structure, and a significant part from the factor of competitive advantage, especially in the period 2007 - 2015. Vietnam's exports to the Australian market are those with comparative advantages. Therefore, with the trend of trade liberalization increasingly strong in the region, Vietnam has the opportunity to take advantage of market factors and this process will promote the creation of very good trade between Vietnam and some economies in the region. The main objective of the study was to examine the effect of knowledge management processes on organisational effectiveness in Nigerian deposit money banks. Specifically, the study examines knowledge creation, acquisition, sharing and storage and organisational effectiveness in Nigerian deposit money banks. The data for the study was generated through a questionnaire which yielded 359 valid responses and was determined scientifically using Krejcie & Morgan (1970) from selected Nigerian deposit money banks with their operational head offices in Lagos-Nigeria as the population of the study. The study adopted survey design and the validity results of KMO, and Bartletts test indicate that variables are highly significant, and principal component analysis was suitable (.837). The test-retest result of reliability reported a reliability index of 0.872. Multiple regressions with the aid of SPSS version 21 were used to test the formulated hypotheses. Findings of the study show that knowledge creation (32.3%), acquisition (62.1%), sharing (42.4%), and storage (46.2%) have a positive significant effect on organisational effectiveness. The study recommends among others that management of Nigerian deposit money banks should aptly designed and encourage knowledge processes in their banks since it constitutes a valuable intangible asset for creating and sustaining exceptional competitive advantages in the Nigerian banking industry. The outbreak of Covid-19 in the early year 2020 has changed the landscape of our educational system. The government of Malaysia announced the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), where no education institutions can practice face-to-face learning. Therefore, the management of the University of Malaya has decided that all students will learn online until 31 December 2020. Hence, this study is conducted to investigate the new students’ readiness on online learning before their classes start. The survey was conducted using Google Form focusing on four main aspects of readiness, that is the students’ background, hardware readiness, software readiness and behaviour. The behaviour aspect includes experiences, opinions, and expectation on online learning. 1126 students consisting of 546 (48.5%) males and 580 (51.5%) females participated in this survey. From the survey, we found that 1013 (90%) students are ready with online learning. However, action must be taken to assist the remaining 113 (10%) students. Alarmingly, 563 (50%) students have not experienced online learning before. 900 (80%) students claimed that they are ready to learn online. Hopefully, this research will provide some insights on the current situation and problems regarding online learning and its remedy can be prepared to overcome it.
